2026 Chrysler Pacifica review
Big delay in the apple Carplay starting up. Plus the adaptive cruise control is not smooth at all. We have a 2019 Toyota Camry and its ACC is much smoother than the one in the 2026 Pacifica. The ride itself is comfortable. We had 5 adults and everyone had plenty of room.

Columbia Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram review
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Absolutely Thrilled with My New 2024 Jeep Wrangler! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I recently purchased a 2024 Jeep Wrangler from Columbia CDJR, and I couldn’t be happier with the entire experience! From the moment I walked in, the staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and truly committed to helping me find the perfect vehicle. The Jeep Wrangler has always been a dream car for me, and this 2024 model exceeded all expectations. The buying process was seamless—no pushy sales tactics, just helpful and honest advice. The team at Coumbia CDJR took care of everything, from helping me choose the right trim and features to making sure I understood all the financing options. They even took the time to walk me through all the amazing features of the Wrangler before I drove off the lot. If you’re looking for a dealership that truly values its customers and delivers top-notch service, I highly recommend Columbia CDJR. Thank you for making my Jeep dreams come true! 🚙💨

Andrick was very nice and very helpful. I don't have the best credit or a good down payment but he did everything possible to get me into a car. Very helpful!

Quick attention and attentive. Really wanted to make the sale but they were not pushy in the least bit. Good people.
2017 Toyota Sienna review
I owned a 2014 sienna limited premium and was the best vehicle I have ever owned in my 50 years of driving, owning 16 different cars, Suvs and Vans. I purchased a 2017 Toyota Sienna Limited Premium AWD and I like it but I don't like the way it shifts, its very jerky. I did get a computer engine software update that helped very much. The engine having 40 more horse power would make me think that it would have tremendous power compaired to my 2014, but it did not. So it purchased a what call (chip your car) that connects under the dash to get more refindment in the performace, to unleash the filtered performance and it did. What a difference in performance. I purchaced the chip for 150.00 and its worth every penny. I am a performance guy especially when driving a nice van. So with the Toyota Software upgrade and my computer chip upgrade now we have a nice performace running van which my 2014 had also.

Columbia Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram review
Best car-buying experience I’ve had. Everything was clearly listed online—no surprises when I arrived. The price was fair, my trade value matched the quote, and there were no games or hidden fees. I also really appreciated the lifetime powertrain coverage, which added a lot of peace of mind. If you’re looking for a dealership that’s straightforward and transparent, this is the place to go.

2020 Honda Odyssey review
I've owned two Odysseys over the past 20 years, with the 2020 being the one we currently own. The 2020 has proven to be just as reliable as our other Odyssey and the Honda Accords that we've owned. The 2020 Odyssey has a smooth ride, comfortable attractive interior. The Magic seating system makes this van even more flexible for hauling loads of kids and family, while being able to quickly change to hauling lots of cargo.

Actually my service went faster than expected, hopefully when I take my car back the Autobutler will be very clean and looking great but we'll see because last time I took it in it didn't even look like it had been cleaned. Another review will be givin soon.
2020 Honda Odyssey review
We have had 2002, 2004, and now have 2010 and 2020 Odyssey vans. The Odyssey is extremely reliable. With proper maintenance will last in excess of 200,000 miles. We sold the 2004 at 230,000+ miles, and it was still running great. The 2010 we have is approaching 170,000 miles. We are two 80-year-olds; we just like having plenty of space to carry things.

2016 Nissan NV Cargo NV2500 HD review
It served the purpose of my needs: transporting flowers from my shop to destinations. Plenty of space to load flowers arrangements attached with easels, plenty of power and smooth driving when vehicle reached break in time (approx 20k miles). It also got good gas mileage compared to a 4.0L engine and heavy weight from the other brands. I’ve chosen this Nissan van over a Ford transit cargo van because of Nissan’s outstanding warranty (5 years- 100k miles) bumper to bumper. Overall, I’m very happy with this van and I had made the right choice.

During the build of my new truck, there were some frustrating moments. I had some difficulty getting my salesman to return my calls, and was handed off to three different salesmen during the 6 months process. Finally, I was fortunate enough to meet Michael Keiser and Andy Rose. These are the guys you need to talk to if you're buying a new vehicle! Both always called me back, never dodged my questions, and were completely honest with me. They are the kinds of men who value their customers. Go see them if you want to be taken care of. I love my new GMC Sierra 3500 HD Pro!!!!

I had an amazing experience with Parks Collision Center & Body Shop after someone rear-ended me. From start to finish, they made a stressful situation so much easier. Bubba Spears, the shop manager, went above and beyond to take care of everything. He kept me informed every step of the way, answered all my questions, and made sure my car was taken care of. When I picked it up, I was blown away?not only was my bumper repaired perfectly, but they had cleaned my car too! It felt like I was driving a brand-new vehicle. The care and attention to detail from Bubba and his team really stood out. I?m so grateful for their kindness and professionalism. If you?re ever in need of body work, I can?t recommend them enough. They truly care about their customers.

Impex Auto Sales review
My experience with Impex auto sales was absolutely fantastic. Rick Lanier, my salesperson, was so easy to work with. Very responsive and took care of any and all questions I had. The process from start to finish with delivery of my vehicle was extremely smooth. First time customer with this dealer, if I were to purchase another car, I would definitely use them again.
2014 Chevrolet Express 1500 review
It's really worth. and It never have broken the is model car. If you’re looking for a time-tested van that can handle almost any task in any weather, the 2014 Chevy Express Van is for you. Its traditional van profile makes it easier to park in smaller garages, and unlike its competitors, the Express offers a choice of gasoline-, natural gas- and diesel-powered engines.

