Barton completely wasted my time. It took me 3 visits and 5 hours to be driving down the road in a new Suburban. Total lack of respect from Barton. The... folks at Barton should be ashamed. I have owned 7 Suburbans and 4 GM pickups. One would think preferred treatment would be nice. But, they didn't have the common courtesy of giving me a reach around while they were f**king me in the a**. Now I'm the market for a new pickup. You think I'm buying a Chevy from Barton? You have me confused. I'm looking at Ram trucks from the competiton Hudson Valley next door. I bought a new Wrangler from them a few years back, and I was treated properly. My husband and I went in to look for a vehicle. We were browsing around for a new car (several dealerships not just Barton). We went in to see what they... had to offer for a sedan option. The salesperson although polite and courteous I guess didn’t like our answers and brought over Jason to “work with us”. For example, they asked us what our monthly payment would be, what our credit is like etc, meanwhile all we wanted to do was learn about what they had to offer. Strictly looking to see what they had to offer because money was not an option for us. Jason said that he didn’t want to waste his time or the salesman’s time by showing us cars and that if we didn’t have those questions answered, they wouldn’t be able to help us. 1- our credit is amazing and we were able to purchase our new car without any hurdles 2- we took our business elsewhere to a dealership that educated us about their brand and their sedans. 3- I am sorry to have wasted our time but in the long run, we know we will never go back to Barton!

I had a very annoying problem with the electronics that eventually became an obstacle to operating the car, and the folks at Barton Birks kept working... at a solution until they achieved a complete solution. They could not have been more accommodating and dedicated!

Went there the beginning of November with all intentions of buying a Chevrolet truck walked into the show room looked at all the cars in the show room... walked outside looked at a few trucks walk back in the show room not one salesman at all walked up to B to ask me if I needed any help or could help me with anything they were too busy with their faces in their cell phone to give me the time a day so I walked outside walk next-door to another dealership and bought a truck ! And then drove the new truck back to their dealership drop my wife off to drive the car I drove there to take back home!! I’m just assuming that if I was in a suit and tie or dress pants and looked important enough to them someone would’ve come up to say hey can I help you with anything

Barton Chevrolet Cadillac committed to sell me a car through their website and via email at a negotiated price. When came time to meet the sales manager,... Jason, he reneged on the sale. Worst experience I’ve had in 40 years of buying vehicles. I will never deal with them again. Whatever their response will be to this review will be a lie.

My car was towed on Monday noon by choice of chevrolet.When i called on Tuesday @ 11am i told my adviser was off and they had no answers. I have an accent... and may be they discriminated against me. The service manager Jack call me to tell me: Now we will not check your car unti friday,because he say's i was rude to rhe adviser.

When I was married, my husband handled all of the car business. After the "D" my son, who worked at a dealership handled everything for me. Neither of... the above options apply any longer. I turned my attention to Barton for many reasons, the list is long. My expectations were not high, and I honestly shopped around, again for many reasons. I was approved at 2 other dealerships with many hoops to jump thru. Some, even illegal, like being forced to purchase an extended warranty on a used car or I wouldn't get approved. I did my entire car deal with Jason Barton over the phone via TEXT! Who does that? They did. Jason got me into a 2017 Chevy Equinox lease for 2 years AND lowered my payments. The entire team was nothing short of amazing. Once I stepped into the dealership to pick up my new car, I didn't even pick it out.... it's beautiful, it's loaded, I love it! I may just have Barton pick out my next car too, and EVERY ONE after that .... every 2 years. That's how well my experience at Barton Chevy went down.
