I had an a appoinent for my 1st oil change with a 10am appointment and did not leave until almost 1pm. Also had a car wash which barely looked washed still had dirt all over the Rims. Also they never reset my oil life and a day later my tire pressure light came on. Makes me feel as though they didn???t really check the tire pressure as they marked down on the paper.
Lots of pick-up, room for my 3 tall boys! Love it!

It feels like a luxury car with the smooth ride and great pick-up. I love driving it. My family of 5 fits in it, including my husband and 2 boys who are all over 6 feet. Love the interior, the back camera, the sound system, and most of all, I love the reliability of my Jetta along with the fuel efficiency. Totally recommend it!
Craig was very helpful and trustworthy. He made sure the car was repaired in a timely manner, to my satisfaction. He went the extra mile to do this.

The Wolfsburg Jetta comes at a very affordable price as well as being well equipped!! it comes with app connect which is incredibly useful. Best of all I enjoy how much torque the 1.4L produces, which gives it such good fuel economy!
Vroom rushed me thru the process of purchasing a vehicle from them. Had strict requirements of receiving payment within 48 hours. I was rushing my loan department to get my paperwork completed ahead of other customers in fear of losing the vehicle I wanted to another buyer. The loan paperwork and a check had to be overnighted to Vroom to meet their qualifications. THEN CAME TIME FOR THEM TO GET THE THINGS I NEEDED TO ME!!! I HAD TO REPEATEDLY ASK ABOUT THE ARRIVAL OF MY TRADE IN TO THEIR FACILITY (which they kept telling me for 15 days that it hadn???t reached their facility??!! Yeah right)!! THEY DRUG THEIR FEET ON SENDING THE PAYOFF OF MY TRADE IN SO LONG THAT THE 15 Day PAYOFF THEY WERE QUOTED EXPIRED AND I HAD TO PAY THE DIFFERENCE FROM MY OWN ACCOUNT!! I WAITED 26 DAYS TO RECEIVE TITLE PAPERWORK!! BUT THE PAPERWORK THEY NEEDED FROM ME HAD TO BE SENT WITHIN 2 BUSINESS DAYS!! YOU SHOULD GIVE AS GOOD AS YOU EXPECT, VROOM!! I HAD TO KEEP REQUESTING A REFUND OF THE $500 THEY CHARGED TO MY CREDIT CARD TO HOLD THE VEHICLE FOR A WEEK!!! LASTLY, the 2nd person I dealt with following the sales person was RUDE.
A very pleasant and positive experience with the vroom team. We found a car we liked and it was about to ship when they did the final inspection which they found an issue with the engine. At that point they called and let me know. We picked out another vehicle went through the process of signing everything with that one and went through final inspection. Within signing for the second vehicle and having it at our house was 7 days. Everyone on the team was very responsive and quick to answer any phone calls or emais. Overall very happy and will consider vroom again in the future. One thing that would have been better was if they did the inspection before the vehicles are on the site or before the paperwork is sent out just so it doesn???t waste as much time if the vehicle doesn???t pass inspection.
I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.

I was going back and forth between a Diesel Jetta and the one I ended up buying. The TDI’s (diesel model) are nice, have great gas mileage, and if VW certified, come with a 2 year/24k mile bumper to bumper warranty. Tempting. The new TSI (turbo charged) models were released when all the TDI models were recalled and boasts similar gas mileage. I ended up getting this 2017 Jetta TSI because it had comparable gas mileage and eliminated the need to purchase more expensive diesel fuel.
I’m very happy with my purchase. The car is quick when needed, stylish, has great Hwy gas mileage (rated at 39 mpg), and very tight German handling. I’ve had been averaging 42 mpg on the highway.
I came here with a set price I wanted to pay for a vehicle and Pedro and Gustavo did their best in order to make that happen. I had a great experience and got exactly what I came in for.

My need for comfort and reliability in a car is very satisfied with this purchase. It almost feels like the car takes care of itself since I only get the oil changed once per year. Heated leather seats is a must for me, and I really love the entertainment screen that connects to the apps on my phone. Now I have Waze on the large screen at the same time I’m listening to my podcast or Sirius Radio on the drive. Lots of conveniences that keep my car looking uncluttered and fresh. Lots of kids play in the street in my neighborhood and I really appreciate the backup camera assist. I’m happy.
Jim West is more than a salesman, he really cares about finding just the right car for his customer., and doesn't pressure you into buying a car 'on that day' like some others we've encountered. If you want a caring, friendly person to help you find a car, Jim is the guy. We are really happy with the car he located for us!

Reluctant to trade in the convertible for a sedan, but i'm loving it. Great gas mileage and having fun driving a 5 speed again. Roomy but not too big. Interior is easy to navigate, great big trunk!
The vehicles all look brand new on the outside and interior. The prices are great. My only suggestion is to have the car checked independently before buying it. I have purchased 2 cars from here. The first on had a the side mirror signal go bad a week or so after purchase. No way they could have known that beforehand. The 2nd car, my wife got stranded because the battery was bad and the mechanic said it didn't look like the correct one for the vehicle. I also had to replace all the tires after a month and the front brakes are only "a couple months from needing replaced" too. All told, the tires, brakes and battery cost me about $1200, but I probably saved more than that because it was sold much cheaper than anywhere else, so it's a give and take here.

I have never bought a car were the salesman did not try to pressure me. Fred was wonderful, at no time did he pressure me. He let me look and test as many car as I wanted to. We have driven this car a lot! We drove this car from Phoenix to New Orleans and back without incident. We are at triple the normal mileage, and It is STILL an impressive little car. We love it! In fact, we are getting ready to make the cross-country trek again!
This was by far the easiest car buying experience I have ever had. Kayla listened and knew exactly the car I was looking for, gave me a great price on both the new car and my trade in, and even though I wasn't ready to commit that 1st day went ahead and had the car I was looking at delivered to the dealership. When I contacted her 2 days later to finalize the deal she had everything ready within hours and the car was detailed and ready by the time I got there. She had followed up on everything, reviewed the entire purchase deal and went over the car with me from top to bottom. It could not have been easier. Hans, the finance person went over all of the sales agreements and offered several extended warranty's and service plans that were available. There was no heavy handed pressure tactics, just a clear description of what was available. The combined experience of dealing with Kayla and Hans made the whole experience extremely pleasant. I drove off the lot with my new car in just over an hour. Kayla has already been in touch to see if I had any additional questions about the car or needed any more help from her. Fantastic customer service. I just wished I lived closer to the dealership so they could handle my maintenance needs as well.
