My lease was now up and after doing research, I decided to go with Volkswagen. Li Tang from Volkswagen bayside was very knowledgeable and WONDERFUL. He made my experience in the dealership a pleasant one, Jade B. In the finance department also deserves 5 stars. My first experience with paragon Acura left a really bad impression. I definitely would recommend Li and the people from VW Bayside to friends and family.

Purchasing a pre-owned vehicle can often feel overwhelming, but Evan made the whole process completely stress-free. From the minute I walked in, the entire staff greeted me with warmth and great energy. Evan was patient, answered every single question about the vehicle's history, and gave me complete confidence in my choice. Honest, accommodating, and zero sales pressure—definitely ask for Evan if you want a great pre-owned car-buying experience!

I don't believe that I would be able to put my experience with this dealership into words. Everyone was simply amazing! I have been shopping around for a vehicle and the level of comfort I felt stepping foot into this place of business was absolutely remarkable. The moment Ann called me I knew I would be purchasing the vehicle I inquired about and I was right to think so; we clicked instantly and she guided me every step of the way. There was no obstacle this amazing team wasn't prepared, capable or willing to take on in order to help me purchase my first vehicle and I will be forever grateful for that. Thank you so much and continue to provide great service over at VW of Stamford. :)

Matt is one of the most dedicated, responsible, reliable, and professional people I have met. He is an amazing person with a great personality and a big heart. Moreover, he is attentive and has the rare ability to really listen and hear the customer's preferences, and makes sure to cater to them perfectly. He will go above and beyond for his customers, going out of his way to find and deliver our dream car from the Bronx in the span of a day. I was very lucky to be in his hands through the whole process. I had a great experience and I consider myself extremely lucky to have been in his hands.

I had an amazing experience buying my new Cross Sport with Evan. He was knowledgeable, patient, and made the entire process smooth and stress-free, ensuring I drove away feeling confident and excited about my purchase. His manager Jill ensured a smooth transition into our new car, and again could not be happier. Thank you again, Evan and Jill.

I got the Jetta sport and LOVE it! It handles well and isn’t a gas guzzler. It’s a brand new car and it’s beautiful (I had a 14 yr old VW minivan until now)

Buying a vehicle from Jayware was the smoothest transaction that I have ever encountered. No dealer fees, no hidden costs, just straight forward pricing. Awesome job they did.

Yassiel and the entire staff at Teddy Volkswagen were incredibly helpful. They made leasing our Volkswagen a simple process. Julio and his crew were a cut above the rest of the Volkswagen dealerships I had previously dealt with, and they went above and beyond the call of duty to lease my car. I highly recommend leasing or buying a car from Teddy Volkswagen.

Teddy VolkswagenReviews
Teddy Volkswagen review
I had an outstanding experience at Teddy Volkswagen in the Bronx. I worked with Marco Buritica, Homero, and Carlos V to get a recall on the driver’s side airbag fixed, and their service was nothing short of exceptional. Each of them was exceedingly helpful, attentive, and patient, making the entire process smooth and stress-free. Their professionalism and dedication to customer satisfaction truly stood out. From the moment I arrived, they took the time to explain everything clearly, ensured I was comfortable, and kept me informed throughout the process. Additionally, I had a concern about a rear light issue, and one of the service workers went above and beyond the call of duty to assist me. Not only did they take the time to diagnose the problem, but they also provided clear explanations and potential solutions without any pressure. It’s rare to find such genuine care and dedication in a service department, and I was truly impressed by their willingness to go the extra mile. Whether it was answering my questions thoroughly or ensuring my vehicle was in the best possible condition before I left, the entire team exceeded my expectations. What impressed me even more was the efficiency of the service—I was in and out in under an hour! Many dealerships take hours, if not the entire day, to complete recall-related repairs, but Teddy Volkswagen’s service team worked with precision and urgency without compromising quality. It was clear that they respect their customers’ time and strive to provide a seamless, hassle-free experience. I highly recommend the service department at Teddy Volkswagen to anyone in need of vehicle maintenance or repairs. The combination of professionalism, expertise, and top-tier customer service makes this dealership stand out. Whether you're going in for a recall, routine maintenance, or a general concern about your vehicle, you can trust that you’ll be treated with the utmost care and efficiency. Five stars all the way! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I recently purchased a vehicle from Auto First. The sales rep that helped me was Amy and she was so helpful at every step of the way, that it was a trouble-free process. She addressed all of my concerns and requests. I'll definitely do business with them again.

Great experience all around. Inquired online about some vehicles and received an email and phone call quickly to review some options. Set up an appointment with Chris Rau who was very accomodating. Went in for appointment and vehicles were ready for test drives. Process to purchase the Jeep was efficient. All paperwork was clear and completed timely. Very seamless and efficient experience all around!
2023 Volkswagen Jetta review
The 2023 Jetta S and Jetta Sport are just about the best value you can find in a new car these days. Sure, you can buy a Hyundai or a Kia for a little less, but the Jetta is so much more car. I know from experience. I test drove the 2023 Kia Forte, Hyundai Elantra, Honda Civic, and Toyota Corolla. And the Jetta stood out with a level of quality that those other cars just didn't seem to have. If you need the latest technology, and a huge touchscreen, buy one of those other cars. The Jetta has a smaller screen. But I like that the Jetta still have knobs and buttons for the A/C and basic radio controls. The Jetta is also offered without driver assist features if you want to save some money. I bought my 2023 Jetta Sport without lane keep assist and all those extra features I don't like, because I pay attention when I drive. This knocked off a nice bit of money. After driving all those new cars, the Jetta had room where I needed it, comfort, and a level of quality I just didn't feel in the other cars, so I bought it. And I am very happy with my purchase.
