I want to start off by saying this is the very best customer service I have ever experienced. It started off by emailing Kit Chieng, email@example.com late in the evening about a certified used car online. He responded quickly and quite a few times to answer all of my questions (even gave me the internet price via email). I emailed the following morning to let him know I was going to be there in about an hour. He told me was out that day but that Zorik Garibyan could help me.
My husband and I pulled up about 9:45am. I checked my email and saw that Kit asked if I could wait until about 10 as Zorik had an appointment. No problem, i thought, we can look around. When someone asked if I needed anything, I let them know I had an appointment with Zorik at 10 and they said "Oh let me get Taylor, he is going help you". I was surprised that the person I just happened to talk to in the parking lot knew I was coming. Taylor Ngo introduced himself, confirmed the car I was looking into and had someone look at my car for the trade in value while we took a test drive.
Taylor was amazing during the test drive, explaining all the extras in the car and allowing me to take all the time I needed for the drive. I knew I wanted it (2016 Q3 with 10k miles!). He took us to met Zorik but not before throwing my husbands trash away and getting us water. Zorik was so friendly that he made the numbers all seem so easy and painless! After the necessary time with Zorik we were taken to the lobby to enjoy the water/coffee/snacks while we waited for the finance guy. Taylor came to check on us and see if we needed anything and assured us the car was being cleaned and he would assist us with the removal of the items from our car to the new car. We met with Ricardo "Ricky" Orozco and signed all the paperwork. He was very nice and we enjoyed hearing about his work with Audi.
Taylor collected us and took us to our new car to show us some more items. It was sprinkling and I had to have my drivers side door opened while he showed me one or two things. He said I'll be right back and went to get a towel to dry off my door. WOW! He climbed in the back and continued to show us everything. Answered all our questions, gave us a beautiful box that held our key and another beautiful box with Audi leather key chains.
All in all, I felt like the most important person that ever walked in those doors by every single employee I encountered, even the sweet girl at the desk. My husband bought his GTI at the DTLA VW and he had amazing service there as well. We will make sure that DTLA VW and Audi is the only place we shop or recommend!
Odell Hadley of the service department was excellent and my car was done in about an hour. I had my first 10,000 mile service and was prepared for it to take all day. I made an appointment for 7AM and the car was ready before my work day!
Kudos to Mr. Ryan Maldonado, Volkswagen Santa Monica Service Advisor. Ryan was very helpful, and very effcient in getting to the bottom of my concerns. Very knowlegable. He got me in and out in no time, as promised. I highly recommend him for service needs. I've been taking my car in for years at this location, and have never been disappointed. Thanks for all you do!!!!!!
As always, I had a great service. I've been with this location for the last 15 years. Service went down at time but always good. Specially when I'm assisted by Odell Hadley, his assistance is always outstanding. He really cares about his customers.
I'm on my third VW. Peyman Kahen is always my go-to serviceman. I like the fact he makes my experience smooth, easy and accommodating. Also, he doesn't try to up-sale me, which makes my service experience a lot less painful in my pocketbook. It is always a great pleasure to have his help with my car service needs.
Luke was helpful in coordinating the rental car while my car was under repair. The car was repaired within the promised repair schedule, and Luke was good about communicating with me during the process.
I have been coming to this dealership for service on my Eos for 8 years. Peyman Kahen is excellent to work with and he is very helpful in outlining the services my car needs, when they need to be done, how much they will cost, and how long it will take. He's honest, friendly, and helpful. I would recommend him and this service department to anyone.
I had the best car buying experience in my life! I called multiple dealerships to do some research on getting the best deals for a car and leasing options. By far, Russell had been the best! Not to go to deep into it but I felt other dealerships were giving me the run-around. He went above and beyond in my opinion to not only get the car that I wanted but for my needs as well. All the interaction was done by phone. Being that I've never done business with them before, I had so much faith in Russell that I drove an hour to make sure they had my business; I live in Fontana. They will definitely have my business again as well as any referrals! Buying the car from them potentially saved me hundreds if not thousands, and I can't imagine what would happen if I took my business somewhere else. Abay, the finance manager and the team over there were awesome as well! Loving my 2018 Crosstrek!
Very impressed by the variety and quality of cars which were available to purchase from Hertz. All cars had low mileage and were priced competitively lower than other used car sale dealers. The Agent was very service oriented, and not pushy. We are definitely going to purchase our next vehicle from Hertz.
I have bad credit but Mike was able to get me approved. Very helpful guy made it all quick and simple. My credit is going up now thanks to Mike getting it done! Will be purchasing my wife a car from him very soon. Recommend to anyone in need of a vehicle.
