As long as I am able, I will never purchase another brand of car for myself!!! I'm a 4x owner and by just sitting in one, I loose my breath every time.. I left Mercedes in a parking lot and made a trade in for my 1st in 1995.... Oh might I add, I was only in my early 20's... I've been sold every since... Blessings to Volvo and all Volvo owners!!!

I shopped around at multiple Volvo dealerships in the DFW area and Park Place was by far the most affordable. Oscar was very pleasant to work with, very fair in his pricing, communicative, and he did not pressure me to buy like I felt from other dealers. Highly recommend!

The car has really nice performance and drives very nicely but a few quirks. First the manuals are only available digitally and in many cases it’s a complex game to find what you are looking for. The search function is not forgiving. In other cases the information is weak and missing key elements. Some settings are sticky (rain sensor for the wipers), others are not ( auto high-beams), with no rationale. The controls on the left side of the steering wheel are a mystery and the customization on the dash board view is either: show the map or don’t show the map ( which disappears when you shift into reverse). The sound controls for the radio are lacking: no fader or balance controls. Lastly, if you want your garage door opener controls integrated into the car, be prepared to shell out another $995.

Overall, it was a seamless process to purchase a vehicle at Volvo Grubbs and I look forward to bringing my car back for service. Financing was also a quick, but productive and thorough process with Rick (believe that's his name). Just make sure to keep on to the Latte machine in the Infiniti dealership. Huge bonus :)

Absolute best car buying experience I've ever had! My husband called before we came to make sure the vehicle we were interested in was still available. I have owned my 2013 S60 T6 AWD for a little over 2 years now and it is an exceptional car. The looks, the power, the handling, all around a very solid and capable vehicle. I have taken it on several road trips and every mile is a joy to drive - I have not had any serious issues and have just done regular maintenance. Would highly recommend the 3.0 T6 AWD S60 if you can find one!

It is awesome. I can plug and drive a couple of cycles per day and drive more e-miles. Never start the motor some days. If you are old like me, you NEED the lighting package. Similarly, if comfort is your thing, the air suspension is a must!!! Cloud-like driving long distances and downright sporty all with a quick adjustment. The technology is really amazing. I was absolutely committed to purchase a different vehicle which my wife repeatedly and defiantly vetoed. We ended up "compromising" on this. Best decision I never made.

My partner wanted me to get a vehicle that availed itself of all the current self-driving and safety technologies currently on offer, and after much research, this is car I landed own. And the XC40 did not disappoint. I'm approaching my first year of ownership and comfortably say it is the best vehicle I've ever owned. With near seamless adaptable cruise control making multiple long-haul road trips as effortless as driving across town, my Volvo makes me want to drive it anywhere. Stylistically, it's a bit frustrating to now see every car on the road racing to copy its black-roof aggression, but I still get looks from folks who want to know if "that's a Volvo?" Of particular note is how the interior eschewed the trend of tacking on a giant tablet screen, opting instead for a generous dash-embedded interface that is comprehensive, intuitive and instantly responsive. I also love the app-driven features like remote start and customer temperature. The reputation for reliability is well-earned and validated. In summary, the prospect of this car one day needing to be replaced fills me with anxiety because I want to drive it forever. Well done, Volve.

Attractive styling both exterior and interior (for me). Bought a 2021 T-5 R design with Polestar enhanced performance package. It has been trouble free so far and handles and performs very well for a compact SUV. routine service dept. with Volvo has been excellent. Seats are comfortable and the interior space is surprisingly roomy. It took a little bit to get use to the tech, but I was coming from a Tundra, so it was to be expected. The only thing that is subpar is the Navigation system, but I understand that they have now contracted with google maps to provide this service. AWD makes me not worry about the weather. Terrific all around car!

