Poor communication and dishonest

This dealership has the poorest communication and are dishonest. I called to inquire about a car I saw online. I was told the car was still available and they would have it pulled around and ready for me to test drive once I arrived. I drive almost one hour to test drive the car and had already been pre-approved for financing. I walked in, informed the dealer which car I was there to look at. He looked up the car to make sure it was still available and it was. I watched him go outside, pull the car around, opened all the doors for my viewing and returned inside. He was met at the door by another gentleman who looked agitated and said something to him, I wasn’t close enough to hear what he said. The dealer told me I’ll be right with you and walked off into an office for a few minutes with the agitated man. He then approached me and said “I’m going to stand over here and tell you this.” I asked what? He said “there’s papers on the car.” I asked what does that mean? He said there was a deposit put down on the car from out of town. Obviously I’m angry because it’s still advertised on their website, I was told twice it was still available but when I go to test drive, it’s not available? At this point, I just left, what a wast of time. So I’m driving back home and about 20 minutes into the drive the dealership calls me, I’m thinking they must be calling to apologize or offer me something else. I answer the phone and would you believe these unorganized cons say “I noticed you had been looking at the car on the website, I just wanted to know when would be a good time for you to come in and test drive the vehicle? Are they serious??? I explained to the man who called me that I just left and was told the car isn’t available, he states let me see what’s going on because the car is still showing available and I’ll call you back. He never called back. I called back and asked to speak with a manager. He gave me the run around with speaking to a manager, everyone is busy blah blah blah. I do t know what kind of underhanded things are going on here or are they saving the car for family and friends but this dealership is completely dishonest and lacks integrity. I wouldn’t buy a mountain bike from these people! AND THE CAR IS STILL ON THE WEBPAGE

Sounds like there was some miscommunication regarding the availability of this vehicle, and we apologize for that. We're asking our customer to as patient as possible with us, as we just moved to new location, under a new car franchise, and implementing several new systems and processes. We're working diligently to have all systems communicating with each other within the week, so something like this doesn't happen again. We thank you for your time.

Sales

Ryan was fantastic. And when we had a problem with the vehicle, made sure we were able to come back and have the issue taken care of in not time at all. Would definitely recommend Ryan and this place.

Very personable and helpful!

Great Experience

C was very busy salesman but took care of my wishes as I was shopping for a used SUV and wanted to try all they had in stock, to see how I would get in and out of the SUV. I'm an older man and not as nimble as I once was. Ryan was very quick and did the financing with no hassle and no surprises. Very happy with my purchase at KDK.

Shiesty

This place is shiesty. They sold me a structural damaged car. Never offered me the car fax. Came across friendly, but don't trust them. I should have known what they were about by what their showroom looks like. Outdated with 80's decore. If someone is in sales and knowingly sells you a structural damaged car, no matter what your experience with them has been, stay far away. The owners son sold me the car. So that tells you what they are about.
