Having bought a used Nissan Altima 2017 I was helped by Rudy The Manager and Cindy to get a good deal. Also the car works well as it is still under warranty by Nissan. I recommend this dealership for any customers for Volvo cars and some great bargains on Used vehicles.
I do not make it a habit to give reviews but I feel compelled to share my experience at Bridegwater Volvo. My salesman Dominick is one of the nicest people I have come across in my life. An absolute pleasure from start to finish. Extremely personable and knowledgeable with tremendous people skills. Dominick made the sometimes tedious task of choosing and negotiating the purchase of a car enjoyable and satisfying. He is a gem of a man and the world would be a better place if there was more of him around. He must have told me a 1/2 dozen times how honored he would be to earn my business and the truth is I feel honored to have met him. As an aside, Steve made the paperwork painless, the staff was extremely pleasant and I fell in love with the car.
This is my second Volvo leased from Prestige and specifically, Ron Landstrom. Nothing but great things to say about the team there and the process - from them trying to find my daughter a Pretige teddy bear - to pricing the XC90 very competitively - to them bending over backwards making sure I???m happy. In my experience, you???ll be hard pressed to find a better dealership to do business with.
I cannot express how professional and helpful Patrick Beauford was in the initial presentation of the car and also on some follow up questions I had. Pat Masone was also very professional in his discussion of the finances and Craig Melquist was very helpful with some of the questions I had. Overall the relaxed and highly professional and low key approach was a major factor in my decision to go with the Volvo.
We leased a S60 from Patrick and it was a great experience the moment he took the call. Excellent price, patience and knowledge. Would recommend him to anybody looking for a Volvo. He even had the car delivered to our home.
I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.

As a family, we have been doing business with Princeton Volvo for over 20 years. Some cars we have bought outright and the rest leased. You will not find a more enjoyable experience when purchasing-leasing a Volvo or having it serviced by Princeton. The Long family knows there friends very well, I use the term friend because that is how you are treated. When it comes from the first purchase or lease or routine service. I have moved away from the area several times and was never really happy with the service my Volvo's from other dealerships. It's always a pleasure to come back to my home dealership for a service appointment or just a drop hello.
It was very helpful for the team,to help me with the search for the right color and model I wanted. They helped me understand how the xc90 works. They loaned me a car while they were searching and locating the right vehicle for me,
The sales rep, Bob Simons, made the registration process and delivery of my XC60 trouble free. He gave a detailed explanation of the XC60's features and offered a follow-up orientation after I have the vehicle for a few weeks.
Dominic DeFalco has been my sales rep since I bought my first volvo 10 years ago. Volvo should build their training program around him as he always puts the customer first. Yes, I know the trick is to sell, sell, sell and while Dominic may take more time with his customers , I have no doubt his customer loyalty is higher than any other sale person there. Both he and Steve who handled my contract, were wonderful to work with....down to earth and transparent. While I love the product, it's not always the product that seals the deal, it's the CX.
My experience from beginning to current has been nearly one year and has exceeded my expectations, which is extremely high. Colby Whipple, my salesperson, has indeed gone the extra mile, from delivering test cars to my home on many occasions, to promptly answering every question I have had to date and helping me decide on which model trim, etc. As I can be very detail oriented, this is the first time in owning/leasing over 21 cars that I have found such a caring and knowledgeable individual. He is truly an asset to me!!!
Great craftsmanship. the quality of the work preformed was beyond my expectations and the price charged was reasonable. the car was ready sooner than expected
