Hi, I bought Mazda 3 4 door 2018 model. Even after having good credit score they gave me 5.7 % APR for the car. "No issues" I bought the car and did... not complain about it. A year later I figured I could finance the same car for 2.8% from other credit union banks for my credit score so I changed my lease. Now I'm trying to cancel my GAP insurance and nobody answers my call or returns the call. Feels like the money I paid for GAP insurance went down the drain. Please pay $1000 more and buy from a different dealer but think 5 times before you purchase car from here.

I had decided to go back one more time and give Maxon another try. I was pleasantly surprised when getting my Mazda3 serviced. Things have really improved.... And my service advisor Adam Piotrowicz was very friendly and professional. When he called me with the status of my car, he explained everything thoroughly without any pressure. I will return and use this Mazda dealer for all my car needs.

First of all, I actually left the dealership after having made a 5:30 appointment to purchase the car I had seen there previously. The salesperson was... no where to be found & nobody came over to offer to help. (After I left & told the receptionist why, they immediately called me but I wasn't in any mood to go back at that point). I should have realized what I was dealing with & gone elsewhere! I called back a week later & made another appointment. I was told when I went there that the car I had seen was sold, but that they had it in three other colors. I assumed it was the same package & the salesperson didn't advise me otherwise. A few days after I leased it, I realized it wasn't the same package. It was a lesser model, that I had leased for the same price. I should have been told it wasn't the same model. When I questioned it afterwards, the salesperson said he didn't set prices, just sold the cars, the finance person said he just dealt with the money & the person who apparently prices the cars (who I had not seen previously) said there was a special on the car I had originally requested (which was worth substantially more). I can't even say anyone apologized! So I am paying more for a car that doesn't have the features I was expecting/wanted. Fortunately, I leased it so I only need to deal with it for three years. Needless to say, I will never purchase or lease from Maxon again & will inform all of my friends/associates of the extremely poor experience. NOBODY TAKES RESPONSIBILITY THERE.

Best experience in the car dealership that I've ever had! Yuri took great care of me explaining all the steps. It was easy, fast and hasslefree. We found... the car I absolutely loved. Went through all the process, even setting up insurance. And I drove out of the dealership in my new perfect Maxda CX5!

Rob Mariani and Al Pereira provided excellent customer service and their attention to details was awesome! This is my 4th Hyundai - I've been a Hyundai... customer since 1993, and each vehicle has been wonderful - no problems or issues. My new 2019 Tucson drives like a dream and has plenty of horsepower and pickup. The whole process was quick and easy as well. Thank you Maxon Hyundai for an outstanding customer experience!

I'm surprised that this site has this dealership rated as highly as it does and it gives me an inkling that the reviews may not be completely honest or... at a minimum easy to game (based on the reviews of the same dealership on other sites). My experience with them has not be atrocious, but best described as fundamentally incompetent and generally careless. My salesperson has zero clue what he was doing, I've been asked by the service department to help them game reviews, and the employees are clearly 'phoning it in' when it comes to doing their jobs the right way. I've called and left a complaint (never got a call back), tried to make service appointments and gotten voicemail (without getting a call back) and just ran out of energy to engage with these guys. My future business will go to another dealership for sure. Again, I don't despise these guys, but I don't respect them at all.

Rob, Rico, and Freddy helped me through a situation with my current lease that wasnt great. They made it simple & it was much appreciated.We didnt have... to deal with the usual "shady" stuff like at most dealerships. id recommend these guys if you're fed up with the aggravation of other places.
