He got my financing set up over the phone, and landed me the most fantastic deal without me having to even argue about APR or anything. When I went to pick up the car, I arrived after hours and the salesman working with me, Brock, was friendly and cordial even though I was keeping him held up after hours. The car I bought here was a CPO and unlike other dealers, not a thing was wrong with it. Overall a great experience. The service was fast. No added pressure or bulls***. Only reason I won't say 5 yet is because we just got the vehicle. I will definitely shop there 1st when looking for a new or used vehicle in the future. I live 2 hours away and it was so worth it. My Daughter's very happy. I'm happy for her. I had a tire blow out, and apparently the tire is hard to get and back ordered for months. She arranged to get a spare tire in the meantime that matched up tread wise to my current tires, so I could drive on the car to and from work. She went above and beyond searching for the tire I needed, and did it with the utmost professionalism and courtesy. She is a tremendous asset to their dealership and team.

Purchase my used vehicle 2 weeks ago today. I am impressed with the service I recieved. I went in and test drove it with Jackson the salesman. He was very friendly and professional. I liked the vehicle a 2018 traverse. Told him I had to go home and make a decision. Since I like 30 miles. He told me I could start the process online if I decided to go forward. Which I did. Went in to sign the papers I was on the road in a hour. It's was fast and easy and great customer service. And I'm loving my new traverse.
