Eligible NX (G/HV/PHV) and ES (G/HV) lessees that bought out their leases between January of 2021 through January 2024. 1. Lessee remains obligated to pay all remaining monthly payments and any outstanding fees and charges according to the terms and conditions of their current contract. 2. To redeem the offer, customers must: A. Obtain credit approval to lease a NEW Lexus vehicle from dealer ground stock inventory and LFS during the program period. B. Customer(s) who have refinanced their qualifying lease contract must complete one of the following: a. Provide their unique Lexus Lease Buyout Offer ID/certificate number to the dealership, or b. Have the dealership confirm their eligibility & print the certificate from Signal. C. Sign and complete the Incentive Acknowledgment Form D. At least one customer from the original lease agreement OR customer from the same household must enter into a lease agreement for a new Lexus vehicle assigned to LFS. New customer must reside at the same address as that of the primary buyer from the original lease agreement. If Co-borrower resides at a different address from that of the primary buyer on the original lease agreement, they will not qualify for a Loyalty certificate on their own. E. Transfer rebate within the same household. Certificate is a one-time use offer.

Eligible School/Degree Programs: An Eligible School is an accredited school in the 50 United States, U.S. Virgin Islands or Puerto Rico. An Eligible Degree is defined as one of the following from/with an Eligible School: A. A four year undergraduate degree from a college, university or a registered nursing program; or B. A two year associate or undergraduate degree from a community college, junior college or technical college or university; or C. A two year trade or vocational degree or certification; or D. Current enrollment in a graduate school degree program. 2. Eligible Degree Status: A. You are currently enrolled in a graduate degree program from an Eligible School; or B. You have already obtained an Eligible Degree from an Eligible School within two calendar years prior to signing your lease contract through your dealer and Lexus Financial Services (LFS). C. A two year trade or vocational degree or certification is no longer on the document. Change D. Current enrollment in, or graduation from, a graduate school degree program Must be approved for credit by, and Lease or Finance a New eligible Lexus vehicle through a participating Lexus dealer and LFS Must provide proof of eligible degree status.

This certificate is transferable within a customers immediate family (spouse or children) residing at the same address; eligibility verified by Member ID and Driver's License. Limit one certificate per PGA Member towards the purchase or lease of any new Lexus Customer must take retail delivery on or before the expiration date for the certificate to be valid. All certificates must contain the new model and VIN number and must be signed and dated by the customer to be valid.
