Any questions i had about the car anywhere from it's features, to leasing and vehicle maintenance were answered with detail making me feel very confident with my purchase. The overall presentation, knowledge, and organization of the employee made me feel very comfortable in choosing Kline Volvo for my new car.
I had inquired online about a specific vehicle for sale, John Rogers in sales replied to me promptly about my inquiry. He wasn’t pushy at all about selling a vehicle and said stop by anytime to look at the car closer and take it for a test drive. Upon arriving I was greated as I entered inside, making me feel welcomed and comfortable. Everyone was so nice, John was was very knowledgeable in all aspects. Even though I didn’t make a purchase from Kline I feel I would go back again in the future!
Kline did the 10,000 mi service and the appointment went very well. Easy to schedule, when I arrived the vehicle was inspected and checked in, and work was started right away. They advised when it would be finished and while I was waiting, I was told it would be done before that time. It was returned to me with a fresh wash, and vacuum, and clean windows. I appreciate their being on time but they have an excellent customer waiting area that is very comfortable and quiet.
The process involved a high level of attention and the salesman John Rogers showed us a number of vehicles and products we had not considered. I feel we found a great value. We were very happy with the experience.

John Rogers sent a lot time going over the benefits of the xc60 when I first started looking.And after I decided to purchase the found the car in another state and had it shipped to me. John went over all the features of the car when I purchased it.
I put in an order for a 2018 Toyota Highlander without AWD. It had all the other features I wanted, especially the color and trailer hitch. I thought I could live without AWD. After a few days I called back to cancel and get a refund of my deposit. The salesperson asked why and I told him the car did not have AWD and I decided not to buy because of that. He said ok and forwarded my call to the person who would refund my deposit. I got the refund in 3 days.
We bought a 2017 Chevy Volt after almost a year of communication with your salesman, Brett Banaszewski. He was very patient with us and we let several opportunities pass us by before we made our purchase. He was clear and accurate about all the characteristics of our used car and the various warranties, etc. He went out of his way to help us find a hard copy of the Owner's Manual. He also volunteered to ask your mechanics for a recommendation for a Duluth Chevy dealer to service our car, since our local Ashland dealer has no one certified to work on hybrid plug-ins. Good work helping us move into the new car future which we should all be considering with the dire freight train of climate change barreling down upon us. Keep buying and pushing those electric cars. We now have solar panels and are working for public charging stations in our area. Had a hard time not jumping right into a Chevy Bolt or Nissan Leaf, but coming from deep rural we felt it was still prudent to buy a hybrid. Thank you. Let me start by saying I rarely write reviews. I was referred by a friend for my first vehicle I purchased at Poquet and this is my second vehicle I have purchased at Poquet. Both experiences were hassle free, efficient, courteous, professional and by far the best price. I must expound on my second experience as I informed Brett what I was looking for and he continued to update me monthly until he finally found the exact car I was looking for. What also cemented it was that even the owner, Colin called me a few times checking to see if I was still interested and that they would continue to look for the exact vehicle I wanted. In the interim, I referred a friend and he purchased a car there and Poquet send me a gift card. You won't find an easier buying experience, a lower price or a friendlier staff. A quick shout-out for Ric Formann who sold me a BMW X5 in late August'18. I signed all the papers and drove off with high expectations. Two days later I noticed smoke coming from the front end. I called Ric and he assured me that it would be taken care of, and it was. He arranged for the minor valve repair without charge. That's customer service!
Travis, our salesman, is a great guy, and an honest asset to Luther Burnsville. He went above and beyond for us on our used vehicle purchase. His description of the vehicle, which was a realistically priced, was spot on, and actually why we bought the vehicle sight unseen. It was a true pleasure to meet everyone we dealt with. I was happy while there, I was still happy when we left.
