If I could give 100-star review for Tracy, I would!!! I had to get some things done on my Sentra that was covered under warranty, and she provided me a loner car until mine was serviced. She is the BEST and I will only schedule appointments with her. She is what customer service should always be. I have been going here since I bought my first Sentra in 2016 and even though I purchased my new Sentra in Florida I still will only go to Kelly Nissan because of Tracy. I bought a black 2012 s80 t6 platinum and inscription package with 126k miles about 2 months ago.we had a volvo in the 70s..a 340D..loved that car and any other make would not gsve saved my brothers life When he hit a pier head on with 4 buddies in the car. Anyways my S80 is a beautiful looking car...and as soon as i planted my butt in the heated lesther seats i sank into them with a sigh of pleasure Never have i sat in a car seat like these..certainly a comgortable throne fit for a king I tinted the windows and got 2 out of round rims fixed had volvo jet out the carbon deposits in engine. Replaced all filters and fluids and took her out on the highway and she performed like a purring cheetah with her 300 hp t6 engine she exploded with pace. I love the car and i hope it will be my last.i feel right at home in the car .everyone compliments me on it. ..it gets around 20/21 around town.and anout 26 to 37 on highway..i drove from nyc to lake placid and was falling asleep so i asked my wife to drive it just south of albany..i fell asleep quickly but woke up to a blizzard and my wife doing 85 mph..i flipped out abd told her how dangerous foung this was..she just looked at me with a smile and said.."its a fast car honey no one is passing me"..well my filipina wife ( who never drove in snow storm) says ..no one is passing us..i said please pullover and i would drive the rest of way..the car handles heavily on mountain bendy roads and as storm got heavier i switched to winter mode ( put into manual and drive in 3rd gear) the car stuck to the roaD like glue in the snow with all season radials..the car performed like a champ all trip..my love affair with the car continues and i just hope it last for ever...its the furst time a car ever actually made me feel happy..literally I hope the cost of maintenace wont be that bad and we keep on chugging along

Purchased my 2010 Volvo S80 used with 89k miles. I now have over 215k miles and the car has remained very reliable with only minor repairs required during my ownership. This was my first Volvo experience. Here are a couple things worth noting for those considering this vehicle. By far the most enjoyable vehicle I have owned for long distance driving. My fatigue is minimal when driving this car compared to others. The 3.2L engine is very smooth and powerful. 3,500lb towing capacity! I’ve been able to pull my 2k lb boat on multiple vacations over 1k miles with out issues. Parts are available at FCP Euro for a reasonable price if you are handy and can perform minor maintenance on your own. This has saved me significantly. I love the the premium sound system, seats and ride quality. After 215k miles, the car is still tight with little noise. Build quality is exceptional. I’ve enjoyed this car so much that I purchased a 2012 S80 T6 AWD recently. Having driven both, I’m indifferent from a commuting perspective on the extra hp. I find the 3.2 is more than adequate with torque and acceleration and returns on average 26mpg. The 2010 remains in the family and I have no doubt it will achieve 250k miles. Excellent work Volvo!

Owned my 2010 s80 t6 for 6 years and couldn't be more proud. The kinda car you get compliments of and ages like no other if you take care of the basic stuff. It's not a sports car but it can smoke so many newer vehicles out there that will put a smile on your face every time u drive it. It feels solid like a tank, wonderful ride, sound system is amazing, and it's definitely a reliable over built machine. Be obsessed with your maintenance, flush your transmission every 30k no matter what anyone says and this thing will take you to the moon.

I purchased my 2004 S80 used with 128,000 miles hoping it would last me a couple of years. That was in 2013 and it is still going strong with a few little old age quirks. The fabric is starting to pull away from the front passenger pillar by the windshield. The leather seats are worn, which is expected after 20 years of daily use. When the temperature is 35 degrees or lower it is stubborn starting, However, once it does (2nd to 3rd attempt) everything is good. I am slightly under 200k (197,779). Upkeep and repairs have included: Regular maintenance Replacement of 5 cylinders, although not at the same time. New radiator due to road construction mishap. (hit a good size pot-hole). Side mirror cover replacement because of theft. The S80 was not what I was looking for in 2013. The price was great and I took a chance. I am so glad I did. The car is not garage kept and there are not faded areas at all.

Unfortunately, my car was totaled and I was able to find a very nice Toyota RAV4, that I’ve always wanted! Matthew was absolutely amazing. He was very welcoming and didn’t push any aspect of the deal on me whatsoever. He was extremely patient and very easy to work with. He made my buying experience extremely easy and fun which was a blessing because of all the stress I was feeling over my situation.

we still have our S-80 after 18 yrs. and just reached 100k miles, always Garaged. License plate says "SNDAYCR" used 4 Special Occasions and on Wknds/Sunday.

Couple of nice old dudes own this place. They had some good stuff for sale. Some stuff above market, some stuff at market, and a few gems below market price too. I found a nice deal on "The Boat", a 2007 Grand Marquis from them. Not perfect, but in good shape with low miles. There's a car for every budget on their lot. Probably one of the few pay-and-drive type lots left that isn't run by xxxxxx.

After years of Lincoln Town Cars, I decided I wanted something different that was stylish & comfortable (boy will a Town Car spoil you). Had it pretty much narrowed down to the Lexus & Infiniti. The Lexus fell by the wayside since they were too common. That left the Infiniti M35 AWD. Not having much luck finding one, the S80 came up as another car to consider. After doing some research, the price savings for the S80 versus virtually all other luxury sedans in that size was CRAZY. Got lucky, found a very clean, very well maintained S80 that I was able to get at a great price. No regrets what so ever & being the flagship car for Volvo (now replaced by the S90) you don't see them everywhere like the S40 or S60. On top of that I got the T6 (6cyl, AWD, Turbo) & of course the legendary SAFETY of Volvo!!!

Great performance - turbo/supercharge T6 - perfect comfort balanced with very good handling - just the right amount of space - very good technology. Very sad they discontinued it. S90 too big and costly. S60 not quite big enough.

Bought at 2014 with 22000 km from daily rental now 100000 km. daily driving, very comfortable ride. The Volvo's sound system the best! Over all has no issues, windshield was replaced at 96000 km. due to leaking. Regular maintenance, brake pads, rotors, that's it!

This car met my needs. It has lots of legroom in the front and back seat area of the vehicle. The horn could be stronger, but I was told that for that year and model the horn has a light sound. Other than that it will suffice.

I currently own 2 Volvo's. My wife drives a 2014 S60 and I drive a 2013 S80. Both vehicles have by far exceeded all expectations. And the best part is Volvo covers all scheduled maintenance for 4 years and in the 19 months we owned our vehicles after the maintenance agreement was expired it has been repair free with just scheduled oil changes and new wiper blades. I'm satisfied enough to never purchase another vehicle again.

Back seat head rest control. Back seat AC control.
