Although the vehicle sold before I could get there (didn't put down a deposit), this dealership accommodated everything that I needed. Price that I wanted was agreed upon via email, which some dealers won't do. No complaints.

Ray Price Mazda review
I went to Ray Price Volvo a bit ago in need of a new car, and came out successful. Gary Cox met us out front and was extremely helpful. He was very patient and informative, and helped me through the whole purchase. Even though I was only interested in a fairly cheap, used car, Gary sill put full focus on my needs and was extremely patient and accommodating. He wasn't pushy about selling the car to me, and I didn't feel any pressure at all. Greg and Brittany were also very helpful with the process. I purchased my new car for an amazing price, and I am very grateful for it. I'd recommend Ray Price to any used car buyer. The staff are extremely helpful and kind. Thank you Gary, Greg, and Brittany!!

Mario was very helpful & attentive. I ended up buying a car from a friend but if I hadn't I would definitely want to work with Mario again. BTW I've never been to the lot so I can't really rate that. I did notice that the prices were higher than other lots.

Thompson ToyotaReviews
Thompson Toyota review
Tom Coates is an excellent sales person. He didn’t pressure us in any way, but listened to our requests for the car we wanted. We selected a 2026 red Toyota Camry with black grill and black interior. Tom gave us several updates on the completion of our vehicle being made in Kentucky. The time table he mentioned was spot on. Tom spent a lot of time with us to go over everything we needed to know before we left the dealership. He also provided his card with his cell phone number and told us we could contact him with any questions or concerns, even on his days off! He went over the service plans and scheduled our first check up, It was a pleasure to work with him! I’d recommend him to anyone who is considering purchasing a Toyota!

We had a high quality experience. We received personal attention from both Derek and Trevor. Trevor was persistent in calling us to see if we had purchased a car yet. Derek finally made the sale. He did not pressure us, just gave us room to make our final decision. When we needed a slight fix to the car a few days later, the service department took care of the problem without charge. We would highly recommend Ken Pollock Volvo.

This dealership was honest and helpful, but we did not purchase a car here because they would not accept a PFFCU AutoDraft. They insisted on providing their own financing, or would accept a down payment and a cashier's check from the credit union.
