D’Ambrosio is a great place to buy a car. I cannot say enough about Dave Baldwin. He has always taken the time to guide us to a great car. This is my second Mitsubishi from them. He was so understanding and patient with me. My daughters and I both appreciate the personal touch the dealership gives to you. Thank you again
2023 Volkswagen Tiguan review
We wanted a Audi Q3 but all the dealers in the state had only loaded models. Being in our 70's, we weren't interested in technology, appearance, performance, or off-road add-on packages. The Tiguan SEL-R has all the features we want that a Q3 Premium Plus has. Sure, the Tiguan won't match the Q3's performance or looks. but it is close enough. And it has more interior room than a Q5.

2024 Volkswagen Tiguan review
I got interested in this car when I rented it for a couple of days while conducting business out of town. I discovered that it suited my auto needs 100 percent, and at such a reasonable price. I am of a certain age and I find it more of a challenge to get in and out of cars. I don't like climbing up into and sliding down out of trucks and SUV. I don't like bending the slipping into sedans and having to pull myself out of them. The Tiguan comes closest to walking into the driver's sit and walking out. As for stowage, the stowage in the rear also is at perfect mid-thigh level, minimizing bending and lifting. So comfort was of highest priority. But economy comes in a close second, and so far the MPG is great. So is the pickup; it's plenty peppy.

Autohaus Lancaster, Inc.Reviews
Autohaus Lancaster, Inc. review
I had a great experience working with Hernan at Autohaus Lancaster. He was extremely helpful throughout the entire process and made buying my new SQ8 incredibly easy. I was out of town for most of the transaction, but Hernan Diaz-Egg handled everything remotely, kept me updated, and got me the trade-in value I was hoping for. When I arrived at the dealership the next day, all of the paperwork was ready and the entire process was quick and efficient. No surprises, no pressure, and no wasted time. The level of communication and customer service was outstanding from start to finish. If you're looking for a straightforward, hassle-free car buying experience, I highly recommend working with Hernan and the team at Autohaus Lancaster.
2020 Volkswagen Tiguan review
I've always absolutely loved this car for ALL of its awesomeness, but I decided to write this review today because my Tiguan saved my life. I've owned it for 5 years and enjoyed all of it - for its reliability, performance, comfor, style - you name it. But today, thanks to this car and its safety (airbags performance in particular), I am still alive, so I wanted to write this review because this car truly deserves it. Thank you to all the people who've made this car.

2021 Volkswagen Tiguan review
I really enjoy my 2021 Volkswagen Tiguan SEL! It's a great SUV with a perfect combination of comfort, style, practicality, and technology. The interior feels premium, the seats are comfortable, and the ride is smooth and quiet. It has plenty of space for passengers and cargo, making it perfect for daily driving and longer road trips. The SEL trim comes with great features, and the Tiguan handles very well for an SUV. Fuel economy is also reasonable, and the overall driving experience is enjoyable. Overall, the 2021 Volkswagen Tiguan SEL is a great choice for anyone looking for a stylish, comfortable, and practical SUV. I would definitely recommend it!

Great 28.3 mileage w 500 mile cruising range on regular gas. Seat comfort, engine performance (no turbo lag), quality, great quiet ride, ventilated massage seats, and tons of upscale standard equipment quickly made us forget our 2022 Audi Q5 Premium Plus Sportback with a 15K savings and even more features. Best buy on a mid sized luxury SUV. Would highly recommend!

AMAZING SERVICE!!! Ali the owner was absolutely great to work with & honest and caring. He walked me through everything with no pressure buy and I have never been more relaxed at a dealership! I will only go here from now on!!!
2020 Volkswagen Tiguan review
This car is far superior to my previous 2021 Toyota RA4. In my distant youth I use to do some racing and handling is highest priority. Suspension, steering, 17" alloy wheels vs 15" steel wheels with hubcaps, full spare tire vs doughnut, 3 row seating vs 2 rows, 400 lbs heavier therefore more stable in windy conditions and roads that are not level, and much more. Only downside is the general Volkswagen issue with poor sound systems. Not only that, the after market is almost non-existent for the Tiguan.

AutoLenders ExtonReviews
AutoLenders Exton review
AutoLenders was great to work with. When we couldn’t find the vehicle we were looking for with all the features at their particular location, they were willing to bring in two additional vehicles from other locations for us to also test drive, at no cost to us. Because of their flexibility and ability to bring these other cars in, we ended up purchasing our vehicle from them. They were great to work with!
2020 Volkswagen Tiguan review
We had a 2018 Tiguan SEL, the first year with the lengthened body. We loved the car, but with 40,000 miles on it we decided to trade it in for a 2020, trading up to the Tiguan SEL Premium R-Line - the top of the line. This car has all the bells and whistles, and it drives and performs better than the 2018. I don't know if that's because it's an R-Line or that the newer Tiguans had some performance and handling tweaks. Anyway, this is an awesome car - lots of interior space, great looking and filled with features. I can't see why anyone would buy an Atlas, which had about the same capacity, costs a lot more and, with a six cylinder vs the Tiguan's turocharged four, gets worse gas mileage.

