Business logo Dealership Satisfaction Survey Thank you for your participation! Let the world know. 3 days after the purchase of our vehicle, I had issues... with a high pitched whistling noise. I called and said something. I brought the car into your mechanics. Nobody could hear the noise. I kept saying it was making this noise, had a rough start, and also it jerked during deceleration. Several times I said something. Then the check engine light came on. I brought it in. I was assured, for the second time, that the vehicle had been thoroughly inspected. 24 hours later, the light came back on. Upon having the codes read, I found that this code was stored 3 previous times and it still wasn't fixed. This was not disclosed in the sale. I had the car looked at. It was the fuel pump and I paid for it to be replaced, and I haven't even paid taxes on this car yet. I called to make a complaint and was given the run around between sales and service. I finally talked to Troy Baker, whom instantly started yelling and talking over top of me. I was informed that I hadn't given you the opportunity to fix the car, even though it was supposedly checked before purchase and twice after. I was also informed that the seat belt wiring is broke, by Troy Baker, which also was not disclosed at the time of sale. I was told that I could get an attorney by Troy Baker. I was treated extremely poor and this is my first experience with your team. I asked to speak with Mr. Hammer and was told that he couldn't and wouldn't take my call and that Troy Baker didn't know how to transfer calls. I was informed that stored codes mean nothing, even though they are from prior to purchase. I was also told I can't bring the car back. This car was not thoroughly looked at and nothing was disclosed. This issue could have ruined the engine, or hurt me and my children while driving. I was treated with disrespect and told it was my fault by Troy Baker. I am appalled that this service and behavior is allowed.
The facility is clean and the quality of repair is top. Their customer service is the best in the business.

The staff in the Hammer Chevrolet service department always greets us in a courteous manner. When we asked for an appointment time, they worked hard to... get us in quickly and called us promptly when the service was completed. We have always been very happy with their service and recommend them to all. We purchased our company vehicle at Hammer Chevrolet and they worked tirelessly to make us the best deal possible. Everyone from the salesmen to the financing agent were pleasant and very helpful. We recommend doing everything in house, if possible; they made it a very painless process.
