Motor Werks HondaReviews
Motor Werks Honda review
My sales person Daniel Alfaro is an outstanding, professional and honest salesman that spent the time to show me four different vehicles and listen and answered all my questions. I couldn’t take the vehicle home since I had no means and it was near closing time but Daniel dropped the vehicle off at my home the next day. I would definitely buy again from Daniel Alfaro at Motor Werks.
2026 Honda Odyssey review
We had a 2019 that was a good car, but we decided to upgrade to a 2026. We love it. The only problem we had was the A/C wasn't blowing cold. For some reason it was over charged. But that has been fixed and we are loving it.

Schaumburg Honda Automobiles review
My experience at Schaumburg Honda was fantastic! The salesperson, Spencer, was incredibly helpful. I informed her that I was looking to purchase a vehicle for my kids. She provided me with a lot of information and guidance throughout the process, ensuring that I made an informed decision about buying a quality used vehicle. Spencer was transparent and didn’t have any hidden agendas. She also provided upfront pricing, and allowed me to speak with the mechanic. The mechanic thoroughly inspected the car, and I felt comfortable knowing that I was in good hands. I appreciated the care and concern Spencer showed for my family and would definitely recommend Schaumburg Honda to anyone looking for a reliable new or used vehicle.

Wickstrom Auto Group review
Our experience with Wickstrom Jeep Dodge was top notch. Our salesperson Eric Jensen was amazing and very knowledgeable and went above and beyond for us. He made the entire process very smooth. Overall - I give this place 10 stars and would definitely be back if I need a vehicle. Thank you Wickstrom and Eric it was a pleasure to work with you all. Teri Zelasko
2025 Chrysler Pacifica review
Nice vehicle. We purchased new...price was one reason why compared to other vans. Our old vehicle was a Town & Country, this vehicle has some pleasant surprises. Better power and a better ride. Handling & response are very good, not clumsy like some vans. Great safety features throughout the vehicle. Things I don't like... the power rear side flare windows are gone and there isn't as much storage . In order to get better storage, you have to upgrade to higher end models. No overhead storage panel in some models. I certainly don't like the fact that there is no spare tire anymore but I know that the car industry is moving that way, which is just a cost saving measure for them. Door protection side strips have disappeared - they used to just be a standard item but now, are an "option", which is pretty lame. Roof pillars tend to cause more obstruction in my view as I'm driving but the Pacifica has alert safety features that are helpful. Information screen is pretty easy on Chrysler. Overall, its a nice vehicle.

McGrath Kia Highland Park review
The sales women Joanna was very nice and attended us with care. However they couldn’t find the key the day we got the car, they later told us we would receive it 2 days after, it has now been almost 2 weeks since they said they would send it to us and I still haven’t received my key.

McGrath Kia Highland ParkReviews
McGrath Kia Highland Park review
My experience at Kia McGrath of Highland Park was truly exceptional from beginning to end. Buying a car can be stressful and overwhelming, but this experience was the complete opposite. I felt genuinely cared for, heard, and supported throughout the entire process. My salesperson, Danny, was absolutely wonderful. He is warm, patient, incredibly knowledgeable, and truly went above and beyond to help me find the perfect vehicle. He spent many hours with me, answering countless questions, walking me through different options, and making sure I never felt rushed or pressured. What stood out most was that Danny genuinely wanted to make sure I was happy with my decision. He took the time to understand what mattered to me and my family and helped me find the vehicle that was the right fit—not simply the easiest one to sell. His patience, professionalism, and kindness made such a huge difference, and I am so grateful for the time and care he invested in helping me. I also have to recognize Jason, the General Manager. Jason was absolutely amazing. It is rare to find a GM who is not only accessible and responsive, but also genuinely warm, kind, generous, and invested in making sure customers have an exceptional experience. He was reachable throughout the process and treated us with such respect and generosity. He made us feel valued rather than like just another transaction. His leadership and character were evident in every interaction, and it was clear that creating a positive experience for his customers truly mattered to him. The level of customer service we received from Danny, Jason, and the entire team at Kia McGrath of Highland Park was outstanding. They turned what could have been a stressful process into an experience that felt personal, positive, and genuinely enjoyable. If you are looking for a dealership where people actually take the time to listen, answer your questions, treat you with kindness and respect, and go above and beyond to help you find the right vehicle, I cannot recommend Kia McGrath of Highland Park highly enough. Danny and Jason made this experience unforgettable, and I am incredibly grateful for everything they did for us.

Bill Kay Downers Grove Nissan review
I came in on 4/27/19 with my parents to browse around. My parents were looking for a new Rouge and I was looking for a used car. Nick and Khalil were absolutely phenomenal! They are definable not your typical car salesmen. They felt more like friends who were excited to help us with getting our new cars and were genuinely great people. They gave us undevided attention for hours while we asked a ton of questions to make sure we were confident with our purchases. They also gave us a great deal for buying two cars. Kim in finance is such a sweet woman to work with as well. All in all best car buying experience I’ve ever had. I will never purchase a car from anywhere besides here in the future, I suggest you do as well!

Hawk CDJRReviews
Hawk CDJR review
If you’re looking for a Jeep, don’t hesitate to reach out to Jason at Hawk Jeep! This was my fourth lease with Stellantis, and this experience was by far the best one yet. Since I was driving from about an hour away, Jason worked with me to finalize the deal seamlessly via email. He got me into the exact car I inquired about at a payment I was genuinely happy with. When I arrived to pick up the vehicle, everything was ready to go—I was literally in the showroom for minutes, not the typical hours! The car was detailed beautifully, the showroom was new and clean, and the rest of the staff were exceptionally polite and welcoming. Jason was wonderful to work with from start to finish. Thanks, Jason!

Abe was amazing right off the bat. He had the van ready for me to test drive after communicating via email and coordinating a schedule around my little ones needs. We weighed options on models, colors, etc, and made my trade in experience easy peasy.

2022 Kia Carnival review
AMAZING MPV!! Bought 2022 SX Prestige with captain chairs in May 2021. Had 175,000 miles and drove like new. Only did Oil changes/tire rotations and filters (easy to change by yourself) and new tires 2x and a new battery at 150k was all I had to Maintenance. Was very spacious for up to 4 adults but too small for 7 adults. My last one was a total loss but would love another one. Was awesome in snow with all weather tires.
