I ordered an Audi Q7 remotely
The rep and financing manager were courteous and fast to process the deal. It took only a few days to have the whole contract signed and the car shipped. The car mileage and Carfax report were as displayed online.
I asked the rep if the car had no specific damage that I couldn;t see on pictures he said no but there were actually several scratches on the inside plastic nothing huge but still disappointing
The manual included was for another model (TT)

I found a used 2013 Acura ILX, listed on cars.com, at Putnam, just a walking distance from my home. It was a car I was looking at purchasing. It was very pleasant to work with Dantes Adeva. I worked with Dantes Adeva. I saw the car listed on cars.com and contacted them through the site. Dantes was very pleasant to work with and not high-pressure at all. It helps that we both knew the exact car I was looking at purchasing, but he did not seem like he would be unbearable if I were shopping around. I did do some test drives at other dealerships and had varying degrees of like/dislike for the salespeople. The car was exactly as advertised and quite a bit cheaper than similar cars on cars.com, so I feel like I got a good deal and drove away happy.
Was making a private sale of our 2015.5 XC60. They allowed me to book a full inspection with very little notice, and did a professional job on the work. They even provided their observations on the prospective buyer.
Malcolm was amazing and provided my wife an informative but stress free test drive. It sold us on the car. I am blanking on the name but the gentleman who helped with financing also did an amazing job and was helpful and honest.

My salesman, Jay Soto, was the reason I bought my new Volvo. I am seventy years old and he was very patient with me. Put no pressure on my but convinced me that buying a Volvo S60 was the right decision for me. He took the deal away from Marin Mercedes by being so easy and not being pretentious. Mercedes made me feel they could take me or leave me. Not, Jay! I felt important to him.
Marin Volvo has sold us three cars over the last 20 years - and I will never go to another Volvo Dealer because their service and staff are par excellence! Am looking to buy another new SUV by year end - and will purchase from the same.

I purchased a used Volvo C30 from Volvo of Marin a few months ago. A 2011 with 85K miles. Good car in very good overall condition. Fantastic service history. Volvo of Marin was the selling dealer from new and performed all service. With in a week I noticed the drivers side outer drive axle was torn and leaking grease. I called and we were able to workout a satisfactory solution that was agreeable for both parties. Very pleased how they handled my cars problem after the sale.

I have a fantastic experience purchasing my 2011 XC60. Everyone was very professional and helpful. The buying experience was without fail the best one I have ever had. Buying a car from them was quite smooth. They had many variations of the model I was looking for and were quite willing to show me every one they had in stock. They had posted sale prices online for some of the cars they had in stock but discounted others which were advertised at a higher price. Negotiations for the price were fairly quick. When signing the paperwork, there was the typical sales speech to sell me additional services but when I said I was not interested the sales talk stopped.
I had bought a different BMW from another dealer 5 years earlier. That dealer's service department gave me quite poor service. I often had to take my car back to them right after they serviced it. I checked online reviews and found Stevens Creek BMW seemed to have the best reputation. I had bought parts from the Stevens Creek BMW parts department and was quite satisfied with the experience.
I was seriously considering switching from BMW to Mercedes Benz but my experience with and the reputation of Stevens Creek BMW were enough keep me interested in a new BMW even though I have had excellent service provided for my old Mercedes by a nearby dealer.
Staff didn't seem to know how to check in a car on early bird drop off. We filled in online appointment with what we wanted and a form and they still didn't seem to know what to do.