Always a pleasure. Very friendly folks and have taken care of our family for years. We purchased the truck at Ford of Franklin and they have done a great job in serving our truck.
2022 Chrysler Pacifica review
I have owned dozens of cars, trucks and minivans. This vehicle is the most versatile of them all. The V6 AWD is great on the hwy. And the steering is nimble in street driving. I would recommend to anyone to purchase. Stow and Go seats are best in class.

2019 Chrysler Pacifica review
I like how it handles. Only problem is sometime the transmission slip. They say nothing is wrong it is common in the Pacifica. It is comfy and loads of room. We keep back seats down put a dog bed for our dog to be comfortable . When we need seats remove the bed and pop them up. No need to pull them out and find a place to store it.

2019 Chrysler Pacifica review
Purchase car used in 2021 from rental car company, 70Kmiles. So far have had no problems. Stow and go seats makes this a great utility vehicle plus seats are comfortable for road trips and concert going. We’re empty nesters so it’s the party bus. The transmission can buck during “hill assist” but keeping the gas steady and allow it to do its job, it doesn’t need your help. 90K miles on it now. Swore I was done with minivans, our adult kids laughed so hard when we got it but they borrow it all the time.

2021 Honda Odyssey review
Bought the 2021 EX-L model end of 2023 with 21,000 miles. I test drive the Sienna and was very disappointed in every aspect which led me to the Oddessy which I had not previously considered. One test drive and I was sold. The amount of space for my three kids to sit comfortably, the ample trunk space, the magic slide seats, automatic sliding doors & heated seats with a sunroof are among my favorite things about this minivan. It's fun to drive and has plenty of power with its 280hp. As long as you have proper snow tires in snowy conditions, this FWD minivan will do just fine. I had no issues in squalls and other winter conditions. I took my snow tires off prematurely and got caught in a winter storm and hit a guard rail and my whole family was safe and sound with no injuries. It has since been repaired back to its original condition. Keep your winter tires on til late Spring to be safe. I will absolutely drive this thing til the wheels fall off and then I'll buy another. Thank you Honda for keeping the Oddessy in your lineup! I hope it never goes away.

Golden Circle Ford Parsons review
I live in Atlanta, GA and my brother recommended that I give Golden Circle Ford Parsons a shot for a new vehicle for my wife and I. Michael, Jordan, John, and Bruce were who I worked with and I cannot speak highly enough to the level of service from this dealership! I had the car, in my driveway, within 48 hours of calling. Absolute pleasure to work with, and they even sent a nice video to go along with it of who would be delivering the car and made it super personal. Any issues we had upon delivery, they were super accommodating to resolve and solution oriented. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a car, even from out of state. Thank y'all so much!
2023 Chrysler Pacifica Hybrid review
I had a 2023 Hyundai Ioniq 5 (that I absolutely loved), but the lease was ending. Since that purchase, I have had two grandchildren, and though I could take them with me in the Ioniq, it was a tight squeeze (again, it was a GREAT car). I decided I needed something with more seating, which meant a three row SUV or a minivan. I was used to an all electric vehicle and wanted to get something that was at least hybrid. I honestly thought my days of a minivan were way behind me when my children got older so I was kind of dreading that option. The truth is I couldn't be happier. The mileage has been fantastic - I've been averaging about 50 mpg. Because the van is a plug-in hybrid, I drive a lot of local miles on all electric which helps immensely with the mileage. There is plenty of room for my kids (and their kids). Lots of places to plug in all of their devices. My wife's aunt told me that the back seats were incredibly comfortable as well. The only thing I wish it had were a few more amenities - but that is entirely my fault. I bought it used and picked up the first decently priced one I found. I should have waited a bit for one that was a bit more loaded, but again, that's on my, not the vehicle. The ride is incredibly smooth and the power is just fine for a minivan - obviously not what I was used to with the EV, but then I don't expect that. I'm enjoying driving in comfort and getting in and out is much more comfortable on my old back!

2023 Honda Odyssey review
This is my second Honda Odyssey Elite having traded in my 2019 for a 2023. Why did I make the trade? I hadn't had any problems with my 2019, but the trade in value of my 2019 made the purchase of a 2023 a "no brainer". I had considered purchasing a Toyota Sienna Platinum because of the fuel economy. But the price of the Toyota was so much higher than the Honda, especially when you consider that the Rear Seat Entertainment System costs extra on the Toyota and dealers are adding premiums above MSRP. I calculated I would have to drive the a Toyota around 80,000 miles before I would actually begin saving money on gasoline.

CarMax Cool SpringsReviews
CarMax Cool Springs review
I both bought and sold a car here recently. My sales associate CARLTON BOWEN was fantastic. SOLD: They gave me a very fair price on a 2003 Honda CRV with roughly 180K miles. The process was quick and painless. You do not have to buy a car from them to sell a car to them. I had done my homework before and knew what it was worth and I was offered a price higher than Kelly Blue Book. BUY: Buying a used car was more complicated. It took test driving many and lots of time on their website before I found one that met the very specific details I was looking for. I decided on CarMax because I did have a very specific car in mind that I had not been able to find private seller in the two plus months I'd been looking. Also, my sales associate CARLTON BOWEN was fantastic. He spent roughly a month helping me look at cars making calls to other dealerships and coordinating multiple test drives etc. I know having him as a salesperson made a huge difference. I had looked at other dealerships and was treated only like a wallet from the moment I entered. He worked hard to help me find what I needed in a car and was pleasant and respectful the entire time. Not at all the experience I had at other dealerships. With all of the hidden fees etc other places have, carmax was not more expensive. I was glad not to give my money to sketchy people at another place.
2015 Toyota Sienna review
Great reliable cars. Bought mine at over 150k miles and it still runs like a champ. Car had been maintained regularly by the previous owner which is what is necessary to prolong its life and I intend to continue doing the same.
