Byers Volvo CarsReviews
Byers Volvo Cars review
Yahaira and Jordan were both excellent to work with! They both made the car buying process so easy and understandable for a first time buyer. Yahaira was able to give me tons of information about the car via text after calling to inquire about it and got the ball rolling from there. She was so friendly and made sure everything was to my liking and the price was right for me. Jordan took over on the financing aspect and really helped on any add ons and made sure I went home that day with the vehicle. They were able to match a rate I received from a local credit union so working with their financing was easy and smooth! I’m so happy with my new Volvo and know if I have any more questions or issues they will be there to help! Thank you Byers, Yahaira and Jordan!!

Drive Direct review
It was a good experience. Severely low offer for our trade in but that’s ok. The staff was friendly and communication was great prior to us coming into the dealership. Once we decided to buy the vehicle the paper work took the most part of the day, seriously, our mortgage and when we bought a new camper seemed quick by comparison. Other than not we would recommend them.

Rylie is a great sales Lady! She was honest, helpful, direct with class, and patient. She never used pressure tactics. She was always helpful. She was willing to assist with transportation so I would not have to take public transportation and then walk to the dealership. She was also patient when insurance had to be finalized. She was always professional in her demeanor and always, always friendly. I would recommend working with Rylie. Thank you, Rylie, for your patience!

Drew Glass was outstanding. Very professional, timely, great communication, and friendly to deal with. He answered all my questions and had everything ready each time I came to the dealership. Upon picking up my new vehicle, it had a bright bow and a custom Congratulations sign with my name on it! The car had been washed and fully detailed, and I was informed that I have free car washes for the life of my ownership of the vehicle! I was highly impressed with the experience and would absolutely buy from Kelley and Drew again in the future. Bravo!

Frank Waite and Brett Leikin could not have made the experience any better. The best car buying experiences I’ve had are with Mercedes of Willoughby. They truly put the customer first and it’s actually a fun experience. I’ve purchased two Mercedes from this dealership even though there is a Mercedes dealer just down the road from me. It’s worth the drive for professionalism and superb customer service.

Montrose Westside Auto Campus review
We had such a great experience working with Jay! He was incredibly patient, and genuinely helpful throughout the entire process..What really stood out was that he let us take the vehicle for a few hours on our own, which gave us the opportunity to really see if it was the right fit for us. That made such a difference and honestly brought us very close to purchasing the vehicle. Ultimately, my husband and I decided to go in a different direction and purchased a certified pre-owned Mercedes from another dealership. It really came down to the vehicle itself, not the experience we had with Noah. In fact, my husband liked him so much that he almost wanted to go back and buy from him simply because he enjoys buying from people he likes! We will absolutely recommend Jay to anyone looking for a car!
