I went in for a maintenance appointment and from the second I pulled up I was greeted by friendly staff. I had recently purchased my car and the gentlemen that was taking care of me pulled up all the history and could tell I was interested so he showed me all that had been done and helped me understand things I didn’t know about. He was so friendly and helpful. Their waiting room is set up very nicely and fully stocked with delicious free drinks like Lattes and Cappuccinos. I was even offered to take one of their cars if I didn’t have time to wait. I opted to wait and was shown all the amenities, I was even able to work from my laptop in their waiting room (free WiFi!) while they serviced my car, which didn’t take long at all. When they were done they carefully went over everything with me very thoughtfully and honestly. Which was nice because other places I’ve gone to would just name a list of unnecessary things they would make me feel bad about if I didn’t do them right away, but it’s not like that at all here. If you’re looking for excellent service in every aspect, for all your car needs, this is the place to go. Thank you Busam Nissan for going above and beyond! I will definitely be back

The Auto Livery provides outstanding customer service along with an excellent selection of unique, high quality vehicles. We have had a wonderful ownership experience. We purchased a 2009 BMW 328xi, six speed manual transmission 3 pedal stick shifter car. We test drove the car and had a pre-purchase inspection done at a specialty BMW sales and repair shop. The car passed the inspection and they suggested we buy the car. When I returned with the car to the Auto Livery, I explained to Jason the one minor issue they found and he special ordered the parts and had them installed a no extra charge! I tried the other guys from Japan it was a PIG I lost $10,000 to get rid of it. I had it less then 5 months. had two sprinters you cannot find a better vehicle, overall best Vans I had.

This is my second windstar . My 2000 went 240k miles with only 1 transmission rebuild at 160k. Water pump at 144k. Great van . My 2002 has 51k with no repairs other than oil changes and brakes Ford builds quality in 2002. German motor USA trans. No complaints. Only replaced 3 batteries . 1 power window motor. due to lack of use. If you can find an old one under 100k buy it.

Dave at Lanigan’s Auto was extremely helpful. He answered all my questions over the phone and set up a time for me to come look at a car (I was buying from out of state). Everything was ready for me when I got there. I purchased my dream car from him. He made it so easy! I recently purchased a 2015 Dodge Ram CV Tradesman from Motortime Auto Sales and had a great experience. Motortime had a great selection of white commercial vans and I choose the Tradesman because it is the perfect size for my small cleaning business. The best part was that when I informed Ben I was in Indiana and would need to arrange for someone else to drive to Ohio to pick up the van, Ben asked where I was located and then offered to personally drive the vehicle to me over that coming weekend. He had a mother’s day function to go to in Indiana. Ben coordinated all the paperwork quickly for the sale and transfer of the title. This is our second odyssey, love the can with all the safety features. We have had great reliability, and now have just under 100,000 miles (99683) and have had only minor issues. Normal wear items plus an injector problem repaired under warranty. A few recall items ( door handles, back up camera fuel pump) all taken care of under warranty Love this vehicle, love it and will buy another when they redesign it. Rides very well, has a ton of safety features, interior is very comfortable. Highly pleased.

Super comfy, love the 2nd row captains chairs. the tv is a life saver, and i would super recommend this! im a dad of 5 so its perfect. Originally scheduled an appointment to see a Mazda Miata they had. Came across a Buick Cascada that they also had, and that seemed to be a better fit. Frank was very accommodating and helpful, willing to show me both vehicles. Great price on the Cascada, and he gave me an additional bit off, so I bought it. They have lots of vehicles, and he and his mechanic, Mike, were great!

Great vehicle! Gas mileage is amazing for an 8 passenger vehicle, love the cool box, love the blind spot camera, and the ride is very smooth. It's very safe too. When I was in a bad accident in my 2016 Odyssey my children and I came out with only two of us having minir injuries. Definitely recommend this van!

Good little van for maintenance work. Wont haul all my tools, but enough to get most jobs done, including a 5x10 trailer on the back with no issues.

I bought mine used in 2019 with 22,000 miles on it. I'm now over 107,000 miles with no real problems. I've only done routine maintenance and it still drives a smooth gist as it did when I bought it and wouldn't have one hesitation driving it long distance anywhere. I've recently had the check engine light come on and it shows trac off, but I don't believe it's anything more than a sensor. Overall it holds up to the Toyota reputation of reliability, so much so that my wife winded up trading her dream Jeep Gladiator in for a Toyota 4Runner and hasn't looked back.

James the mechanic did an awesome job repairing a couple of things on the car before we drove it off of the lot. He went above and beyond what was expected for him to do. He was very pleasant and helpful!

My family of 6 has had this van from coast to coast and it has been a dream, haven't had one problem. We keep it maintained from the dealership, no electrical or mechanical problems at all. Highly recomended
