Ed Martin Honda review
Bought a 2022 Honda Civic Sport for my nephew. It was one of the best car buying experiences I’ve ever had. My nephew totaled his 2020 Hyundai Kona and said he’d like a Honda Civic. I had the pleasure of working with Rob Agee who couldn’t be more helpful or nice along with his manager Shelly. Rob has been with this dealership since 2009 and Shelly for 32 years. I own a funeral home and have purchased numerous cars through the years and never have I had this level of service. Lockhart Cadillac needs to take note. I let them know that I wanted to purchase a car for my nephews Christmas present. When we picked up the car, they had it in the show room with a big green bow on it. Made my nephew feel important and really rolled out the red carpet for us. They are first class people who know their product. In all the years I’ve bought Cadillacs, I rarely find the same salesperson when I go back. Ed Martin must take care of their people as Rob and Shelly both have many years at this dealership. If service is as good as the sales experience, I’ll be repeat customer many times over. Thank you Rob, Shelly and Ed Martin!
2024 Honda Odyssey review
Great car but serious security issues exist with the HondaLink app. Since I purchased the car over 2 months ago, I have been connected to someone else’s car. I can see their location, start their car, unlock and lock their car any time I please. I have confirmed this by doing a google search for their address and making personal contact with them since Honda said there was no way their system was functioning this way, so I had to spend time proving to them that indeed it does. Honda has been aware of this for 2 months and thus far has done nothing about it. I call them weekly or more often than that and yet still they do nothing about it.

So glad we went into edmartin to trade our jeep in April we weren't sure about the 2010 Nissan Rogue we were eligible for since our credit and time on the job. Cory did the job for us got us approved and in a vehicle that's a lot better than the one we traded in. Our jeep we traded was old and had a lot needing done with it no ac and with two babies we needed one with ac. About after a month the compressor for the ac went out on the Nissan we got from the dealership. Was gonna cost almost $900 and we were gonna have to pay half and that definitely wasn't possible with all our bills and on one income with two babies to come up all the sudden with it. So I had some words with cory and the dealership and cory is paying half of our half out of his discount or commission not sure he just said he was gonna pay half of our part so we only had to come up with $200 . While it's being fixed he put me in a temporary vehicle so we had a vehicle to drive. This means a lot because we were upset about having the vehicle only a little over a month and it happening but now he has done all he could to make sure we were happy and he definitely did an awesome job. I'll go back to him always for vehicles. Thank you so much for your work and dedication and awesome service. Cory Smith Jones I'll recommend people going to him.

2025 Volkswagen ID. Buzz review
I bought this and have no complaints. It is a solid ride, super fast and fun to drive. It is very futuristic and I think it will hold its value mostly because there will be few sold due to tariffs and trumps anti EV stance. Good Morning . Just making a note on the service I received at Andy Mohr Ram on 96th St Indianapolis,In. I’m super happy with the service provided on my 2024 Ram . I lost all my ability to drive my truck on Sunday 1/18/2026 I called Andy Mohr on Monday to find out how soon they would be able to take a look at it. The Service Manager said get it towed ASAP and they would get it in and have an answer sometime this week. I called the roadside assistance number and scheduled a tow for Monday and the company Ross Towing was supposed to give me a call. A few minutes later a Kyle called from Ross Towing company and let me know approximately what time he would be to me and that he would keep me updated on his ETA to me. Meanwhile Stellantis Roadside Assistance called me checking on the status of my tow and asked if I had an updated ETA from the driver Kyle. I think 5 minutes after Kyle called me and said he had just delivered a vehicle and was headed to me. The tow company Ross Towing did an excellent job of getting my truck loaded and off he went heading to Andy Mohr Ram. I received a call 35 minutes later from Kyle the Tow driver and reported he had just delivered my truck loaded. I must say the towing experience was a 5 out of 5 experience and of course 5 being excellent. I believe Andy Mohr Service department was able to get a technician on my truck the following day. The information I was given was I had a short in the wiring and that the technician was working on tracking down where the short was located. I checked back on Thursday and the Andy Mohr Service Manager Rick stated that they had found the short and my truck was ready for me to take. I was with out a ride to Indianapolis so Rick scheduled a customer care driver to pick me up the following morning and bring me to the Andy Mohr Service Department. The driver Steffaney was very punctual and courteous. I arrived at Andy Mohr service department and was immediately greeted and told that they would pull my truck in and let it warm up. I signed the warranty paperwork(0 out of my pocket) and was handed my keys. The entire process was done very professional my hats off to Andy Moore, Service, and to the towing company Ross Towing. This is the second service that I have received from Andy Moore ram that has went without any problems. It’s almost time to renew my lease and I will for sure be coming back to Andy Moore ram due to the good service that I have received Thank you
2017 Ford Transit-350 review
I purchased my 15 passenger for my daycare and it was a phenomenal vehicle. The kids loved going in field trips and it was the perfect size for all of us with a couple added parents. I would recommend this vehicle!

2017 Chrysler Pacifica review
Have owned 6 pacificas and they are great. We get about 30 mpg on the highway. Can’t complain except the nav system needs some work.

2007 Nissan Quest review
2007 Nissan quest, I bought this car used 4 years and it's been going strong. Has 235,000 miles on it. I lost a/c 2 years ago but am working on having the compressor replaced. Radio and cd/DVD player are great.

2014 Chrysler Town & Country review
Bought my T&C 2014 used in 2016 with 110K miles or maybe less. I still have my T&C in great condition. I thought of exchanging it for the new Pacifica. But, no comperising to the T&C, roomy, comfort seats and smooth ride. Yes, you got to maintain the car in order to function great. No major, issues and I'll keep it until gives it's all. I have driving it to LV, San Diego, Santa Barbara and still going. ❤️ my T&C

2006 Toyota Sienna review

1999 Ford E150 review
I bought my 99 E150 v8 Triton in 2021 for preparing to possibly loose my manager job at walmart due to c v 1 9, and I did. I moved into my van as a nomadic, turned it into a camper (DYI) and never looked back. I took the bench seat out and gave it away. Put a bed in it's place. I just can't seem to get any info on whether I can open up the floor on it that makes it sit so high above the other seats in front of it. So I could have storage under there. It seems like a hollow place between outside and inside floors. Anyway, I've not ever had any issues with anything. I wish I could be able to change my own tires when they are flat but. I won't complain. I have about 150,000 miles on my Triton and it goes like a bat out of xxxx up steep mountains and excellent doing down them. I love to travel and this beast is excellent in every way. I miss my Jeep, but this is for me, a home to live out of, not in, and it drives better than a jeep. So rock solid and I feel very comfy in it. God has been so good too me with vehicles and so much more! Thank GOD almighty for always blessing me with awesome vehicles.. This one takes the cake and then some...

Amazing space inside, yet good road manners - sure footed in bad weather, good handling and sublime ride quality - and everyone smiles when they see it. People coming to an EV for the first time may have range anxiety, but charging is seamless and quick. Controls take some getting used to but still far better than a Model Y/3 with just one screen and two scroll wheels. More than enough room for my very large dog.
