Car transaction went through super quickly and smoothly! The sales manager CJ really helped make the deal happen and no run around. Ryan from finance was also fantastic; they weren’t pushy at all. Very happy customer!! We love the Atlas!
2025 Volkswagen Taos review
I bought a 2022 Taos and drove it for 3 1/2 years. I liked the car so much that I bought a 2025 Taos. My wife is now driving the 2022 and I am driving the 2025. Both cars are pure joy to sit in and to drive. The interior and legroom are spacious. The only negatives are the VW does not offer a power, passenger seat and a power hatch closer. Other than that, it is the perfect vehicle for us.

2015 Volkswagen Jetta review
I love this car. Spacious, smooth, safer, economical both fuel and maintenance. I have owned this car from 2015 brand new, 10 years down the line and I’m still happy and won’t trade it for any other car. Done over 220000kms and still going strong. Kudos to VW in the Jetta 2015 model. No regrets.

I had an outstanding experience with this used car dealership from start to finish. The entire process was quick, straightforward, and completely stress-free. Everyone was friendly, professional, and honest, and they made sure I understood everything without any pressure. The vehicle was exactly as described, priced fairly, and ready to drive home. They answered all of my questions and made the paperwork fast and easy. It's refreshing to find a dealership that truly values its customers and delivers on its promises. If you're looking for a reliable used car and a hassle-free buying experience, I highly recommend this dealership. I'll definitely be back for my next vehicle and will be recommending them to friends and family!

I traded in my Buick Enclave for a VW Beetle over 6 years ago and have loved it nearly every day. The Turbo engine is fantastic. It's been a great little car. The only complaint is that it's not great (at all!) in the snow. Other than that, two thumbs up.

CarMax Madison review
Starting the process for looking for a new to us van and CarMax was one of our stops. They had one we were really interested in, but between trade-in value and non-negotiable pricing (which we knew in advance) we realized it wouldn't fit our price range. Ryan was responsive, but not oppressive.

Jeff Schmitt Mitsubishi review
I just purchased a car at Jeff Schmitt Mitsubishi. The customer service was impeccable. Of all the car dealerships I have ever worked with, this one is the best. Grant, the salesman did an excellent job from start to finish. All of the staff was very accommodating in meeting my needs and addressing my concerns. I left there a very satisfied customer. I highly recommend this dealership to all prospective buyers.
2026 Volkswagen Atlas review
While sales noted it has cameras, it is only for backing up, not when parking and looking for a forward camera. Not having either auto fold in mirrors or memory for seat (only available on their most expensive model) turns out to be quite inconvenient. Car is quite comfortable and roomy, especially the 3rd row.

2020 Volkswagen Tiguan review
I've always absolutely loved this car for ALL of its awesomeness, but I decided to write this review today because my Tiguan saved my life. I've owned it for 5 years and enjoyed all of it - for its reliability, performance, comfor, style - you name it. But today, thanks to this car and its safety (airbags performance in particular), I am still alive, so I wanted to write this review because this car truly deserves it. Thank you to all the people who've made this car.

Jeff Schmitt MitsubishiReviews
Jeff Schmitt Mitsubishi review
We purchased a used ‘25 Mitsubishi Outlander last weekend at the Jeff Schmitt Auto Group dealership in Fairborn, OH. We live almost 5 hours from their location so much of the communication/information was done online and over the phone. Needless to say, we got a good deal on this vehicle that was in immaculate condition. Bo, Joey, Dustin, and Derek did an excellent job providing everything we needed- and there was quite a bit- to complete the online process and get everything ready for our arrival. They were professional, friendly, and a pleasure to deal with during our purchase. Finishing the buy and picking up the vehicle was quick and easy. It was well worth the long drive to buy our vehicle and we couldn’t be happier with the condition of the car and the good deal we got. We will definitely look to Schmitt’s Auto Group in the future and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a good deal on a vehicle that also has a really good, hard working staff. Thanks guys- we appreciate you!

I like the white and black combo. I like that it's not too big and is AWD. Still getting use to the technology. I can start and lock the doors from my phone. It notifies me if I left a window or the sunroof open. Will not go far if the trunk door is not completely shut. This is my 1st suv, I like sitting up higher than in a sedan.
