Contacted about a vehicle located on Cars.com. Wes (salesman) was polite and respectful, sent me the requested information and answered questions I had... about the vehicle as I'm out of state. Told Wes I was unable to pick up the vehicle for 6 days. Agreed upon price and gave a $1,000 deposit to hold the car only to find out that the manager, Tamir, would not hold the vehicle for 6 days until I could fly out there. Attempted to explain my situation to Tamir, but he just wanted me to sign purchase paperwork prior to even seeing the vehicle in person. After repeated attempts to explain that I wanted to purchase the vehicle, Tamir simply said he would only hold the vehicle for 24 hours. I asked for my deposit to be returned, which is was. I was looking forward to making this deal work, but apparently 6 days is too long to hold a vehicle with a $1,000 deposit.
HORRIBLE SERVICE at Audi Lehi dealership. HORRIBLE experience!! I came in to test drive a car on their lot that was later sold that afternoon, I was told... they found the exact twin in Colorado and that they would ship it here. I was also told that once the car was here i could come in and sign off on everything (Audi care, chrome package, etc) when I came in to get the car, they had already processed (the loan) everything without my knowledge and signed me up for extras I didn't agree to. **** I should have gone with my first instinct and walked away from the deal***** ......I've had to come in multiple times to get things looked at and got nowhere! The car has all sorts of weird glitches and they just tell me we cant duplicate it, sorry. I just got a package from USPS saying that the postage on my license plate that they shipped wasn't paid in full so I have to pay to get them shipped (a month later!!!)I did however get multiple calls from the sales lady asking for a good review on her performance so she can get her bonus.... this place could care less about their customer. UPDATE : Strong Audi fixed every single glitch i was having my car. 4 different updates were performed and now my care runs great. If you want good customer service I would recommend Strong Audi all day!!
Daniel and the team at Audi/Porsche in Lehi are incredible. The staff stayed late to make sure I got the car that i wanted. They were so helpful with finding... the right car for me within my budget. I am more than happy with my experience.

I dropped my A6 off today for an appointment, two hours before my appointment at 11:45 so they had all day to replace the Takata airbag (a service that... is estimated at one hour). After I dropped it off at 9:00ish I took an Uber to my work since the complimentary shuttle was out on a customer run. My service technician, Hendrick, called an hour later asking if I still needed a ride. I politely told him that I did not, but appreciated his concern. Work got the best of me and consumed my day; I left my office at 6:30 thinking I was done for the day and headed to a friend's birthday. I got out to the parking structure and realized my car was still at the dealership. Knowing what time it was, I quickly called the dealership and was told that nothing could be done and my car would have to be at the dealership until early Saturday morning when service was open again. I told the polite receptionist that that would not work and asked for a service loaner. The receptionist said that was out of his power. I asked him to sympathize with me being stranded at work without a phone call or text telling me my A6 was ready after the Takata service had been done. The receptionist tried to contact Hendrick to see if he had set up a service loaner, he had not. One hour later I took another Uber back to the dealership, waiting for Hendrick to arrive. Once he did, he had the worst attitude one could imagine at 8:00 PM on a Friday and curtly explained that I had ignored a phone call and text advising me of a recommended windshield wiper fix, even though I brought the car in for an airbag recall. I pulled out my phone to show him I hadn't received a text or call from the dealership. Hendrick's attitude quickly changed and he showed me his chat software that had not relayed a text to my phone. We found my car and I left. I spend some good money at the Ken Garff Audi Lehi store keeping my A6 maintained and I don't think I deserve the service that was provided to me. I apologized to Hendrick for him having to come back to work and sympathized that his weekend was being spent trying to correct this error. In the end, all I got was attitude. #thankskengarff
Brandon, I am sorry you did not have a good experience but I am glad to hear that we took care of you after hours.
They think they are a great dealer and want your money for a new car but their service department does not communicate with their parts department very... well at all and they don’t seem to care about servicing your car once they have sold it to you If you own an Audi and want service you’re better off going to Salt Lake

I came in for a maintenance service on my Audi A6 and ended up falling in love with the Q7. Taggart was so helpful and knowledgeable about the Q7! He was... awesome and I really appreciated the process from start to finish! I'm now the proud owner of a 2018 Audi Q7 thanks to Audi Lehi and the fine service I received from Taggart and his Manager John.
Invested far too much time and energy trying to buy a car with this group only to come away empty handed. I lack the words to adequately describe the horrible... experience which has just occurred. I worked remotely to purchase a car from this dealership, went through the entire process (multiple days), commit to the car, and we agree on a price, pending one small fix on their part. They take my credit card, we work through the financing options and provide them all of the documents they need to complete paperwork. I'm told they are overnighting the paperwork to be signed and that they will be shipping the car to me. Hours later, I receive a call from the store manager who informs me that he has sold the car to someone else. They stated that they did not run my credit card (because they were supposed to be repairing the sunroof) so therefore the downpayment was never processed and the car was not mine. You hope to work with people that have honesty and integrity, but that wasn't what I found here. I tried calling Rusty... No answer. Tried calling Andrew, the sales guy that I had been working with... No answer. No one had the respect to even return my phone call. I feel like 1 star is being too generous! I wouldn't send my worst enemy to this dealership.

Just bought my second car through him. What a true professional! He is very honest and I feel like he has my best interests in mind!
