Prestige Volkswagen of Stamford review
I don't believe that I would be able to put my experience with this dealership into words. Everyone was simply amazing! I have been shopping around for a vehicle and the level of comfort I felt stepping foot into this place of business was absolutely remarkable. The moment Ann called me I knew I would be purchasing the vehicle I inquired about and I was right to think so; we clicked instantly and she guided me every step of the way. There was no obstacle this amazing team wasn't prepared, capable or willing to take on in order to help me purchase my first vehicle and I will be forever grateful for that. Thank you so much and continue to provide great service over at VW of Stamford. :)

Jack Daniels Volkswagen review
The Jack Daniels dealership has been extremely helpful! I explained to them my exact needs and they did exactly that! I went in on the 23rd of August and had my car by the 24th their service is amazing and very fast and very accommodating to your personal needs and wants. Personally, I sat with Scott and he was one of the most helpful people I've ever met so thank you to him and to Jack Daniel's for being an amazing dealership!

Great dealership with honest pricing, friendly staff, and smooth car buying process. Highly recommend them!
2021 Volkswagen ID.4 review
I had multiple problems with infotainment screen which were finally resolved with replacement at 3.5 years. Car is solid, a joy to drive ....a true tight German machine. so many nice features, handling, turning radius, quiet comfort, visabiltiy and still solid after 4 years. the software may have some needs but the car is great. I am out of warranty and kept the car. It has been dependable after replacement of the screen. The price for a new one is now too high so I purchased an extended VW warranty.

Purchased New VW ID4and love it. Nick the salesman at Ann Arbor Volkswagen was just amazing. Highly recommended purchasing a vehicle there. Ryan the sales manager went out of his way to make sure I was happy. You don’t find people that care in car dealerships anymore, but they definitely do here at Ann Arbor.

The service was great my purchase was smooth the staff was excellent. Greg took good care of me. Sean and Christina were very helpful during my process. Overall this place was amazing.
2023 Volkswagen ID.4 review
Despite the scary looking recalls my 2023 AWD Pro-s model has been 99.9% reliable. In comparison to my previous 2021 ID.4 pro-s which had several annoying system failures that necessitated immediate trips to the dealership. However the 2021 pro-s has the folding mirror option which I had expected to get in the 2023 pro-s but was very dissatisfied to learn it had been remover and put in the ‘+’ package. The mirror option should be offered as a standalone upgrade to all non ‘+’ 2023 and 2024 models as no $50k plus car should be without it.

I have many good things to say about the ID.4. I've only owned it for about 500 miles so far, and I'm happy with the performance, comfort, features, and feel of the car. I cannot attest to its reliability given that I haven't owned it for long enough.

Nina up front is the reason I'm writing this, weirdly. I got there before my appointment and she just chatted with me for twenty minutes instead of parking me in a chair with a magazine. Sales part was fine too, obviously, but people underrate how much that first ten minutes sets the tone.

My husband and I could not be happier with the service we received at VW in Fair Lawn, NJ. Right from the beginning to the end, everything went smoothly. I highly recommend them. JOSE MALDONADO was our Sales Rep. He was GREAT to work with...go see him!!! He is very personable, knowledgeable and helpful. There was absolutely NO pressure from him...he took his time with us and answered all of our questions. There is nothing worse than looking for a new car, going into a car dealership and feeling the intense pressure from the sales representative, and there was none of that. We also want to give a "Shout Out" to Tina, Don & Jason. Thank you for everything! We felt like we have know all of you before. It was hands down the best time we ever had purchasing a car. We enjoyed our conversations and laughs. We love our new Tiguan! Go see the VW Team in Fair Lawn, NJ...you won't regret it!

This car has been, without a doubt, the best vehicle I've ever owned. From its reliable performance to its comfortable interior, every aspect of this car has exceeded my expectations. I had an absolutely fantastic experience purchasing my 2020 Infiniti QX60 from World Volkswagen! I was dreading the car-buying process as I had terrible experiences with previous dealerships , but Robert made it completely seamless. There were zero high-pressure sales tactics. They truly listened to my needs and kept communication clear and transparent from start to finish. The final price matched exactly what we negotiated online with no surprise hidden fees. Kamal also was a joy to work with! If you want a quick, painless, and honest car-buying experience, go see Robert Bilek! I will definitely be a returning customer!

Robert was great / very knowledgeable about product. He had lots of patience with us as we looked at a few vehicles. Also very good with purchasing process itself. He made it easy. Would recommend him and this dealership to all! Patrick. 06/22/2026.
2023 Volkswagen ID.4 review
2023 VW ID.4 PRO S. 1 year this July of 24, 16000 miles. Before the latest software update of 3.1 or 3.5 we could the full state of charge was 300 Miles. After the update, the max SOC dropped to 253. But many software problems were fix. The 12V battery is stronger than the 2021 (they were updated later). Fast charge to 80% is 35 minutes or less. I charge at home in Arizona we have solar with SUNRUN. We installed a 50amp this provides us with using WALLBOX 11kw so for example, today Apr 8, 2024. to charge at home from 18% SOC to 80% took rounding up 3 hours. Not bad. March Electicy bill was $40. No expense for fuel and money saved.

DCH Academy HondaReviews
DCH Academy Honda review
I had such a wonderful experience at DCH Honda in Old Bridge! I especially want to thank Megan for remembering me from years ago when she helped with my son’s Honda Civic. She was wonderful then and somehow even better now. It was so nice to reconnect and know that she remembered me after all this time! Eddie was an absolute pleasure to work with. From the moment I met him, he made me feel comfortable while test driving different options. He was incredibly knowledgeable about all of the vehicle features and really took the time to help me find the perfect fit for my needs and wants. Art was also so helpful as my first point of contact. He was happy to reconnect me with Megan, and it was a pleasure meeting him in the showroom! Beth greeted me when I first walked in and immediately made me feel welcome with her sweet personality. And if you want quick and efficient finance service, make sure you see Joon! He had my credit application completed in no time. If you know you want a Honda, don’t waste time shopping around — go straight to DCH Honda in Old Bridge. They offer the best pricing along with truly top-notch customer service. The entire team made this experience easy, comfortable, and enjoyable. They will not let you down!

I was very happy with this dealership. Each member of the staff from the receptionist to the sales staff to the finance manager was friendly and professional. We were some of the first customers after they began fully opening after the pandemic and the dealership took measures to make us feel safe. Kudos to our salesperson, Chris Harper and his manager Mo. It was worth the hour drive to purchase our used Beetle.
