BMW of Salem review
The car I wanted sold 15 minutes before I got there. However this dealership went above and beyond. They had two other similar cars pulled out and waiting for me when I arrived. They also called me when another couple started to look at the car I had made an appointment to test drive, giving me the opportunity to save myself the drive. The staff was very helpful and professional. If they hadn't sold the one I wanted, I would have enjoyed giving them my business. Everything was clean. Staff was very knowledgeable.

Wally was very easy to deal with. He made buying a new car at Skyline Ford easy going and not stressfully. As did the rest of the Skyline Ford staff that we had the pleasure to deal with. This was the second time we have bought from Skyline Ford. Not sure why we did not return sooner as they always have had very good costumer service. Mrs. R. Lampreht

Salem Motorsports Inc. review
I did my research on used dealerships, drove an hour to visit Salem Motorsports, and was not disappointed! Chris went the extra mile to have me taken care of. He went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with the purchase, and that everything from financials to DMV registration was done correctly and in a timely manner. When my car had an issue (about a week after I bought it), Chris went out of his way to help me get the vehicle checked out and repaired. If you're looking for an honest conversation and someone to help you with navigate a used car purchase, definitely check them out.

Chris was great! We found what we wanted on line and had to drive an hour to get there. Chris answered all our questions before we left home so we felt our travel time was well respected, and he had the car ready for us when we arrived. Super easy no pressure test drive and buying process. Would definitely return and recommend to others.

CarMax SalemReviews
CarMax Salem review
It was my old cars time to go (Gloria) at work my coworker brought up CarMax as he just got a new pickup truck from them. My partner and I scheduled an appointment for a viewing Wednesday the 6th. I had to keep adding water to my car so she can take us there. I was nervous as this was my first time purchasing a car. IT WAS THE CAR IVE BEEN WANTING :) and Elijah Combs was our representative. He had great hospitality, customer service skills, had an amazing slime and over all made the experience of our first time comfortable and exciting!! ( I definitely had that anxiety lol) no tricks, no games. He helped us with getting set up with full coverage insurance and making sure we get our registration. I am very grateful to have had this thrilling experience and he was just as excited for us as we were. I definitely recommend him and the CarMax crew to any one whom is looking to get a new car. The rates are great and I can't wait to come back. Thank you Elijah Combs for making this journey worth wild.

Ron Tonkin KiaReviews
Ron Tonkin Kia review
Ron Tonkin Kia was truly the best car shopping experience I’ve ever had. Jose was incredibly helpful, patient, and accommodating throughout the entire process. I never once felt pressured or pushed into anything, which made the experience so much more comfortable and enjoyable. Jose even went above and beyond by driving me home in my new car because I don’t drive at night. That small gesture meant so much to me and really showed how thoughtful and caring he is with his customers. The finance department was also efficient, professional, and made the whole process go smoothly. I highly recommend Ron Tonkin Kia, and especially Jose, to anyone looking for a genuinely great car buying experience. Thank you, Jose, and the whole team!

From the moment I walked in all the way until I left with my gorgeous new S-Class, the experience was just superb. Amazing and personalized costumer service and care. Each additional request and question were addressed immediately, fantastic follow ups and even almost a year later I get my questions answered. Which other dealership would do that? Everybody was amazing, but Zach helps me out every single time. We are buying from now on just from D&C. We don’t mind driving an hour and a half when you get just phenomenal service. Thank you! KIA dealership was most helpful and honest. The price they quoted was what it cost and the work was done in a timely manner. I will continue to use them and recommend them to others.

We had a great experience at the Hyundai Eugene car dealership. Brett Lambert was honest and easy going and helped us find a great car. He listened to what we were looking for in a car, offered us a great deal and we became repeat customers! Tyler handled the paperwork with ease and we really appreciated the well explained transaction. Thank you!

Over all it was a good experience. The salesman and finance guys were very nice. I would have given a 5 star except I got very low balled on my trade-in. I understand that they are not a Subaru dealership but the least they could have done is given me low trade in value. All in all I am happy with my new car.
