To put it Mildly: Curly, Larry, and Moe Bull***ters

To put it Mildly: Curly, Larry, and Moe Bull***ters (Steve Lubejob, Frank, and Ryan) and can't actually say who is the the Bigger xxxxxx. The minute I walked in I knew I was in for a Surprise. A man is worthless if he can't back up his words. Worst dealership I've been to. You can pick up a better vehicle in Walmart. They have No Class, etiquette, and Morale! I asked Lubejob about a White Wrangler he had parked out in the Lot and the schmuck replied: just sold 5 minutes ago. I Amped him enough for him to confess: yeah I bought it for my sons HS graduation. I said to myself: you would've been better off buying him Jack@ss to keep it the family! I inspected the "thing" and the thing had rust all over, dirty as xxxx, and bald tires! If he loves his son that much, imagine how he feels about customers! This place is a complete joke and a bunch of incompetent looney toons! RUN BY AND DON'T GO IN!

Worst experience ever thanks to Steve Tube!

Worst experience ever thanks to Steve Tube! We found a 2015 Suburu XV Crosstrek that looked like a great deal. My wife and I both spoke with Steve about the vehicle and explained that it was for our daughter, that we would have to drive 5 1/2 hours, and wanted to ensure that the vehicle was mechanically sound and not eaten up with rust. He repeated several times that there was "no rust" and sent a few pics of the undercarriage which showed minor surface rust that was expected. We put down a $250 deposit, spent nearly $150 in gas roundtrip, and and $75 for a hotel based on his statements about the car not having rust. We arrived at 1030 and met with a salesman who brought the car around for a test drive and inspection. The minute we approached the car, my wife saw a huge rust spot in the driver's side rear door that had bubbled all the way through the door. We then began a thorough inspection and found numerous spots in all the door jams and rocker panels before opening the hood. I had expected the engine would have been degreased and cleaned as is practice but found that it was dirty, covered in rust to the extent that the belts had browned and the motor mounts were rusted along with the battery mount. We immediately told the salesman this is not what was described. He brought Steve out and I started in on him about my wasted trip based on his guarantee. He had the audacity to ask "Where is it rusted?". WHERE? all over!!! He said he had not seen the spot on the door and that the engine was "just surface rust". He acted like I was some kind of idiot. I demanded my deposit back which he refunded. Steve didn't even bother to apologize for costing me time and money based on his lies and misrepresentation and offered no compensation whatsoever. DO NOT TRUST THIS BUSINESS!!! Inspect every aspect of any vehicle you would buy from them!!! I will be invoicing Steve for the costs we incurred based on his misrepresenting a product leading us to drive 5 1/2 hours one-way!

This dealership is by far the worst, most disrespectful,

This dealership is by far the worst, most disrespectful, unprofessional rational, unreliable dealership. I've ever dealt with. They lied about the truck, finance gentleman is nothing but a joke. They put a service warranty on my vehicle. That I never authrice so I canhold it and now I am waiting to be reimbursed and I am being forced to have to sell the overpriced truck because the truck. It's not what I'm going to be paying such an ungodly amount of money for and I am not even coming close to what the truck should be getting. I want to confront them about the misleading damages and unprofessional misrepresentation of the truck descriptiand asked to talk to the owner and was. Denied to talk to the owner. Had their service company fix the damages. That were on the truck when I bought it. They had the truck for 2 months, and the truck came back worse than it went in. Confronted the company about how I felt. And now they will not talk to me or do business with me. I would suggest to stay away from this company.

Drove two hours from out of town.

Drove two hours from out of town. I arrived 30 minutes before closing Frank and Ron treated me well and answered any questions I had. Great guys and really are willing to go the extra mile to help find the right vehicle for their customer. Great experience with Frank and Ron both were helpful no pressure to buy. Overall, they are excellent to deal with and fair pricing. I had an extremely pleasant and easy transactions. Definitely will recommend and buy from them again.

Not a good outcome!!

bought a used corolla, was told no accidents, and new brake pads. After a very short time I had to replace almost the whole front end parts, brake pads were put on backwards. When I took it to get an alignment I was told the frame was bent. I had a bad feeling after all the paperwork was done I asked if he put gas in it as it was almost empty. Salesman said sure I will put 20.00 in it if you write me a good review!

Don't buy from this dealership

We bought a Chrysler van from them. Fifty days after the thing was kicking out of gear and engine light came on. Took it to a shop, where we found out the code was reset recently and the transmission was bad. It cost us 6200 to get it fixed. When I left my review, Steve contacted me 1st week of June. He said he would look into our situation. We'll ive never heard back from Steve, even though I have emailed him numerous times. NEVER BUY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP. IT WILL COST YOU IN THE END.....
