A few months ago, I purchased a used car from Fort Wayne Toyota. Not but 10 days after driving out with a 'new to me' car,the engine blew the head gasket: the motor was shot. During the purchasing process, I was at first reluctant to purchase an Extended Warranty, but I did. I was so glad I had! This dealership asked me to return to the Service Department with my car, and they would see what they could do. They were so sure they'd repair my car, the gave me a new Toyota Tacoma pickup as a loaner. (Perhaps another time I should write a glowing review of the 2025 Toyota Tacoma.... it's an awesome vehicle!) Come around to nearly 4 weeks later, after the dealership obtained the okay to replace my motor with a new long-block motor from the Warranty Company, I drove home with a nearly brand new, 2017 car. This is one great car dealership to buy from! I can't say that loud enough! From the salesman "Cass," to Jen in Service and even the management of Fort Wayne Toyota, I was treated like I was family. I was comforted in my nervousness about having to pay for a car I couldn't drive... with a car I simply love and hope to drive for years to come! Oh... I'm going back to Fort Wayne Toyota. I have a fondness in me now for Toyota pickups. I'm pretty sure I'll get me one someday. In the meantime, I cannot recommend Fort Wayne Toyota enough. Go to them. Buy from them. They'll certainly treat you fairly; address all your needs and questions; and they most assuredly will be for you better than many other car dealerships in this area! See Cass. We have owned a 2022 Kia Carnival for 4 years and currently have 92,000+ miles on it. We purchased the vehicle new and we have been very happy with our choice. There is plenty of room for all passengers and cargo associated. The variable modes give a piece of mind when entering highway or when acceleration is needed. The ECO mode allows for great gas mileage on highway and in the city. The convenience of technology within reach of the driver without having to move hands away from the steering wheel makes for a safe ride. If I had to make any improvements it would be allowing for aftermarket top rails for cargo on the roof (which was currently only offered on the Prestige model), and decrease the highway road noise. This noise is far superior to other makes and models, however, does present a distraction when traveling long distances. Overall, a great choice in an alternative to a mini van. It allows for the convenience of a minivan with the power and accessibility of a crossover SUV.

Excellent experience, Professional staff, fair pricing, great communication, would buy from again if they had something I was interested in.

Tears of Joy!!! Their service dept is the best "y'all better get you a Mazda" The service here is over the top honestly. I paid for my repairs over the phone and the car is being dropped off in my driveway!! As a single mom of two small children who works from home.... this is an amazing blessing. I will brag about their service for a long time and never buy another brand.

Need the smallest cargo van for travel. The cargo area offers huge space and the acceleration and ride are fine. Lack of road noise (on decent roads) was a pleasant surprise. I wish there was a larger center console with closable storage. Appreciate that the battery is easily accessible and there is a full size spare. Plenty of light in the cargo area. Fun to drive

I visited Preferred Auto on a limb on Saturday searching for a very specific GMC Acadia (I'm very picky). Travis Hoover met us in the parking lot in the pouring rain and within 20 minutes I was test driving my dream vehicle. This is the first vehicle I have purchased for myself and any questions I had Travis was able to answer. 10/10 would recommend. Everyone we came in contact with was extremely nice and professional. Great reliable cars. Bought mine at over 150k miles and it still runs like a champ. Car had been maintained regularly by the previous owner which is what is necessary to prolong its life and I intend to continue doing the same.

An excellent comfortable kid hauler. Or if you prefer to haul a furniture it will get the job done better than a pickup truck. We love our Odyssey. This is our third Odyssey having owned a 2007. 2013 and now a 2024.

This is my second Honda Odyssey Elite having traded in my 2019 for a 2023. Why did I make the trade? I hadn't had any problems with my 2019, but the trade in value of my 2019 made the purchase of a 2023 a "no brainer". I had considered purchasing a Toyota Sienna Platinum because of the fuel economy. But the price of the Toyota was so much higher than the Honda, especially when you consider that the Rear Seat Entertainment System costs extra on the Toyota and dealers are adding premiums above MSRP. I calculated I would have to drive the a Toyota around 80,000 miles before I would actually begin saving money on gasoline.

I was very impressed with salesman John Berghoff and the O’Daniel Ford Dealership in general. John is straight forward, very knowledgeable on Ford products, very Customer Focused, and great to work with! He was very attentive to my every question. I e-mailed John before ever stopping into the dealership and he quickly responded via e-mail with answers to my questions about MSRP and the A/Z plan price for the 2019 Ford Edge – Titanium with the options I wanted. I also had many questions on functionality and the Hi Tech features included in the vehicle. He offered via e-mail to bring a vehicle to my house and let me keep it overnight to try out all the features and take it for a test drive. Although I didn’t take him up on his offer, I was very impressed with his customer focus and decided to stop into the Dealership the next day. At that point John encouraged me again to take a couple of Edges for a test drive, which I did and soon fell in love with the vehicle. John also offered to negotiate with me on prices for the Ziebart Gold Plan and an Extended Warranty, items that I believe help protect my investment. I wasn’t ready to make a deal after the first trade-in value offered by O’Daniel Ford for my 2007 Lincoln MKX that day and expressed that to John, but he continued to send me info on the car and expressed his interest in earning my business in the future when I was ready to buy. Sales Manager Brent Swartz came out and introduced himself and also stated he would work with me to get the prices lower on the Ziebart Gold Plan and the Extended Warranty. I left the Dealership very impressed with O’Daniel Ford, although not yet ready to buy. A day later John Berghoff sent me info about a company called TradeRev that O’Daniel Ford collaborates with to help customers get better trade-in offers. I decided to give it a try a couple of days later and to my surprise I was offered exactly what I needed to make the deal. John got me a new F150 Ford Truck as a loaner until they could get the exact 2019 Edge I wanted from Indianapolis. After I made the deal, General Manager Mr. Jeff O’Daniel came out to John’s desk, introduced himself and thanked me for my business. I left the Dealership extremely impressed and very happy that in a few days I’d have my new 2019 Ford Edge. I can’t think of anything the staff could have done better unless they would have given me a new car for free! :) Seriously, they did everything they could to answer my questions and negotiate with me to give me what I needed to move forward with a purchase, all without making me feel pressured to buy. After years of purchasing many vehicles from another local Ford Dealership I have become a happy new customer at O’Daniel Ford and plan to take all my future purchase and service business there!

Love most things about this car but today's cars have way too many buttons and gadgets that aren't necessary - too distracting. This one hugs the road well, handles nicely, rides very comfortably. We've driven Honda's since 1978 and find them very reliable and trustworthy cars.

Nice vehicle. We purchased new...price was one reason why compared to other vans. Our old vehicle was a Town & Country, this vehicle has some pleasant surprises. Better power and a better ride. Handling & response are very good, not clumsy like some vans. Great safety features throughout the vehicle. Things I don't like... the power rear side flare windows are gone and there isn't as much storage . In order to get better storage, you have to upgrade to higher end models. No overhead storage panel in some models. I certainly don't like the fact that there is no spare tire anymore but I know that the car industry is moving that way, which is just a cost saving measure for them. Door protection side strips have disappeared - they used to just be a standard item but now, are an "option", which is pretty lame. Roof pillars tend to cause more obstruction in my view as I'm driving but the Pacifica has alert safety features that are helpful. Information screen is pretty easy on Chrysler. Overall, its a nice vehicle.
