Nielsen Ford review
Had an appointment for service on my 2020 Ford Edge. My vehicle was done and ready to go promptly! I will definitely return for my next service.
2025 Kia Carnival review
I traded a 2021 Telluride for the Carnival because it was more practical and versatile for transporting young children. Although they had the same trim levels, the quality of interior materials - seats, door panels, etc. - in the Telluride were superior to the Carnival. The "ride," handling and comfort of the Telluride also far exceeded that of the Carnival. I miss the Telluride but appreciate the functionally of the Carnival.

Mercedes-Benz of Union review
Searching for a convertible for a few months since the wife wanted white with red interior convertible. So, I wanted to take a moment to share my recent experience at Ray Catena, and specifically, my interaction with Anthony Aiello. From the moment we walked into the dealership, Anthony greeted us with such warmth and made us feel like family. His polite and friendly demeanor instantly put us at ease. We had the opportunity to test drive the car and Anthony patiently went over all the features, ensuring that we had a thorough understanding of everything. I must say, it was truly a no-brainer for us to seal the deal with Ray Catena, primarily because of the exceptional service Anthony provided. His knowledge and enthusiasm for the product were infectious, and it was evident that he genuinely cared about our satisfaction. I cannot recommend Anthony and Ray Catena highly enough. If you are in the market for a new car, I urge you to visit their dealership and ask for Anthony. You won't be disappointed! Thank you again for your time, and patience you showed us please. Not the first Mercedes and won't be our last. Thanks Again Ray & Anthony!!!!

I would like to take the time to thank Ms Patricia Medina Service Manager at Mercedes Benz in Union NJ. I brought my car in for service June 12, 2023 and a problem occurred. I went to Patricia office to explain my problem and right away she made me feel safe, and comfortable. Patricia was so professional, thoughtful, kind and understanding that after talking to Patricia I felt relieved from the stress that I was experiencing. Right away Patricia took care of the situation. It is a great feeling to know that there are people like Patricia Medina that takes there job serious and care about the people they work with. Thanks again Patricia for your professionalism. You are the best.

Mr. Tate was very professional and we liked him a lot. Good story and set-up to buy tire/rim package. Lots of pressure to buy that. Got us with one key upon leaving after transaction was done. Keys usually run around 500.00 and can be negotiated, so watch out for that. It was not disclosed to us that the car came with one key! That was a miss in our part and we should have known better. Because of having only one key it hinders me from using BMW ID as you need both keys for that. Overall, happy with the car.

2016 Nissan NV Cargo NV2500 HD review
It served the purpose of my needs: transporting flowers from my shop to destinations. Plenty of space to load flowers arrangements attached with easels, plenty of power and smooth driving when vehicle reached break in time (approx 20k miles). It also got good gas mileage compared to a 4.0L engine and heavy weight from the other brands. I’ve chosen this Nissan van over a Ford transit cargo van because of Nissan’s outstanding warranty (5 years- 100k miles) bumper to bumper. Overall, I’m very happy with this van and I had made the right choice.

I arrived at the lot almost at closing time. The staff approached me immediately with a warm, welcoming smile. They patiently showed me every vehicle I wanted to see, maintaining a high level of professionalism that stood out compared to the other dealerships I'd visited earlier. Their positive demeanor at the end of the day convinced me to make my purchase here. I highly recommend them and will gladly refer family and friends.

2023 Honda Odyssey review
Love most things about this car but today's cars have way too many buttons and gadgets that aren't necessary - too distracting. This one hugs the road well, handles nicely, rides very comfortably. We've driven Honda's since 1978 and find them very reliable and trustworthy cars.

Kernersville Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM review
This team was fantastic! I had the pleasure of working with Lauren before driving from out of state to purchase a car from Charlie Johnston. He is the absolute best car salesman EVER! The experience was easy, thoughtful, and efficient. I also can't forget to mention the kindness of Denise Tores, who was terrific when help was needed. Thank you all so very much!!!

Auto First LLC review
I have bought a Mercedes-Benz GLK350. Lou was very helpful and answered all questions I have had. He stayed in communications with me though out the process. He got me a good rate from the bank and included a 2 year extended warranty. Lou has given me a call a month later to see how everything with the car was. Lou gave me a great value for my car. In addition, Auto First has an excellent service department. All employees are friendly. I did not have one issues just a Great experience.
