Went to buy a new vehicle, everything went smoothly, thanks to Alex ,he was so helpful and made sure that all questions were answered.
2023 Volkswagen Jetta review
The 2023 Jetta S and Jetta Sport are just about the best value you can find in a new car these days. Sure, you can buy a Hyundai or a Kia for a little less, but the Jetta is so much more car. I know from experience. I test drove the 2023 Kia Forte, Hyundai Elantra, Honda Civic, and Toyota Corolla. And the Jetta stood out with a level of quality that those other cars just didn't seem to have. If you need the latest technology, and a huge touchscreen, buy one of those other cars. The Jetta has a smaller screen. But I like that the Jetta still have knobs and buttons for the A/C and basic radio controls. The Jetta is also offered without driver assist features if you want to save some money. I bought my 2023 Jetta Sport without lane keep assist and all those extra features I don't like, because I pay attention when I drive. This knocked off a nice bit of money. After driving all those new cars, the Jetta had room where I needed it, comfort, and a level of quality I just didn't feel in the other cars, so I bought it. And I am very happy with my purchase.

Castle Volkswagen of Schaumburg review
I had an outstanding experience with Eryk Buczynski at Castle Volkswagen of Schaumburg. From the moment I walked in, Eryk was incredibly welcoming, knowledgeable, and genuinely focused on helping me find the perfect vehicle. He took the time to listen to my needs, answered all my questions with patience, and provided clear, transparent information about pricing, options, and financing. What stood out most was Eryk’s dedication to ensuring I felt comfortable and confident with my decision. He guided me through the features of the car, demonstrated how everything worked, and followed up afterward to make sure I was enjoying my new vehicle. The entire process was smooth, efficient, and stress-free. If you’re shopping for a new or used vehicle in the Schaumburg area, I highly recommend asking for Eryk. His professionalism, integrity, and customer-first approach truly set him apart. Castle Volkswagen of Schaumburg is fortunate to have him on the team. Thank you, Eryk, for a fantastic car-buying experience!

Went in to look at a 2022 outlander. Worked with Daniel. He was great to work with understood my car buying frustrations and was up front and honest. Worked out a good deal. But I ended up going a different route. Finding honest up front sales people is like finding a needle in a hay stack these days would definitely consider them in the future when I am on the market for a new vehicle in the future.

City Volkswagen of HighlandReviews
City Volkswagen of Highland review
My husband Larry Kutz and myself Janice Minton-Kutz had a wonderful experience purchasing our new 2022 Taos. Thanks to Bogdan Strudzinski, Lameshia Rogers and Sean Pelkey we took delivery in March 2022. We had owned a 2015 VW Passat which I loved but unfortunately it didn't survive a crash on 12/13/21. Luckily, thanks to this sturdy car--I did. The car buying experience is made family friendly thanks to the kind and understanding staff at City VW in Highland. Am recommending them to all my friends. The service department is also second to none and they even wash your car after each service!
2023 Volkswagen Jetta review
I got the Jetta sport and LOVE it! It handles well and isn’t a gas guzzler. It’s a brand new car and it’s beautiful (I had a 14 yr old VW minivan until now)

We had the pleasure to work with Jim Jacobson. He is by far was the best salesman we?ve worked with. He gave us the best deal and was very informative. Not only was he giving us a great deal but he made sure we walked out with what we wanted. We looked over multiple options to see what would be the best fit for us. He made the long process into a great experience. I know we?ll be going back to Bill Jacob?s VW just for Jim! ??
