2022 GMC Canyon review
GMC Diesel Canyon AT4. I've had this truck for a year-11,000 miles. I love it. The Denali and Elevation trim looked like junk. The AT4 can't compete with the Tacoma off road but, It holds it's own off road. The Diesel pulls like a beast and the exhuast brake, on all the moutain passes I drive, is worth it's wieght in Gold. I trailer the max. capacity regularly and it's smooth sailing. I traded in my 2500HD Silverado with the vortec 6.0 for this big, little truck. Best decision I've made in a while. I had this truck on order for 8 months and Gm never accepted the order. I finally found exactly what I ordered, just off the truck that morning that I called. 1300 miles away, I jumped on a plane to go get it. Crying shame GMC discontinued the diesel. The extra $ per gallon right now is easily washed by the increase in mileage, 32+ higway, 19 trallering almost 8000 #'s. I wouldn't want the truck without it. Wouldn't want the Elevation or Denali. Diesel AT4 is the truck. I'll keep it the rest of my life barring accident. I'm sure I can get 40 years out of this truck doing 10-12k a year. The regeneration of the exhaust has never come up but, I only do a little round town driving. Most of my miles are highway and hauling a load. I've heard horror stories about regen. from city folk, commuters... You get what you aim for. If you've given it a lot of thought and the diesel AT4 seems right for you, you won't be disappointed. Good luck finding one. GM - You've a winner here. don't let it get away. Ps. Cars.com doesn't have a choice of how I use this truck for WORK. And wouldn't let me submit this review without selecting one of thier 3 inadequate choices. So, I selected having fun cause I believe everything should be but, this is my WORK TRUCK!

2025 Chevrolet Colorado review
My 2025 Chevy Colorado is fun to drive. The ZR1 engine has plenty of power considering it’s a four-cylinder engine. I am very much a person who prefers an eight cylinder when it comes to a truck. I was pleasantly surprised when I drove this truck with a four-cylinder engine. This truck has a lot of power and get up and go, especially when it comes to passing other vehicles. My firstb experience at passing in a vehicle in his truck surprised when I hit the gas and I wound up surging forward in my seat. The interior of the truck is very comfortable and ete appealing. The instrumentation panel is easy to read. So far the truck is very dependable

2024 GMC Canyon review
Our AT4X has been an excellent mid-size truck. The ride is shockingly smooth and the engine has a lot of torque. Wish the interior had less plastic and GM's failure to have a rear view camera mirror or controls for garage/gate contols is inexcusible. Overall, could not be more pleased with this truck.

2017 Honda Ridgeline review
The Ridgeline is a super practical vehicle. I have the E so I love the storage in the bed area as well as as full electric. at 80,000 miles, I started having an issue with the stereo system with a crack rolling and popping first it would go away while driving. I’d have to stop the vehicle turn it off and then restart it and the radio would start playing.

2019 GMC Canyon review
Have a 19 4x4 SLT Short Box. Lifted 4" w/ 20" rims and decent all purpose tires. With the relatively short wheelbase and the slight lift, I've never had a 4WD that handles everything so easily, including the worst mountain trails. Have owned for 3 years now and have not had any problem other than a dead battery. The interior is average, but in a utility/4WD that gets mud, dog fur and camping fallout, who cares. My prior SUV was an 04 Avalanche 4x4. Cool truck but bad gas mileage and impossible to park in tight city lots. The Canyon is perfect size, easy to handle and with a couple minor mods pushes 350 hp.

2022 Chevrolet Colorado review
I bought my Colorado in December 2022. I want planning on a midsized truck but after the test drive I was impressed. The room is enough for 4 adults comfortably. I have 7500 miles on it and have recommended to several family members. My is a 2wheel drive crew about with locking rear differential. The only thatI have problem with is the tires it came with. Goodyear Wranglers, it needs taller tires and wider.

2019 Chevrolet Colorado review
Ive owned my 2019 Z71 Colorado for 4 years and 120,000 miles. Outside of basic wear and tear its been a great truck. I am hoping to get 300k out of it. I have heard that it gets transmission shutter. I do occasional get what feels like late shifts or delay in shifts but its never been persistent. Best change ive made is bigger tires. The stocks 255/r17/65 look too small and goofy for this truck.