There were a couple of issues that needed to be worked through on the car but Zia helped us in every way he could. This vehicle is the ultimate combination of safety, luxury, style, and functionality. Every feature is clearly well thought out and engineered to be highly functional and comfortable with the only exception being the rear door locks. If you have a child who may have been blessed with an extra dash of spice, as my child once was, this feature could be a nightmare. On the rear doors there is a lock button feature which prohibits the rear doors from being opened from outside of the vehicle. Imagine going to the dentist with a defiant 5 year old who has figured out what that button does. That single odd feature aside, this car is a dream to drive. I traveled 7 hours through 4 states from the dealership to my home as this was the only dealership that has my dream car available and purchasing sight unseen was not appealing to me. Any long distance trip in the past has required stopping to stretch and walk to ease back pain every 90 to 120 minutes at the maximum and would still result in extreme back pain the next day. Not in this car. Seven hours. Two quick stops of five minutes or less to use restroom facilities and I was back on the road. I didn’t hurt. That was the best drive of my life. The seats are so perfectly ergonomically engineered that you are completely supported and comfortable. The dash features are equally impressive and the massive amount of technology at your fingertips is astonishingly user friendly. The car is also equipped with sun shades on both rear passenger windows as well as the rear view window. The rear view window is push button controlled from the driver console and the three screens used together provide an optimal shaded environment for tech use and children. The vehicle is perfect for my family of three as well as my commuter vehicle and I couldn’t be happier to be a part of the Volvo family. I’ll never own anything but in the future.

I was reluctant on buying another S60 as my previous 2012 model had engine issues that led to engine failure at just 120,000 miles. However, with the 2017 model having a new engine and transmission setup, I decided to give it another shot. At 115,000 miles I haven’t experienced any mechanical issues of any sort. The performance is pretty great for the small 2.0 liter engine pumping 240 hp which pairs pretty well with the 8 speed automatic transmission sourced from Toyota. The interior is very beautiful with the real leather seats, however for 2017 it was definitely starting to age. The exterior design is absolutely immaculate, however at 7 years old it has started to experience paint chips leading to minor rust. I wouldn’t 100% blame the paint as rocks and road debris also contributed to this. The comfort in the seats is very amazing, however it’s not perfect as the cabin noise is louder than most other luxury cars. Overall I love this car and have been very pleased with its improved reliability.

I was lucky to find this Volvo Certified 2021 XC40 Recharge that had just been returned by single user's 3 yr lease. It had 23,698 miles, all the extra accessories including heat pump, and amazingly enough the Volvo installed tow hitch package. Drove it, and slept on the purchase over night and then in morning decided to 'click' the buy button. I could not be happier. I've been a Volvo fan for over 50 yrs but recently had converted over to Toyota, sold the Toyota 4 months ago and had been car-less since. I don't drive that much these days so the 208 claimed max driving range was really of no concern to me. What I liked.... 1) Outside styling very pleasing to my eyes which to me was typical Volvo. 2) The minimalist look of the car's interior. 3) Seat comfort and adequate space in second row seating. 4) Easy entry/exit. 5) Keyless operation for entry and exit-locking. 6) The option for one and two pedal operation. 7) Easy to see/read the center display screen, with voice activation, as well as allowing the Apple CarPlay. 8) Quality interior door coverings. 9) Amazing powered huge overhead glass moon roof with motor operated closing shade. 10) 110v and 240v charging options - and maybe access to Tesla's charging infrastructure in next few months via special charging adapter. 11) Adequate USB-C ports + 2x 12v outlets. 12) Adequate cargo area with several well placed side hooks etc. 13) Auto opening for the rear hatch via the 'waving foot' action. 14) Telescopic and up/down steering wheel. 15) The extending driver seat's forward lip for extra leg support. 16) The almost quietness when driving. 17) Headlight beam bending when making turns and going around curves. 18) The Volvo Certified warranty extension offering. 19) The 20,000 mile/2 years maintenance cycle. 20) Drive comfort and stability at all speeds was very acceptable. 21) The XC40 Recharge's performance is simply outstanding. 22) My family/friends were all amazed and liked the XC40 Recharge. 23) Obviously pleased with all the safety aspects of the XC40 Recharge's features. 24) No screaming alerts and severe flashing lights when locking the car. 25) The 17-foot long charging cable was acceptable. 26) The 2000 pound towing capacity suited my requirements. 27) The price for the 3 yr old XC40 Recharge being some 55% off its 2021 MSRP. 28) No buyers remorse at all.

Had a fair and easy negotiation on a used car. Adrian in sales was great! Ally paid for my Uber to pickup the car. After I drove car for several days and ~100 miles check engine light came on. Needed catalytic converter. I asked Adrian if Ally if could help, and they paid for the repair!
