I have had a wonderful relationship w Whitmoyers, I will say if you are going to continue raising your prices for service and now this surcharge, you will start eliminating us people on a fixed income. I think the surcharge is totally uncalled with your service rates.

Staff was friendly on the phone making the appointment to

Staff was friendly on the phone making the appointment to have our corvette inspected. When arriving at dealership it was a pleasurable experience as usual, Bill Reiter is always friendly and a professional who talks to you like a friend. the customer lounge is nice as well to wait while you are in for service. I cannot say enough good things about WhitMoyer Chevrolet service department, this topic also comes up at the Lancaster County Corvette Club meetings how well you are treated. I also took the time to go to the showroom to look at a 70th anniversary z06, I wasn't pressured but was greeted with if I needed help they would be happy to assist - NO pushy sales staff!! Thank you for the great experience, if you can please pass onto the service manager what a great staff you have especially Bill. Thank you Paul S Marler

Staff was friendly on the phone making the appointment to have our corvette inspected. Good reliable service at very competitive prices.

Good reliable service at very competitive prices. I purchased a car from them 11 years ago and never went any where else for the check ups and repairs. 11 years later, the car still looks and runs like brand new. Also, I find the people who work with me there to be kind, professional and always there when I need them. I would buy a car from them again just because of the great service department at Whitmoyers.

New ownership has made it difficult to actually call

New ownership has made it difficult to actually call directly to Chevy service and actually speak to a service manager, Mason or Bill. Actual service still good. New person in process of getting up to speed. Had asked her about a state inspection. Inspection not done nor a phone called made explaining my options. I did address with Mason who agreed and offered to resolve. I opted to wait until next appointment.

Whitmoyer was great from start to finish. I purchased a 2022 Ford Bronco Sport from Lance Patton. He was helpful, friendly, and informative. I appreciated that he answered all of my questions without ever pressuring me into buying. He made the entire process a wonderful experience. I would HIGHLY recommend Whitmoyer.

I have to share what an awesome experience I had purchasing the "new to me" 2019 Bullitt Mustang. Whitmoyer is the definitive Old School auto dealer in a world of Mega Dealers that have lost the customer focus. The highlight was working with my sales contact Diana Wade. Friendly, Professional, Knowledgeable, Informative, Responsive and Honest. The epidemy of what a good automotive salesperson should be. 500 miles from me but I would go back tomorrow if I needed a car or truck. Highly recommended.

Thanks Brandon for all your help

Hi, just want to say what a wonderful salesman Brandon Thomas was this past Feb.when we bought our 2017 Ford 350 on line. We had ordered a new truck and we were told it may be a year before it was made. We had bought a new 5th wheel trailer and needed a bigger truck ASAP. He was so helpful we felt like we had known him all our lives. He even arranged to have the truck brought to us here in Virginia. The truck preforms great and were very pleased how smooth the sale went. Would definitely buy another vehicle from him.
