I was stunned that the overall dealership score on Cars.com was so low. I bought a new 2017 VW Passat here at the the start of March and even with the credit challenges I presented the sales team was able and willing to work with me on getting me into the car I wanted at the terms I agreed to. They had my deal lined up before I walked in the showroom on Friday and in only a couple of hours I was driving home in the new car.
The only thing I dinged them for on the buying process was the support staff did Federal Express my financing to the wrong bank which did lead to a few days of delay. But other than that minor blip these guys are amazing.
Clay was an amazing help to us in a lot of ways. Everyone was so friendly & nice. The customer service was awesome! This was an outstanding experience. Thank you so very much and we will be back again soon for sure :)
I went with my cousin to buy the ionic I asked a few questions about a used car and he was able to help my cousin out in a way that he didn't think was possible. I want a truck. I will be going to Leo.
I am known for being kind of thrifty with my money, so my daughter and wife were shocked when I bought a new CX 5 from Alberto and then, after liking it so much, I went back the next day and bought a CX 3 for me (CX 5 was for wife). I think Alberto was surprised too, but he came in on his usual day off with no commitment from me to purchase a car. I think he saw something in my eye and he knew he could sell me a second car. He is very pleasant to deal with and most of all, he knows what he is selling, he knows the technology, the engines, weather it is a CVT transmission or which models have a turbo. As a retired engineer, I might ask a couple more slightly technical questions than the average person but salesman should know that stuff, Alberto does. He is very friendly and low pressure. I am glad to have met him and very glad to have bought two cars from him. Alberto says Mazda has been good to him, I hope so because they don't all come like Alberto!
We picked up our car tonight! The process was a little complicated but they made it seamless. They were very accommodating and helped us to achieve the purchase of our new car. The car was detailed and very clean when we picked it up. They were very informative and we felt like we had all the information we needed to complete the transaction. We would recommend them! I recently bought an Audi A6 from these guys and I was really surprised how easy the whole process was, from start to finish. When I first came in to check out the car, the sales guys didn't attack me like most dealerships. They were really kind a helpful, they are also super laid back about test drives, which I loved! After I came back to buy the car, the process was really fast and simple. I also enjoyed working with the staff after I bought the car. I had some additional requests about some of the interior pieces, they agreed to help me out and fix all the things I asked them about! And they definitely don't cheap out on anything! Even on the small things, like replacing a simple MMI knob, they wont go to some cheap service center, they take it to a certified Audi Dealership, and that was really important to me because I was buying an expensive german car. Huge thanks to Thomas and Banko for being really responsive and helpful with all my requests!

I had a failed clutch at 5000 miles on my 2018 WRX and it was replaced full warranty. I really appreciated the fact that I was supplied with a rental for the two days and was given 5 star treatment - Eastside Subaru in Kirkland WA always comes thru for me - their Service and Sales is top notch!. Being a woman driver and having a failed clutch at first brought question I think which is very reasonable having a clutch go out at 5,000 miles on a WRX but really all I got was a casual "so, is this your first stick" ? I answered no and said it was at least my 7th stick since 1981, including a 2002 Boxster, so I knew it wasn't driver error! Also from the beginning my clutch was very stiff so there may have been friction? When I got it back, it is feather light and amazing! OMG it is like a true race car! I love my WRX and Eastside Subaru!
We were able to get a good price on the vehicle. Communication with the dealership was poor. I would email with the person i was working with and then not hear anything from them at all after asking questions about the vehicles i was looking at
I appreciated the relaxed atmosphere. They are honest and fair dealers and accommodated my request for my own inspection (in fact they encouraged me to be satisfied before buying). Pricing is reasonable. I like their selection of cars. I did not look at every single one of them, but I believe they have some great finds there. I will definitely go back to find hopefully my next vehicle purchase. Keep up the great work!
We were very impressed with our sales person, who had great follow up and customer service. However since purchasing our vehicle, they have lost both of their certified AMG specialists and the service windows have over promised and under delivered. The service space is too small to accommodate the volume at this dealership. No car wash or vacuum service which means the car is not in the same shape as it was when you dropped it off.
