I am enjoying the Atlas thus far; the only issue that I’ve had so far is with the Bluetooth. I got it serviced and it’s been working well again.

We had Darrick Moreno to help us in sales. It was an excellent experience. Darrick went out of his way in his assistance and getting our vehicle ready. At the end Katrina was very helpful. We recommend them highly.

Because I received no Owner's Manual (supposedly back-ordered), I might as well be driving a random rental. Without the manual, I am unable to use or unaware of many of the latest features. The basic driving features such as acceleration, braking, steering, and road feel are good. The hatch-back vs. trunk along with folding rear seats creates a wonderfully large carrying space. On the negative side, there is a noticeable vibration at idle and the shifts are clunky. Overall, I am pleased with the car since it suits my needs nicely.

Excellent dealership super customer service oriented. The General Manager goes above and beyond the call. This is the best dealership I have ever dealt with. I was in a bad spot broken down on the side of the highway during the holidays at closing time. They arranged for a tow and I was in the dealership in 30 minutes. They were ready to close and the shuttle was done for the day. At any other dealership I would have had a problem. The General Manager Anthony Danninger made it a point to get me himself. Tiguan is a great chassis. Sold worldwide. No mid-size competitor is as solidly built. Smooth highway ride. Proven AWD system. Second row seating easily accommodates adults. Engine / transmission provides adequate performance. Not sporty, but 1/2 the price of a BMW. U.S. version is a bit quirky. Software is not a perfect design, and it can be buggy. AVAC controls are difficult to operate without taking your eyes off the road. There are so many different setting to consider the user manual is not very helpful. Neither is the dealer or VW customer service. One example- Both can tell you how to put the car into SPORT mode, but they can not tell you what Sport mode actually adjusts. Without that information, how can one choose to use it?

Where do I start. I live 4 hours away in Hollywood Florida. And I have 3 VW Dealers near me. And St Augustine VW is the very Best. I have now bought 4 VW from them in 2 months. I love them. Frankie is the best and Stephen is Top Notch!!!! I am retired in the Automotive industry 32 years. And I know Joe the Owner. And his Brother that also owns another franchise. These Individuals are the best. Oh. Can't forget Emily that does the Tags. She is also a Doll. Guys. Keep up the excellent work. I will get my 4th VW Atlas. On Monday. Can't wait. I'm about a month into my ownership, so I can't comment on reliability. I have driven the Taos on a long road trip and in all situations. I think it hits the mark for being an extremely functional city car and is economical. It's well balanced, frugal on gas and has good enough performance to make it easy to live with. My other car is a VW GTI, which is my fun car. I sold my Golf Sportwagen and lost some driving feel going to the Taos but gained AWD, way more passenger space for family and friends and a more comfortable riding position for when I feel like running about. One of the ironies I've found with the Taos is that I expected it to be my road trip car of choice and that I would make the GTI my urban runabout. I think it will end up being the opposite with the Taos being pretty awesome for grocery getting and short trips. My mpg with AWD has been ~30mpg mixed at 2k miles. I don't do much more than 33mpg on the highway. My city mpg has been pretty good. My GTI gets 31mpg combined. I like the interior styling and glad to have buttons instead of the slider controls. I had a next-gen Golf as a rental in Spain last year, and the infotainment was a nightmare to use while driving. My one gripe about the interior is using soft touch on the front seat door panels and then hard plastic for the dash. I would have preferred all one or the other for a consistent look. The soft touch makes resting the elbow more comfortable, but there's soft touch near the door handle for that. Overall, I'm happy with the purchase. I test drove the Tiguan a few times too, and that was a bit to long, had inferior visibility, has the less user friendly infotainment and squishier suspension. I thought the Tiguan looked good and had a nicer interior, but that was it.

I had such an awesome experience buying my first new car on my own (2020 Volkswagen Tiguan) not only was it SUPER easy but the staff was so friendly, very helpful and all around great to work with. My salesman (Zach) was great as well! Not pushy, awesome attitude, even though I had him working late! I highly recommend asking for Zach if you plan to buy a vehicle!! You won’t regret it!!

