2016 Dodge Grand Caravan review
I bought my 2016 Dodge Grand Caravan used in 2017. I’ve got 130,000 miles on it now and I’m still overall very pleased. This is my 4th Dodge/Chrysler minivan in the last 20+ years. I am kind of tired of driving a minivan but don’t know if I could give them up! This van has so many pros and very few cons. First, price is lower than other makes of minivans. Front and middle rows very comfortable on long trips. Good visibility from front and middle rows. I love that it has 2 separate glove boxes. Tons of cup holders! Adequate cargo area behind 3rd row seats. The stow and go feature is awesome. With second and third row seats folded down and hidden underneath the floor, you’ve got a huge open space to haul stuff. Almost like having a pickup truck except no one asks you to borrow it to move! Lol. It’s easy to get in and out of even if you have mobility problems. Drives and handles well. I don’t think we’ve ever had it in the shop. Never broken down on us. I’ve had this van since 2017 and no problems EVER until this summer. The radio quit working. We replaced it, and after a few weeks, the second one quit. Going to have it looked at soon. Also, the wipers have always worked poorly. Even after replacing them a few times with premium wipers, they still seem to “drag”, and are kind of “bumpy” is the only way I can describe it. My husband has to warn me before he turns them on, because they are so loud at first that they startle me very badly. Very irritating. When there’s a heavy rain they work fairly quietly and smoothly.

2011 Chevrolet Express 3500 review
This is a very good vehicle. The six speed automatic transmission is very smooth. The v8 engine delivers very adequate power and surprisingly good gas mileage. It is quite comfortable to drive. The rear seats are very easy to remove.

Mercedes Benz of Washington (PA) diagnosed and fixed a problem another MB dealership caused. From the moment I walked in the door I knew I was in good hands with service writer Amy Nelson. I did not have an appointment for a Service B but Amy quickly got me in and arranged for a driver (Dale! Who was awesome!) to take me back to my office. A problem was found under the hood that only the MB dealership where I purchased the car could have caused. This is where Service Manager Bob Anderson came in. Bob went above and beyond to get my car properly fixed and out the door in record time. Come to find Bob has been at this dealership for 35 years. Unheard of these days! Shane was my initial contact to get the process started with trade-in valuation. Totally easy going process - no stress at all! Nice hand-off to Ryan on another day as they worked around my work schedule. Ryan was fast and efficient to get me through the purchasing process and get me in my new car. It was all fast and easy no stress no pressure process. Cars are beautifully presented on their web-site, easy to line up for a test drive, clean and detailed when you get there. There are NO negatives with this process. I encourage everyone to take a look and give it a try. I think I'm a fan for life :)
2025 Chrysler Pacifica review
Nice vehicle. We purchased new...price was one reason why compared to other vans. Our old vehicle was a Town & Country, this vehicle has some pleasant surprises. Better power and a better ride. Handling & response are very good, not clumsy like some vans. Great safety features throughout the vehicle. Things I don't like... the power rear side flare windows are gone and there isn't as much storage . In order to get better storage, you have to upgrade to higher end models. No overhead storage panel in some models. I certainly don't like the fact that there is no spare tire anymore but I know that the car industry is moving that way, which is just a cost saving measure for them. Door protection side strips have disappeared - they used to just be a standard item but now, are an "option", which is pretty lame. Roof pillars tend to cause more obstruction in my view as I'm driving but the Pacifica has alert safety features that are helpful. Information screen is pretty easy on Chrysler. Overall, its a nice vehicle.

2026 Chrysler Pacifica review
Big delay in the apple Carplay starting up. Plus the adaptive cruise control is not smooth at all. We have a 2019 Toyota Camry and its ACC is much smoother than the one in the 2026 Pacifica. The ride itself is comfortable. We had 5 adults and everyone had plenty of room.

2011 Dodge Grand Caravan review
The Van handles well with cargo loads, drives smooth has good acceleration with plenty of power. It has been well balanced on gas I use the van for electrical I mostly do residential so not a ton of equipment needed to carry but it can hold its own.

Amazing space inside, yet good road manners - sure footed in bad weather, good handling and sublime ride quality - and everyone smiles when they see it. People coming to an EV for the first time may have range anxiety, but charging is seamless and quick. Controls take some getting used to but still far better than a Model Y/3 with just one screen and two scroll wheels. More than enough room for my very large dog.
