This is my third Super Duty from Bozeman Ford. This time I shopped around, but came back home. Dealing with Gary Berg was a delight.

As a newly retired snowbird, I needed a larger vehicle for my seasonal drives between MT and NV. Thought I'd check out the used Expeditions which were... OK but after hearing my hauling plants and dogs story Mark showed me a new Ford 150 that exactly fitted my needs and taste. It was a big decision to make and discussions with Mark and Alan helped me to make a good one. Friendliest dealership I've ever worked with. Happy to be with the Ford family now.
My experience at Bozeman Ford was really easy and efficient. I knew I wanted a Raptor but was not familiar with the Shelby model. Dan, the salesman,... was great at describing the changes and features of the model. The process to trade in my car and buy it was comfortable and easy. No BS, which I really appreciated.
Superb experience at Bozeman Ford. We moved from New York to Montana because of COVID. I needed two high-quality, fairly priced SUVs, and wanted to buy... them from a reputable dealer with a smart, informed trustworthy team. I was fortunate enough to work with Gary Berg at Bozeman Ford. They gave me the straight skinny. They were professional, courteous, and went the extra mile to help us out. Gary and his colleague personally drove our new vehicles an hour to deliver them to us and give us the white glove tour of features, and then they kindly agreed to return our rented vehicles back to Bozeman Airport -- again an hour drive. What a pleasure to deal with. And the vehicles are a perfect fit for our needs!

We were shopping for a used Explorer and contacted Gary Berg, who we purchased a vehicle from before, and he found an Explorer that fit our needs and wants.... He gave us a great deal on it and we are very pleased with the purchase.
I took my truck in for the check engine light. Dropped it off a day early. Two days after appointment date the called asked if I replaced the passenger... mirror. I left a message telling them I did. I called them again after no return call, they told me it needs to be replaced. This was on a Thursday. After no return call again on Tuesday I went to pick up my truck. It should not take days to get a cost. They told me the replacement mirror was $900.00 to replace. I ask why so muck ? They replied we have to reprogram the truck with the computer. I did some checking and fixed my problem for $60.00 and a hour of my time. The check engine light cleared and all is well now. I talked with David Wall about my concerns, he said we need to know what you did so we can save our costumers money. Why wasn’t a Ford dealership able to do this? I did call to get a appointment earlier and left a message, again my call was never returned. I would not take anything to this dealership!

Cheyenne in the service department is no mechanic and doesn't have a clue. If you need to have your vehicle worked on and it is not under warranty, try... to talk to the mechanic working on your car/truck vs talking to the Service department.
