I was looking into getting a Volvo XC 40 for a little bit and my dad and I went to the dealership to see it in person. Richard was our sales guy and he did a fantastic job at letting me test drive the vehicle and explaining all it had to offer. I will say that I did want black interior but it was unavailable and i got beige but they were super informative as to helping me decide because i could have custom made it. The purchasing process was very quick and although the car does have so much information within the technology that it does take a little bit to remember everything, Richard explained it very well and was super helpful when i had questions with the follow up call. This is a very good dealership and i appreciate all they have to offer.
Can’t say enough about my service advisor, Pedro. I have never had such great service! He took care of so many details, kept me
informed by text frequently (which I requested) and allowed me the use of a wonderful loaner car. He even touched up the paint where I had a few dings. My XC90 is back to it’s original glory in performance and looks!

My experience with carvana was and still is very good. I wanted to sell my can a few months ago and Madison was super nice. Undirtunately I had to cancel the sell bc of personal reasons. Now I???m again in the process of selling and Madison is super patient with me and so nice!
I posted my car on Craigslist. Never heard of Caravana before. Tom Perkins called me and told me about Caravan. He send me the link. Put a few information and walaaa, got my reasonable offer for my car. I attached a picture of my drivers license and the title of the car on the website. Made appointment to have them pick up the car, gave me my check......done. Seriously, it was that easy. Tom Perkins followed up the whole time with a text how the process is going. Best service. Very easy to purchase, the entire thing happened over email and the papers were signed via overnight FedEx. Less than 1 week later, the car was in my driveway. It does take longer than a traditional dealer, but you don't have to sit there for hours while the paperwork and financing takes place. The car came in immaculate condition, no paint chips, no scratches. Interior was perfectly detailed and cleaned. Good price, low mileage, clean history report.
Grant did an exceptional job of communicating with us. He was very ardent in sending us information, whether it be numerous emails, texts or even a phone call. All the while not coming off as pushy in any way. I never felt any pressure to purchase a vehicle from Volvo but Grant's wholehearted approach made it easy for us to solidify our decision to do so.
Every level of the sale from when I first entered the dealership all the way thru the financing was stellar. Chance, Richard and Kyle all provided outstanding service in a very courteous and expeditious way. They all should be commended for representing the brand and dealership in such an exemplary manner.
Our sales person Gene was amazing. He was very patient, never rushing us, as we were debating between the XC 60 or 90 for over a year. He went above and beyond. He was honest and suggested we look at CarMax vs the dealer trade in value which saved us $500. He was knowledgeable and explained about the new car well.
Alex (service advisor) went above and beyond to make sure I was happy. I forgot my cell phone in the car and he not only kept it safe for me, he even charged it. The issue I brought the car in for was fully addressed as well - not the first time I brought my cars in for various rattles, and Juan (technician) was able to diagnose and remedy the problem as usual. Great experience all around.
I purchased a new Volvo S60 from Houston, on-line, sight-unseen. The salesman, Chance Davis, was very helpful in this unusual circumstance. If these people are as good in person as they are long distance, this is a very good dealer, indeed.
Volvo went above and beyond. My car started making very weird noises at the end of my warranty. I took it to the dealer and they couldn't replicate the issue. I picked up my vehicle and drove it for another 9 months, and then the issue came back. Took it into Volvo and it turns out my Alternator was almost completely shot. Instead of giving me a hard time about it being out of warranty, Mr. Thompson pled the case to Volvo Corporate and they ended up paying for the entire thing. A $1300 charge. Mr. Thompson was a joy to work with, even had me drive a brand new XC60 around while they repaired by car. Thank you to the entire Volvo team. When I'm ready to buy my next vehicle I'm coming back to you. Customer for life. :)
