Everyone is great while “selling” the car. However, Formula One and my sales person, Tina, did an amazing job throughout the entire process. From the time I walked in the door to receiving my permanent tag in the mail. I would HIGHLY recommend this dealership to anyone looking for an upscale vehicle. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME ANYWHERE ELSE!!!

Richard Albino was incredibly easy to talk to, and explained things (more than once!) to make sure I completely understood the process and so that he understood exactly what I was looking for. I have a disability and so I was so very worried that going in by myself, I would be confused. I was so anxious walking into the dealership, and Richard put me right as ease and made this car leasing process seamless. I would recommend him to anyone looking to buy or lease a car!
As most people are these days, I am a busy mom with a full time job. No time to sit at a car dealership and haggle over pricing. I had made my last payment on my lease car so I contacted David Brown (who I have purchased many cars from) and told him I was ready to turn my lease car in and purchase a new one. No lease. He knew my budget and immediately began texting me cars for me to review. I picked out the one I wanted and he turned me over to Venus who went through the details with me. All through text and emails. She was super helpful and got me the deal that I wanted. So, after work last night, I went to the dealership and met Ben Madsen who had been filled in with all my details by Venus. We checked out the car, went to Shaun the Finance Manager. Everything was just as promised. No tricks. No surprises. I signed the papers and was driving home within an hour of arriving. Best experience! I walked in after looking through several trucks over the past few months. I was greeted at the door by a nice salesman. Cody who let me take the time to look over the vehicle I had in mind. Most places I have visited over the past few months you could feel the rush or pressure like they didn't want you to take the time to pick your vehicle they just wanted to get you to sign anything. Not the case with Cody and Carolina Auto great place to look great people and even took the time to help me work out some things to make me more happy with my purchase. Cody and Jeff worked very hard to get me what I wanted.
I dreaded looking for a car and dealing with sales. I started my car search on Consumer Reports, and used their TrueCar connection to hook up with with dealerships, Union County Kia being one of them. Treaor was the first sales person who left a voicemail introducing himself and if interested, to contact him for more information about the Niro. Trevor was low pressure and fabulous to deal with. Even other Union County Kia employees congratulated me on my purchase - very friendly staff. Upon delivery, Trevor spent 45 minutes going over every feature and ensuring I was comfortable with options before I left the dealership. Very satisfied with overall experience.
i do not like the car buying process, but josh weaver and dennis penn actually made it pleasant. they answered all my questions from beginning to end and even after the sale. no high pressure tactics employed or misleading information given. i simply stated my needs and preferences and they went to work finding a great deal and exceeding my expectations. i was kept informed of what was happening in each step. this is my second car from them and i would buy there again.
I was looking to trade in my Jeep for an H3 Hummer. I found an Alpha edition at this lot through the internet. I live in Raleigh and made arrangements with GM Austin Kosinski to come down and see the car. On the day I was supposed to go down there, I couldn’t, due to work. I called Austin and we discussed both my Jeep and the H3 over the phone. Austin sent one of his team members up to me (3 hr drive) with the H3. It was all he said it was and the deal was made in my driveway! Talk about going above and beyond for his customers! I would recommend dealing with Austin and this company any time.
When I brought up the problem with the rear seat belts on my Passat, Sean Gerringer was quick to agree with the safety risk. He ordered parts, called me when they arrived, and scheduled my replacement appointment. He also arranged a vehicle for my use during the repair. Work done; safety issue fixed. All good, including my review of VW of South Charlotte.

Al Condrey and team are outstanding. Professional, responsive, and courteous! My headlight went out on Tuesday night and they had me in the next day and out in no time. This dealership/service center is the finest I have seen in 35-years of driving.
Wonderful experience at this dealership when we traded our older Honda van for a 2016 Volkswagen SUV. The Sales Consultants who helped us were very friendly. We picked a very rainy day to make our trade-in, and despite the lousy and chilly weather we received a warm welcome and excellent help with our purchase. We will be back when my husband is ready to purchase his next vehicle!
I came in after a tire blow out to get a new set of tires. Adam informed me of a tire special that was currently going on, as well as a very informative recommendation on which tires to chose. Adam also walked me to the back to give me a detailed breakdown and first hand look at all the issues that were discovered with my car as well as the options I had to get them taken care of. Adam stayed in constant contact and service was completed faster than expected!.
Back in May I walked in to VWSC just wanting to test drive a car. I was greeted by Sales Associate Amber Dowell. She was friendly and never pushy. She respected my position and always listened to me. I thought I would never be able to afford even a used car from one of the big time dealerships. I walked away with a great experience, not having both a car. Even though I didn???t buy a car from her that day, I took with me her kindness that she showed me. I went to some other dealerships. Applied for loans. But nothing ever stuck. Then I got a call from Amber months later. I was surprised she even remembered me. I walked in just wanting to talk about financing. I didn???t even want to look at a car. I work hard to make ends meet and I have no problems walking away and going back to my car payment free life. But after talking with her and the financing manager I was offered a situation that I could be comfortable with. I LITERALLY (bold and underlined) would not have been able to do this without my sales associate Amber Dowell. I am so grateful to her and the VWSC team for all their help!
Amber, our sales consultant, was wonderful working with us to make sure we got what we wanted. We told her we wanted something realiable, reasonably priced, and told her what we were will to pay each month and how long of a lease we wanted. She found the perfect car for us. And Chris, the financial manager was great in breaking down all of the add ins we could get and helping us set up our Smart Payment Plans. Overall we love on new VW and are so happy we came to Volkswagen of South Charlotte
