POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE
I called on Thursday to arrange the inspection and repair of the front end on Friday at 10AM today. I was at the dealership at 9:45. The service representative said I needed 2 new tires and the frontend realigned. I learned later it took 2.25 hours to do the job. The alignment cost $99 and $320 for the tires. After 2 hours I asked the status. It "magically " was done in 15 minutes. POOR CUSTOMER HANDLING.
Outstanding Service Dept
Toyota Service/Maintenance Department is very professional and prompt. Have been driving quite a few extra mile for over 4 years for our service/ maintenance needs because of the outstanding customer care and candid advice on actual immediate and/or near future maintenance requirements. Highly recommend these guys.
