Awesome service from Brandon at Escondido Hyundai!

We walked into Escondido Hyundai "just looking", and walked out with a brand new Tucson, thanks much to the help of Brandon. He was friendly, helpful, amusing(!) and an all around great salesperson. This is the second vehicle we purchased from Escondido Hyundai, and we will definitely return for a third when the time comes!
We bought a BEAUTIFUL 2015 Sonata Limited this past Monday. We had an odd experience at the Carlsbad location and Bill went out of his way to give us exactly what we wanted at the Escondido store. Francisco was very patient and made the whole process great. Tony very patiently showed me what aaaaalllll those buttons on my beautiful new dashboard does. The man who put our financing together was very nice and got it all said and done in no time flat. Every single person we came in contact with was very nice and very helpful. Thank you to Francisco, Bill, Tony and the man that got our financing together (blond hair and glasses...so sorry your name is slipping my mind). The whole experience was wonderful and very smooth. They couldn't have been more helpful and we got a great deal. Our car makes me giddy I love it so much. I'll be getting all my service done there as well. This is a great dealership that works hard to gain your business. They will certainly have ours! Thanks so much guys.
I saw a used truck on autotrader and contacted mossy to get more info. Danny answered and invited me to come in and take a look. I ended up buying and doing a trade in. Danny made the process smooth and easy-would recommend!

We appreciate and recommend Mossy Toyota's Service Department. Received upfront pricing and service/repair time estimates. We were treated with respect and they were respectful of our time. Excellent staff, most noticeably was Service Advisors, Mr. Kevin Hauser, Mr. David Rodriguez and Service Director, Mr. Dale Snow, organized and professional. Friendly car rental staff and comfortable, clean waiting area with good coffee. We are confident in Mossy Toyota's Service Department, they exceeded our expectations, all around great car service experience!
Working with Danny Baker on the brand new Tundra purchase was seamless and easy. Danny didn???t make us feel pressured but did listen to what we were looking for and worked diligently to find us the exact truck we wanted. I can honestly say that without his input and method of working we likely wouldn???t have purchased a new vehicle, however because of his effort to find us the vehicle and deal we wanted we decided it was the right to to pull the trigger. Highly recommend Danny and the overall experience to our friends.
I came in today to renew my lease and Danny made sure I didn???t leave without a good deal! He was so kind and helpful, constantly trying to lower the price for me since I am a student about to graduate. He was understanding of my needs and when my mom and I were about to leave to think more about the offer he caught us right before we got out with an incredible deal. We closed with Robin which made the logistical stuff very bareable. These two guys were so friendly and cool I actually enjoyed the whole process! If you come to this dealership ask for Danny and Robin, I promise you won???t be disappointed!
Easy service. Very personable. Romio was great! He helped me get accessories I needed and explained everything in detail. He did not loose his patience with me when I had them re do all of my quote. Was not pushy and even taught me some Arabic.
I had the most amazing experience at Mossy Toyota purchasing my new (used) 4Runner. Everyone was extremely positive and efficient and they didn???t waste my time playing any games. Romio took care of me every step of the way and really made my experience one of a kind. I will definitely come back if I ever need a new car and will send business from San Diego to LA to go see Romio. Keep up the great work guys
Drop car off 2 weeks ago and I’m here to pick up. Service tech is helping to see if they have a warranty on part.