The best way to describe the driving experience of my GLI S: 1. It combines the steering and road feel from a classic 4000cs Quattro or Corrado SLC with 21 century safety equipment and tasty DSG (if you haven't driven one of these go find a 99 Audi A4 2.8 Quattro and drive it) 2. A proven VW/Audi 2.0t mill with oodles of power you will even need for city and highway driving 3. Understated(I don't need to impress you to be amazing) teutonic stying that will age well 4. It can easily haul your family and groceries around 5. It has an impressive warranty (only KIA tops it). 6. Haldex mech diff is a technological marvel that makes you not miss buying a cop a4 or 3 series. 7. It has more personality than any bimmer product I have driven 8. Nothing comes close to it's driving dynamics and steering feel. NOTHING. Everything else (Accord GT, Camry TRD, K5, Sonata, etc) are not in the same league for this price point. All for under 30k The negatives (they are some worrisome niggles) 1. Plasticky interior. Noticeable cost cutting. Not an Audi interior. 2. There are some interior quality control issues like minor rattles and buzzing coming from the driver's side and rear view mirror 3. Reliability remains questionable as the car ages like most of the VW's I have owned in the past. Lease it. Buy only if you can haggle and get a low cap cost. 4. Resale value is not a strong suit. 5. It will not be close to being as reliable as it's competition. 6. VWoA customer service is not great.

Always entertaining to drive, accommodating rear seat and trunk, costs less than the hatchback GTI. Smooth cars fast and Comfortable. Along with being more affordable and The 2021 Volkswagen Jetta GLI has the same amazing driving attributes that make the Golf GTI a smash hit, and that earned it an Editors' Choice award. Although the hatchback has a nicer interior, it's actually the sedan that's more practical, thanks to its roomier back seat and bigger trunk. Both VWs boast a potent 228-hp turbocharged four-cylinder that mates to either an engaging manual transmission or a quicker-shifting automatic. The having a bigger back seat, the Jetta GLI sedan has the same performance acumen as the Golf GTI hatchback.

Got a complicated problem fixed on my wife's Jetta (which I'd love to sell!!)) at a very reasonable price with excellent communication with Hans in Service. Highly recommend. Used to be in the industry and it is hard to find a dealer who actually works with/for their customers.

2022 SEL R-Line I see the other negative reviews which is unfortunate but I have not had one issue with my 2022 Tiguan. I purchased in October 2021 and have enjoyed the car since purchase. Well appointed with all amenities that come with the Audi Q5 which I was also considering. I went with the Tiguan because all you’re getting with the Q5 is the clout. Long distance driving is amazing as the car basically drives itself. Perhaps I got lucky but I’ve not experienced anything negative so far. Would highly recommend.

I've always absolutely loved this car for ALL of its awesomeness, but I decided to write this review today because my Tiguan saved my life. I've owned it for 5 years and enjoyed all of it - for its reliability, performance, comfor, style - you name it. But today, thanks to this car and its safety (airbags performance in particular), I am still alive, so I wanted to write this review because this car truly deserves it. Thank you to all the people who've made this car.

We sold the Tiguan and got the Atlas. It's so much more bang for your buck in the Atlas. We're averaging 27 mpg in the Atlas; we were only getting 29 in the Tiguan. The Atlas rides much smoother and the room is huge!!!

This Beetle was my car that I traded in recently for a new Tiguan. The car was excellent, and always reliable. We wanted to own one of the last Beetles made, and glad that we purchased it from Mt. Prospect VW (AutoBarn) four years ago. Whoever purchases this bug, is getting a great car, and we will miss it!

