It really is a great day at Billion
They answer the phone "It's a great day at Billion" and it really is. Everyone there is very nice and friendly. I just had three cars serviced, snows swapped out, oil changes, etc. They also did major repairs for serious problem I had with a brand new pickup purchased from a different dealer and did an excellent job. I will note that the reviews that complain about the wait at "Express Service" are probably not incorrect. I appreciate the express service because I don't need an appointment and just drop the car off, and I'll get a call sometime before the end of the day - I never hang out and wait for the car to be done. It's a good practice in life and time management to never depend on something happening at a scheduled time if it can be avoided, and its very frustrating to wait for something and have an unproductive day.

Worst service experience in more than 10 years doing business. 3 hrs for an EXPRESS oil change. At 1.5 hours asked how much longer and was told 1 more. Why didn't you tell us at beginning, " you didn't ask". Shame on them.
Service on my car
For quick and easy oil service I would highly recommend them. Nice lounge for waiting in while car is being serviced. Everyone very friendly and professional..

Great experience, communication was accurate allowed me to plan a productive work day around the service. Great getting a car wash afterwards too! Definitely recommend to others.
Waiting For GadOIL
I waited for a L O N G time for them to work on my car (regular oil / lube) that could’ve been done more quickly by a “Speedy Lube” type facility.
CS got car in same day and replaced the battery in no time!

Terrible Horrible Rude
The service guys are the rudest I have ever met. The sale guys will not call you back. Leave their desks and treat you like you are doing them a no favors by spending 60k
Chris over in the Nissan building is great to work with. My 1st choice of car did not work out but he found one that fit what I wanted and called me in and I purchased it. Chris is hands down the best and most personable car salesman I've ever worked with. Will be going back in future.