Paul Sevag Motors Inc.Reviews
Paul Sevag Motors Inc. review
Paul Sevag Motors was quite far (1 hour and 40 minutes away) but the pictures on the internet depicted a used 2006 Mini Cooper S with 40,000 miles in great condition. As soon as we arrived, we noticed that all their inventory of vehicles were kept indoors. Upon viewing the Cooper, we knew the internet advertised price was more than fair. After agreeing on a purchase price, the buying process was smooth and painless. I would definitely consider buying another vehicle from Paul,Jeff and Phil. Thank you!

Huber's Auto Group review
Working with Huber’s was incredibly easy, and well worth the 5-hour drive. They went above and beyond and more than you’d ever expect from a used car dealer to make the Q7 we’d been looking for absolutely perfect and in tip-top condition. Eric was incredible, making sure everything on the vehicle was just right and that all the paperwork was ready to go when we got there to pick it up. We look forward to working with him/them again when the time comes to buy another car.

I like the interior of the car it has a nice finish, the outside is very nice. I think this is a very compatible car for anyone !

2017 Volkswagen Tiguan review
My door handle on my hatchback has been repaired and replaced two times and now is gone again. It is a 2017 Wolfsburg and I am not pleased with the cost of 1200. I wouldn’t mind but they are only lasting two years. Ridiculous. Can’ use my hatchback.

2023 Volkswagen Tiguan review
I really liked this car, the car is easy to control, accelerates quickly when compared with others. Comfortable and plenty of space inside. I moved from a KIA sedan, and I can say that you get used to the dimensions of the car very easily and quickly. And compared to the KIA, the build quality of the car is felt, and that it is made of metal.

2025 Volkswagen Tiguan review
I choose the S model that doesn't come with all the extras but for me the interior is roomy well appointed cloth seats that I don't have to maintain, also a large infotainment screen that is very functional shift on the collome leaving more room on the console .The exterior is sporty and clean lined making it easy to ceramic coating it. I find the 2 liter turbo charged engine provides plenty of power for the model that has less curb weight than the Atlas and the front wheel drive results in getting 35 mpg at 70 on the hwy. The overall results in a very comfortable ride and experience that I was looking for.

First time buyer at D'Ambrosio as we had been looking for a pre-owned Jeep Grand Cherokee for our daughter. The team was so very helpful for our family and Rachel Brennan did an awesome job! They kept us informed as vehicles of our interest and criteria came to the dealer, and the overall shopping and buying experience was straight forward and easy. Thank you Rachel!

Jeff D'Ambrosio Chrysler Dodge Jeep Mits review
I recently purchased a 2021 Volkswagen Jetta and had the pleasure of working with Gary Thomas. As a 22-year-old woman buying my first car, the process felt overwhelming, but Gary made everything so much easier. He was personable, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to guide me through this major purchase. I truly appreciated being treated like a friend rather than just another customer. I also want to give a huge thank you to Nick, the manager, who was incredibly kind and took the time to chat with my grandpa, who was involved in the process. Their support meant so much to me, and I’m beyond grateful for the outstanding service at Jeff D'Ambrosio. I’ll definitely be recommending this dealership to my friends and family!
2022 Volkswagen Tiguan review
It's a medium-sized SUV. It's not a Porsche, Audi or MB. It is comfortable, reliable, the size and capacity I sought. In two years I've put on ~24K miles and absolutely no problems. My wife is handicapped and uses a walker. She thought the car was comfortable and we made two round trips from Hartford, CT to Key West. In the last 60 years We've had a Beetle, Passat, and a VW Bus that carried our family of four and 2 Dachshunds aacross the country and back to Connecticut - Twice!

I bought an RS3 from Hernan Diaz-Egg and it was easily the smoothest car-buying experience I've ever had. From the first phone call, he was receptive to exactly what I was looking for and didn't waste a minute of my time. No runaround, no games, no pressure. He was honest and showed real professionalism from start to finish. The whole transaction moved faster than I thought possible. If you're shopping and you want someone who respects your time and knows the product, ask for Hernan. Highly recommend.
2024 Volkswagen Tiguan review
30mpg avg with the longest and widest roof rail base for outdoor gear at a price that made sense. 2nd row middle seat folds down individually for skis and paddles. Remote start on the vw app is great for cooling the interior down on a 100 degree day from a distance. Rear seat door opening and leg room is huge great for elders to enter easily and for parents loading car seats.

I really love the feel and comfort of this vehicle. It serves my family of 4 well. I am the 2nd owner at 13,000 miles. Only issue so far is the oil consumption. After only driving the car 600 miles after my first oil change, check oil light came on. It was a qt. low. I am now in the process of getting it checked at my local VW dealer. Will update on outcome.

Nice riding vehicle EXCEPT it has a hesitation issue when you step on the gas from a standstill. Happens most when the "stop/start" is active, less when you turn it off but it still hesitates. Dealer has no answer other than it is normal and we can't find anything. Others have voiced same concern, recall?

Matt and Hunter at Carmax really made this the best experience for me. Matt worked with me through phone and email up until the day I went in. He was very informative and assisted me through the entire process. Hunter was the salesman I worked with when I went in. He was accommodating and polite. Great car, quiet ride mostly for an SUV, glad I bought it, tested Honda CRV, Mazda CX-5, Hyundai Tucson, Kia Sorrento, Chevrolet Equinox, Terrain, and many others, at that time I could not make a comparison with Toyota since there were none to be tested, the Tiguan stood above the others