I was recommended to this dealer by a friend who works in the service department at a local Ford Dealership. I was looking for a Mustang, but did not particularly like the new ones, nor did I care for the pricing of new ones. I looked at this dealer's on line inventory and saw a 5.0 GT that looked promising, so I went in. My first contact was Adam Commodore in sales....really great guy and a true "car guy"....knows his stuff ! The GT was nice, but based on the asking price and my upside down trade, it was more monthly than I wanted to spend. That is when I met Aladdin ( yes, that is his real name ). We landed on a monthly payment that I wanted, and worked backward from there, based on what price range would work. After that, Adam and I looked at a few BMW Hardtop Convertibles, which were nice....BUT....they were not Mustangs ! I left that evening without purchasing anything. My wife told me, when I came home without purchasing a car, "don't worry, God has the perfect one just waiting for you" This is where Aladdin really comes into the forefront. I got a text that very night from him, with photos and the text read..."found you the perfect Mustang - in your price range". 2014 V-6 Fast Back Hardtop -Oxford White - ( exactly what I was looking for ). You see, what makes Aladdin different is....he knew I really wanted a Mustang & he went out and found one....same day. Said he was just "led to find one". It took a few days to get it to the dealership....serviced and detailed.....brake job, Awesome Oversized Rear Tires & new front tires, oil change, new wiper blades, etc. Short story from there...saw it, drove it, loved it, bought it !! It is my everyday driver - best thing you can do is, if you don't see what you want, tell them what you want and they will probably find it.....anyway, the previous owner obviously took good care of the Mustang...and I will do the same. Ok I never thought I was ever going to own my very own Dodge Challenger but when I first saw it driving down the highway towards St. Augustine that beautiful Black Friday afternoon, I knew I wanted THAT car. It was my DUKES OF HAZZARD car and I was one of the adopted Hawaiian DUKE Bros! I walked in and talked with BRAD. My first dealer contact. Great guy. Gave me the keys and said take it for a spin. I was so excited! Got into it. And the car didn't start. I laughed and thought I was purchasing a bad car. Threw the keys back at Brad and said "Call me when it actually runs!" Brad immediately got gas in the car. Told me there were fixing the radio so there was no navigation. I was like ok. I still wanted to drive it. It was an amazing feeling sitting behind THE CAR YOU WANTED SINCE CHILDHOOD. After the drive I was call me when the radio was fixed. So I left. Later that day I called back and asked the price of the car cause I forgot. Got in touch with Eric (Dealer BOSS - Second dealer contact.) He asks if we can make a deal on the car today, he would make it worth my while. I wanted to wait till after the radio was fixed to deal but he mentioned BLACK FRIDAY DEAL and I was like, "Ooooh!" I forgot the day! Came back around later that evening and signed the deal at a rate better than my approved rate from my bank! The radio took awhile like I knew it would cause they had to purchase a new radio from the Dodge Dealership. Not a cheap price either. But they seriously took care of me and the car during the whole process. Got the car after the radio fix and noticed there was no navigation. Didn't know about attaching my phone to the car. That car connected to GOGGLE MAPS from my phone! I was I never have to update my maps ever again on my car! This is amazing. Registering my car was a time consuming process due to my negligence. I had this old tag that I wanted for this car but didn't realize I couldn't use it cause my new tag cancelled the temp tag it was. I had to get a temp tag for a permanent tag I had previously, so I could not use my temp tag as my permanent. Didn't know. I didn't want the regular Florida state issued tag. I went to hours of paperwork just to get my SUBMARINER Tag. I was not going to fill that paperwork again for another one. Francesca! This car is a wonder. With the rear camera., blind spot warning and lane assist i feel so safe. The cabin is spacious and not confining. Although I haven't had to use the 3d seat I am confident it is roomy and comfortable. Happy I bought it.

I was getting a oil change at the VW dealership, The Atlas had just hit the sales floor. I saw her she saw me it was love at first site ! I took her home 2 months later she has bought much joy to my life. So roomy and rides so smooth. My GF has a Cadillac xt5 but wants to drive my car most of the time. My Atlas is much larger and rides better than he Caddy. She say her next car will be a atlas ...... BTW my Atlas cost about $18,000.00 than her Little Cadillac ,,, lol Put some Joy in your drive way and buy a Atlas.

Me and the family where on the way to Disney world from south GA when out if no where our brakes went totally out on the interstate little did we know we were only 1.3 miles from Tom Gibbs Chevy so I pulled in slowly with flashers on and parked walked in and meet mike nailor he was great got right on our vehicle and got it fixed in exactly an hour couldn’t have asked for a better person than mike thanks again buddy

I love this car. there are so many perks, but also a couple cons. 1. I love the interior, the buttons are very easy to understand. 2. I LOVE THE ALERT IT GIVES WHEN YOU'RE TOO CLOSE TO A CAR, literally saved me from so many accidents. 3. it has a third row, which I didn't even find out about until a year after having my car, which was sick. although I love this car, but its not great in the winter. I probably got stuck about 40 times last year (not exaggerating). but I got new tires and were gonna see how it treats me. one of the only things I don't like about the interior is the center console. its really deep and I tend to lose things in there and it gets messy quickly. Overall I want to say that I definitely have emotional attachment to my blue volskwagon Tiguan, and don't know when ill ever let it go. I hope this review helps somebody.
