    i ordered a 2018 honda fit from bill gatton it took over 2 months to receive the car while being told it was on its way, iv'e had car less than two... and a half months and we noticed moisture inside of electronic screen inside car, and we had photos to prove it. They told us to bring it down and they would look into it, turns out that due to negligence on hondas side a sunroof drain was not hooked up properly and was told that they dried out car and took floor mats out this was a lie floor mats had dirt on them that would not have been there had they been removed. Ask them to replace electronics that were effected and was told corporate said no way. It's a shame there customers are punished for there negligence, i beg you please don't drop thousands of dollars at this place they have no value for there customers.

    We have purchased three Honda Accords from Bill Gatton. The service department has always been superb. We have enjoyed each time we have been there. The... repairs have been well done and the advice has always been right on. We especially appreciated the kindness, friendliness, and courtesy of Cait;yn Nunn, our service consultant. We will be back often.

    I stopped by to get my ’97 Honda Accord looked at today. I had a feeling that an AC drainage tube was blocked. I explained my problem, got straight answers... from Cody, who treated me like a real person (not just another clueless woman in the service dept), and in less than an hour the problem was fixed. I was ready to be disappointed with the cost and about fell over when I was told how inexpensively I was being charged. Southern charm at it’s finest. Thanks so much!

    They sold a vehicle that needed thousand in repair an almost caused a death. That they must not be checking them very good.

    The car sold itself, Noone was pushy. Like that our salesman put a sold tag on the car we were interested in without us asking...we came from out of... town.

    I called about a 13 year old used car that came up on their lot. I spoke with Maggie first and she was extremely helpful in providing all the details available... as the vehicle had just been traded in. She put me in touch with Wayne my sales guy. Wayne was great to work with as I was looking for a very specific make and model and calling from 80 miles away. Wayne was able to answer all my questions and provide me with the information I needed to commit to coming for a test drive. This 13 year old car had been sold by Bill Gatton Dealership initially and had been serviced as well. It was in outstanding shape and the exact vehicle I was looking for. Wayne and Maggie treated me as if I was buying a brand new car, not 13 year old one. I appreciate everybody I met at Bill Gatton, it is a very well run dealership. I would gladly patronize them if I was living in the area. Thanks again,

    Salesman and other employees were great at Bill Gatton Honda in Bristol, TN. We were looking for a new car but had not decided on which one to purchase.... Mr. Caffey (our salesman) was patient and helpful as we searched for and found the right car for us. We definitely would suggest this dealership to anyone looking for a new car.

    I purchased my new Accord there in September 2011 and have had all service work done there (now at 108,000 miles). Compared to all the other dealerships... I've been to in the last 20 years including Ford, Infiniti, Toyota, Lexus and Porsche, this one is far and away the very best. The purchase experience was easy and HONEST, I was in and out in about an hour. The service experiences have never been anything less than perfect. I initially planned to start using an independent mechanic but have been so impressed by their work, availability, honesty and uncharacteristically reasonable service costs I had no reason to go anywhere else. In fact, I now take our Lexus and Toyota there too. This dealership is incredible.

    Over all everything was ok. But after a service man drove my car out to the parking lot when it was finished, it took nearly 20 minutes for them to come... get me and tell me my car was ready. This seamed way too long to have to wait after my car was ready to go.
