When I say this experience was a GREAT one, I mean just that. Mr. Joe Franklin was just AMAZING. He was very friendly from the time I walked into the door until I left. He has very good mannerism and took his time to explain how the process went. I was just looking for a vehicle to buy within the next month. I will definiely be back to see Joe Franklin. Awesome job Mr. Franklin

Cole was extremely helpful and patiently answered all of my questions. He saw that my repairs were done in a timely manner. I knew I needed an oil change but when they did their Check, they discovered other things that needed to be addressed. He was kind and helped me decide what needed to be done right now and what could wait a bit. I truly appreciate his help and all of the good work at Honda. Excellent care all around !👍

This is my 6th BMW purchase d from this CarMax. Because of the Pandemic, this process is a little bit hectic. Lots of steps now to complete the purchase. The employees have to work a lot more to protect both the Buyer as well as the CarMax employees. I waited around a lot before I was able too complete my purchased. I was ok with that though as it was done for my safety. I would still come back again for any further purchases. The end result sent me home with my new 2016 BMW M5. I’m happy. Thank You!!

Was shopping for a new SUV and had an appointment for a test drive on 2020 Mazda CX5 AWD with GT Package. It was my best experience ever in buying a new car and I have purchased few new cars before. Chris F was awesome. He was very straightforward with the deal and got a fair price for me and the dealership. After all paperworks signed and deal was finished, he also took time to explain to me key features of my brand new SUV. Definitely recommended.

I’ve know Ihor for close to 25 years, and he’s been truly amazing to work with!…My wife and I have purchased cars from Ihor in those previous years, and I still continue. He’s almost felt like a family member over the years, and has always asked about my wife and kids every time we speak…It’s not about another car sale, Ihor actually cares about his customer…He’s always been honest, creative, helpful, caring, knowledgeable, thoughtful, and is engaged to every question, or need you may have when making a big financial decision… I would highly recommend working with Ihor, if you are interested in a VW vehicle…5 stars 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

I recently purchased a 2023 Accord EX and had assistance from Martin and Evan. Both of them were extremely helpful and negotiating the price was painless. I've seen a few negative reviews about bait-n-switch tactics and pressure on purchasing extended warranties. DO YOUR HOMEWORK. The ability to negotiate is a powerful tool and both Martin and Evan were very respectful throughout the entire process. I highly recommend this dealership and will definitely continue doing business with them in the future!

South Bay BMWReviews
South Bay BMW review
Awesome experience with Adam very attentive and non judgemental. He was very detailed with the contact and very knowledgeable. However, Jesus who works the shop that sells hats and keychains unmeasurably rude on so many levels. I put a BMW hat on hold and it was 1 min and 30sec remaining he said extremely rude Its closed and I have somewhere to be I proceeded to plead and say it was on the register on hold with the cashier who was ringing up a customer. But remember the doors were not closed yet and they were still helping someone. My sister and I just bought 150k in cars that day and didnt even get I AM SORRY come back tomorrow .. just I have somewhere to be.. From the front to the back was exceptionally amazing but Jesus if I had not already looked at a car, we would have went somewhere else. Five star everything. - 5 stars for the store representative.

Cabe Toyota review
Cabe is so good I don't check out other car brands just because I don't want to go back to my lifetime of experiences at less dealers. But Toyota never disappoints in any case.

Desert Sleds Auto Group review
Went to the dealership to look at a Jeep Wrangler that I saw online. The Jeep didn’t have all the options I was looking for but it was a nice change of pace that their staff didn’t try to push other cars that I wasn’t interested in. Finally a good experience at a dealership, I will definitely be going back.