2023 Honda Ridgeline review
Great mid-sized truck! Far superior to offerings from Nissan and Toyota - both of which ride like trucks. The Ridgeline rides like an SUV. Quiet, predictable and dependable. The Honda Safety Sensing system is a tad of a nuisance but you get accustomed to ignoring it. Surprised that Honda doesn’t do a better job. Infotainment system is overly complicated. Fuel economy is acceptable. Power is acceptable.

2016 GMC Canyon review
Bought this 2016 GMC Canyon (4cyl) at car max in 2017 . It was part of a commercial fleet and was well taken care of and low mileage . I’ve only have had one problem and that was in the engine cooling system where I had to replace two hoses and a goose neck . While repairing that I noticed an oil leak around the valve cover so I replaced the gasket . It was under warranty still ( just happened in Jan 2024 ) . I could have repaired it myself but who wants to get all dirty when it can be repaired by GMC at little or no cost to me. It still has 6 months remaining on warranty ( I did purchase from CarMax) hoping it does not need any further repairs . It is 8 years old and according to its records this is the first repair other than natural repair items that had ever been needed . It rides well pulls my utility trailer fully loaded just fine . I also have a 2000 Ranger that I had to replace the tranny on when it was just a few years old . It has never needed any other work. I believe the GMC will last me for years to come . But you never know so I will be buying another after market warranty on it when the time comes . I’ve already added that to a 2015 vehicle I own who’s warranty had expired . I’m a old school mechanic I can repair olde vehicles easily ( compared to todays ) I’m also a former Turbo Prop Mechanic from the Air Force and worked those motors for almost 29 years . I had worked on Piston Air Craft Motors for a few years before the change . A lot like a car piston motor in many ways . Two kinds of piston motors on Air Craft . Line a cars block or a receptacating motor( Round) . Very easy to trouble shoot vs Turbo Prop. 2019 Chevrolet Colorado review
Traded in my 2017 Toyota Tacoma TRD for the Z71 and have only one regret. I should have bought the Chevy in the first place. It is a much better truck in just about every facet from comfort to technology to cabin quitetness to towing. Toyota Tacoma’s have better resale value and look better but For the money I’m more than happy with the Z71.

2022 Chevrolet Colorado review
I have a gas ZR2 in blue, and it is my dream truck. The build quality is so good on these! The doors shut with a solid thud, the intuitiveness of the interior...it was the best truck available in 2022. I got mine before the '23 models and I am so very glad I did. I looked at all available mid-sized trucks, Jeeps, Tacos, Nissan, etc...none felt as solid as the ZR2. Almost two years now, and coming up on 25k. Oil changes and had the tires balanced, did all of the fluids at 5k. You have to allow for Chevy Quirkiness, and you'll love it. The A/C can be weird.

La Croix was very helpful, I never felt like I was being pushed into anything, he just answered all my questions. Allison Burnham, the Finance Manager, was also nice and helpful. After I purchased a certified used vehicle, I had a minor issue within the week. I notified them and they took care of it, no questions asked. 2016 GMC Canyon review
Good MPG'S with the four cylinder, smooth 6 speed automatic transmission. Very good sound system with bluetooth. Very reliable, just oil changes and tire rotations. Would buy again!

2023 GMC Canyon review
Missing a few things that could really make it better. Homelink for garage door isn’t offered? Doesn’t come with a receiver type hitch however what does comes with it is almost the same amount of steel. The phone charger doesn’t work quite right and they know it.

2018 GMC Canyon review
I bought this truck new 8 years ago (and 77k miles). I use this truck for truck things like towing a 5,200lb trailer @8 times a year. The V6 has plenty of power and gets good mileage (22 mpg combined, 29 highway empty, 15 pulling the trailer). Reliability has been outstanding. The transmission needs a full flush about every 40k to keep it shifting smoothly. Other than that this truck has been without issue.

2022 Chevrolet Colorado review
While it’s early yet as I’ve only owned for a few weeks, overall it has met or exceeded my expectations. I wanted a mid-sized pickup after owning an Avalanche for nearly 10 years. Truck has plenty of room for driver and passenger (am sure rear seat is tight but not a factor for me) and is very comfortable for me and I’m 6’4”. Truck rides nice and did well in moderate/heavy snow covered roads. So far been great! Can’t really comment on Reliability yet as truck is still new.

2019 Canyon Denali. All sorts of bells and whistles, several that I don't really need. Biggest complaint: no memory seats and no Homelink garage opener. Ridiculous. What accountant made that decision?
