The sales associate, Blake, made the process easy, and while buying a car is never enjoyable, relatively painless. Flow's approach to selling cars seems to be to allow knowledgeable sales associates guide you through a no-pressure process. Highly recommend them.

For several years, Flow C'ville have maintained my GTI. Their service team are incredible. When my battery went flat, someone from their dealership came out and started my car. Wowza.
But it's only lately that I've been chatting with their sales team - the wonderful Timothy and Ryan.
These gents are INCREDIBLE. They are both fountains of knowledge about VW cars. Incredibly friendly. And they're also good psychologists - and listeners - when it comes to helping you to figure out what to buy. They're also fun to talk to. They care about people. And they care about getting you on the road in something that, ideally, will be both practical and something to love.

I live in Richmond and my daughter blew a tire on her Mini in Charlottesville and was stuck on the side of the road. I found BMW of Charlottesville on the web and called them. The service team found a tire, ordered it and installed in within a few hours to get her back on the road home, all with a friendly attitude. I was more than impressed.

Staff was friendly! They would not budge on price but included services to compensate. One negative was the salesman didn’t seem very willing to change my deal to me doing the DMV work when he called me back. Said he had it all written up. That wasn’t very customer friendly.

When I have to buy my next car, the service at Subaru, which is terrific, may be the deciding factor. The Service Advisors are knowledgeable, polite, & extremely competent. The whole service process is easy and a pleasure.
Was shopping for a vehicle and found a unique vehicle that they were they only ones east of the Mississippi! The transaction was unexpectedly smooth.
