2023 Volkswagen ID.4 review
Despite the scary looking recalls my 2023 AWD Pro-s model has been 99.9% reliable. In comparison to my previous 2021 ID.4 pro-s which had several annoying system failures that necessitated immediate trips to the dealership. However the 2021 pro-s has the folding mirror option which I had expected to get in the 2023 pro-s but was very dissatisfied to learn it had been remover and put in the ‘+’ package. The mirror option should be offered as a standalone upgrade to all non ‘+’ 2023 and 2024 models as no $50k plus car should be without it.

Even though I didn't get a car there, Kari was great to work with. Unfortunately they didn't have the right car at the right time despite their huge selection. I will be checking them out again next time I'm in the market.
2023 Volkswagen ID.4 review
2023 VW ID.4 PRO S. 1 year this July of 24, 16000 miles. Before the latest software update of 3.1 or 3.5 we could the full state of charge was 300 Miles. After the update, the max SOC dropped to 253. But many software problems were fix. The 12V battery is stronger than the 2021 (they were updated later). Fast charge to 80% is 35 minutes or less. I charge at home in Arizona we have solar with SUNRUN. We installed a 50amp this provides us with using WALLBOX 11kw so for example, today Apr 8, 2024. to charge at home from 18% SOC to 80% took rounding up 3 hours. Not bad. March Electicy bill was $40. No expense for fuel and money saved.

Chapman VolkswagenReviews
Chapman Volkswagen review
After my recent experience, I felt compelled to leave a review because exceptional customer service deserves to be recognized. From the moment I called Chapman Volkswagen, I was treated with professionalism, kindness, and genuine care. The level of customer service was exceptional from start to finish. My service advisor, Ty, was outstanding. He took the time to listen to all of my concerns, never made me feel rushed, and made me feel like my concerns truly mattered. His communication throughout the process was excellent, and he kept me informed every step of the way. I also want to recognize Service Director Doug Attig. It’s clear he has built a team that values communication and customer care. After recently experiencing the complete opposite at another Volkswagen dealership, the difference was immediately noticeable. Thank you, Doug and Ty, for restoring my confidence. Chapman Volkswagen has absolutely earned my future business.

My wife and I purchased a used vehicle from Internet Sales Manager, Steve Simmons. We live out of the area so most of the transaction was handled via the internet and over the phone. It was a pleasure to work with Steve. He made us feel he had our best interest in the purchase. We highly recommend this dealership, especially Steve if you're looking to purchase a new or used vehicle.

We just purchased a 2025 Kia K4 here. The car had an issue and it failed MD inspection. We called the salesman to tell him what happened and he was absolutely useless! However, the Sales Managers (Daniel and Aziz) that worked on our deal stepped in and helped to resolve the issue. I sent them the report that was provided from the Auto Shop that did the inspection. I brought the car back to have their service team look into the matter. Daniel made sure that we had a loaner while they had our car looked for the issue. Their service team look at it and they said nothing was wrong. The service team even went as far as to question the integrity of the place I took the car to get the inspection. Then Aziz sent the car over to the Kia service team and they said nothing was wrong with the car. I thought that was the end of it. I thought I was stuck with the car with an issue because the salesman had said the car is sold as is. However, the car failed inspection again. I took the car to a Kia Dealership in MD and they found the same issue as the place that did the inspection. I called Aziz back and sent him the findings from the Kia Dealership had provided. He told me he'd call me back in 20 mins. He called me back and told me to they would pay for the repair! These two gentlemen handled the situation with professionalism and went above and beyond to assist me and my family and ensure a positive outcome for! They are the reason for the 4 star rating. The salesman is the reason they didn't didn't get 5 stars! Aziz and Daniel, thank you for your professionalism throughout this entire process!

The service of my 2019 VW Beetle was impressively thorough and truly above and beyond what I expected. I half expected the team to tuck it in with a bedtime story when they were done. They kept me updated at every step--so much so, I felt like my car had its own social media feed. Best part? My Beetle keeps proving it's built like a tank but drives like a charm.
