Amazing communication. Nicely located. Well organized. Everyone we met was positive and not pushy. Jordyn is incredible! He answered our questions well and knew exactly who to ask if he wasn’t sure. Many helpful tips too. I hadn’t been vehicle shopping in a long time, but Jordyn and others made it a much better experience than I anticipated.

I recently purchased a car from these guys, and it was hands down one of the best car-buying experiences I’ve ever had. Alex was an incredible help throughout the entire process. Since I was buying from out of state, communication was my biggest priority, and they didn't miss a beat—they answered every phone call and addressed every question I had without any issues. The car is fantastic, and I would 1,000% do business with them again. Highly recommended this dealer! So easy to work with and one of the last honest and loyal dealers out there.

2017 Volkswagen Golf R review
This car has available adaptive suspension which makes the ride smooth when you want it, and stiff when you need it. The all-wheel-drive system is seamless and does not significantly impact the fuel economy due to its automatic front bias when the rear wheels are not needed. Handling is very good, and the electronics are top-notch in the class.

Northwest Auto Hub review
Purchased from MT Vernon dealership. Wife went to look at the car prior to myself looking. I appreciate them respecting her not pressuring a sale. When I was able to look, the salesman (forgot the name opps) was helpful and straight forward and understood the car buying experience knowing a customer will want to negotiate the best price out the door. Overall good experience. Only real complaint is all the extra non-sense they want to tack on your loan, off the top was able to decline $2,300 right away. But I do get it they are a business needing to make $. Only thing I do appreciate is they didn't force it down your throat so it's a wash.

Just had another good experience at Byer’s VW…this time having my 50,000 mile maintenance done on my Tiguan! I had an amazing experience via the technician who worked on my VW..He sent me a video and narrated it on the actual work he was doing on my vehicle!…I have shared that experience with several friends and they were all very impressed by this attention to detail that the Byer’s Service group performs for their clientele.!

Grubbs Acura of Tulsa review
The best experience I have ever had with a dealership. I traded in my 2017 Hyundai Tucson for a 2026 Acura Integra. Monica was wonderful, Hunter and Al were great and Rayana was imformative. Service has been excellent.
2017 Volkswagen Golf R review
Best all around car I've ever owned thus far. Although it does not appear as such, this is absolutely a luxury sportscar. I've owned a Lexus GS350 and Audi A6 TDI and this outperforms them both looking like a mild hatchback while doing it :-)
