Price and warranty clearly stated; David Rook was very informative. He told us everything we needed to know without being pushy or aggressive. We appreciate this type of experience which can be hard to come by at some dealerships. He was honest with us when we asked questions and didn't push us on things we didn't want. He took the time to chat with us while we waited and it was obvious he wasn't trying to just make some money or a quick sale.

Yesterday, as I purchased my 3rd car, it was just another great experience. I was just as impressed with their professionalism and kind approach as I was years ago. Rusty Hoag, Manager, and Dave Rook, Salesman, were awesome in working together to get me the right car. They really took the time to listen, and give me good advice. They are very knowledgeable, went above and beyond without being pushy. It's fair to say that Rusty and Dave truly give new meaning to the word ???car buying???. It's undeniable that they're not only in the business to ???just sell???. They obviously care about the people who buy. A rare virtue, very much appreciated by a female Sr. like myself. Kudos also to Justin Mocadio in the finance department. No pressure to buy an additional warranty. (Got one anyway).

I called CarPros late on a Saturday evening after leaving a very disappointing appointment at a local dealership. Although it was after hours and they were closed the owner of CarPros told me he would stay so I could see the VW I had seen advertised online. This was exceptional customer service and instantly made me feel valued.
The first thank that I noticed was that the quality of the cars here were exceptional! Clean and all of them well serviced. Pictures did not even do the VW CC justice and I found the car the cleanest and by far the best quality of all the VW's I had seen at other places. It is obvious the owner is very selective about the cars he buys and sells.
The owner and his wife and son entertained several followup calls from me asking questions and even made an appointment for my mechanic friend to see the car on a day they were closed.
When I had expressed concern over the brakes during a test drive the owner assured me he would have them checked out and serviced again and he did what he said he would and even texted me a photo of the car up on the lift getting checked out.
The entire process made me feel so assured and confident that I was working with honest and caring people.
I am now a proud and very happy owner of a 2014 VW CC! Thank you CarPros!!!

From the moment Adam met us in the lot, the experience was a learning one. He is so knowledgable about the product I was interested in and he listened to what I wanted. He brought two cars up for comparison, knew the difference about each one, and there was no "dazzle-dazzle"! Extremely honest and forthright with his answers.
My experience was hassle free and easy. My salesperson Robert Feldt was awesome - I recommend seeing him if you need a car or want to sell a car! Clean facility with a kids playroom. Everyone was friendly and looked happy to work there
