Volvo Cars Danvers review
I would like to thank Mr. Jasmin Seifija for an extremely satisfying buying experience. From a 1978 Volvo Diplomat to now my new 2021 XC60 (my eighth) Volvo, this has been my best transaction to date. Both my wife and I have had our Volvo's service at Danvers for years and I want to thank both Gladys behind the service desk and Mr. Kamal. A great team! Thank you. John S. Anderson

Had an issue with my xc60, that required urgent repair. I was able to drive it to dealer. It was late but sales floor was open. One of the reps was very helpful in checking my car in. The next day, Taylor from service called me and was amazingingly helpful. She kept me updated at every turn and was exemplary in how customer service should work.

Volvo Cars Danvers review
I had the best buying experience at Volvo Village of Danvers MA. The 2 salespeople I worked with Michelle and Jasmin(Jazz) were outstanding and a pleasure to work with Michelle went to incredible lengths to put me in touch with the car I was interested in. She answered all of my questions about costs, discounts, etc... and validated all of my concerns especially with the available financing options. Jazz was able to transfer all the information needed to make an absolutely incredible deal. I loved my conversations with Michelle and the stress free signing of the paperwork with Jazz. Their bringing the car to NH for registration was quick and easy and also a another great part of the car buying experience. I highly recommend this team at Volvo of Danvers to anyone in the market for a new or used Volvo.

Volvo Cars Danvers review
We recently made an unplanned purchase of new 2020 XC90 at Danvers Volvo and the team there is a pleasure to work with. We have bought/leased 6 previous Volvo's and this experience at Danvers is by far the best we have ever had. The sales team was patient with us as we reviewed options, costs, etc... and then expedited the paperwork for financing and registration so we could head quickly home to NY. I highly recommend this team if you're looking for a Volvo.

Lovering Volvo Cars Nashua review
Review for Cheryl Baldassaro. We can't thank Cheryl enough for helping us make a very hard decision. We were faced with a decision of repairing our 2014 Volvo XC60 for the tune of around $4,000 or look at upgrading to a newer vehicle. During this process she went over and above helping us make the correct decision. She made several proposals and did much research to come up for ways to do the repairs cost effectively. As we worked through the process it became quite obvious that our best decision was to upgrade, which Cheryl helped facilitate, right down to a bouquet of flowers at our closing. Thank you Cheryl for being compassionate and caring during this hard decision!!!

Review for Franny Sullivan. We were faced with a decision to purchase a newer vehicle when our 2014 Volvo XC60 needed extensive repairs. As the service visit quickly turned into a purchase, we were directed to Franny. He took the time to understand what we were looking for and what our budget could handle. As we worked through several options we decided on a used 2024 Volvo XC60 with low mileage. We were amazed at how well Franny knew the vehicle and its accessories, stepping us through each one. We still don't get all the features, as there are so many of them, but we love the vehicle. For us, Franny's personality and the ease of the sale, with NO pressure made us beyond happy. Thanks Franny!

Boston Volvo CarsReviews
Boston Volvo Cars review
After a string of frustrations with one dealer I walked away and then approached Boston Volvo instead. From my first email contact, Boston Volvo’s Nelson Duarte was helpful, prompt, and communicated with me exactly how I needed to be reached throughout the process. I am limited to text and email communication throughout usual business hours. Despite the hurdles and asynchronous nature of email and text, Nelson met me where I was, answered all my questions, and provided great service. Beyond Nelson I was/am highly satisfied with my Boston Volvo experience. Within 24 hours I was able to survey Boston Volvo’s inventory online, find the car nearest my desired purchase, contact Boston Volvo with my interest, received prompt response, found answers to all my questions via email and text through the day on a Friday, arranged a purchase price, trade in, financing, and later installation of desired options and then on Saturday morning I picked up the car with a 5 year-old in tow. Ultimately I was given a better set of options in purchasing the vehicle I wanted, and I felt so much more satisfied with the terms! I was impressed with the service culture at Boston Volvo and pleased to see the staff worked together so well. I know Nelson and the sales manager were very coordinated in helping me get to a set of options that made my purchase possible. The culture of the staff was evident from my first arrival 15 min past close on a Friday when an associate interrupted his own departure for the evening to address me in the parking lot and make sure I was being helped, then notified Nelson for me who was also delaying his Friday evening departure to help me with my purchase. When I picked up the car on Saturday morning Nelson was welcoming to my 5 year old who was with me as well. While preparing the car and processing paperwork the front desk attendant was warm and hospitable to my daughter and me. My daughter loves looking at cars and we were encouraged to walk the upstairs showroom. My daughter had a blast and loved the older model Volvos on display and getting in and out of the XC40s and wagons up there as well. Admittedly though she may have enjoyed the elevator the most. The finance manager, Jose, was friendly and patient in walking me through all the details of my purchase, and in explaining, multiple times, all the nuances of the protection packages on offer. The Monday after pick up, Nelson picked up the car at my house to have one of the options installed and returned it to later that day. I am greatly satisfied with the attention to detail and service Boston Volvo provides. Many many people will be hearing about my great experience at Boston Volvo. Thank you again

Impex Auto Sales review
My experience with Impex auto sales was absolutely fantastic. Rick Lanier, my salesperson, was so easy to work with. Very responsive and took care of any and all questions I had. The process from start to finish with delivery of my vehicle was extremely smooth. First time customer with this dealer, if I were to purchase another car, I would definitely use them again.
