Josh and Josh were great in the interactions I had with them, friendly and no pressure whatsoever. I felt they had some limitations on the knowledge of the recharge vehicle that they will get better at I'm sure over time since it is a new product. There was some minor confusion in finance with the loan rate, initially it was disclosed by the financer at 0.99 during our meeting, then it went up to 1.99 (0.99 was noted as a mistake initially) which is where I was told was the actual rate and was what I financed, but then the next day it was noted on the website back down to 0.99 where it still is today, so that felt a little uncomfortable. The extended warranty options were a bit confusing as there were additional aftermarket protections offered in addition to the 10 year 125,000 mile product that was purchased. If there was a 10 year product with less mileage I would have been more happy with that as I don't drive many miles, but it was not suggested. Overall delivery was efficient and comfortable. The volvo car website has great information. The volvo on call app is still very rudimentary and a work in progress. But I am very happy with my vehicle.

We bought a vehicle at Lovering Volvo and having been out of state buyers we were pleased with the experience as we had no prior experience of knowledge of Lovering - we found the car thru online searches. The full experience was great and the amenities of registering the car at our home state DMV was awesome - the salesman - Thomas - was transparent and always returned calls as soon as possible. This is a rarity at some other dealerships. A smaller area of better transparency would be to provide more details about the service contracts at the time of purchase while in the finance managers office. Overall we are pleased with our experience at Lovering Volvo Concord, NH.

Review for Franny Sullivan. We were faced with a decision to purchase a newer vehicle when our 2014 Volvo XC60 needed extensive repairs. As the service visit quickly turned into a purchase, we were directed to Franny. He took the time to understand what we were looking for and what our budget could handle. As we worked through several options we decided on a used 2024 Volvo XC60 with low mileage. We were amazed at how well Franny knew the vehicle and its accessories, stepping us through each one. We still don't get all the features, as there are so many of them, but we love the vehicle. For us, Franny's personality and the ease of the sale, with NO pressure made us beyond happy. Review for Cheryl Baldassaro. We can't thank Cheryl enough for helping us make a very hard decision. We were faced with a decision of repairing our 2014 Volvo XC60 for the tune of around $4,000 or look at upgrading to a newer vehicle. During this process she went over and above helping us make the correct decision. She made several proposals and did much research to come up for ways to do the repairs cost effectively. As we worked through the process it became quite obvious that our best decision was to upgrade, which Cheryl helped facilitate, right down to a bouquet of flowers at our closing.
