No pressure sales…good experience.

BAIT AND SWITCH!

BAIT AND SWITCH! Don't bother or trust the place. I called about a truck they had listed for $20k after days of wasting my time, that same truck was now OVER $25k. Untrustworthy staff and ownership. Read the poor reviews, they are well deserved. This place has a lot of negative reviews.

Took my 2016 Honda pilot in for service and they

Took my 2016 Honda pilot in for service and they overcharged me for a 3 flush of transmission. I could have taken it to north KC for 2 to 4 hundred dollars less. I can’t help but feel they were taking advantage of me. I will never go back or recommend them to anyone but I will share my experience with Rolling Hills Honda in Saint Joseph, Missouri.

We just moved to the area and this was my first time at

We just moved to the area and this was my first time at this Toyota. For the past 12 years I’ve had my car serviced by 4 different Toyota Dealerships. In the previous states we lived in, my experience of Toyota has been good. I’m used to Toyota service going above and beyond my expectations and I’m used to the team explaining to us what is happening with our vehicles. I didn’t feel that way about today’s service and I’ll be searching to service my car somewhere else.

In march of 2024 I purchased a NEW 2024 Nissan Sentra SR

In march of 2024 I purchased a NEW 2024 Nissan Sentra SR from rolling hills Nissan. The buying of the car part of the experience was overall good. On the drive home with the car which is about an hour and a half drive we noticed the Bluetooth kept disconnecting our phone and would either reconnect after a few minutes or would not reconnect at all. This was problem number one… problem number 2.. anytime a bug would get splattered on the front Nissan emblem which was also the housing for the sensor that controlled the adaptive cruise control and the regular cruise control in general it would kick the cruise off and would not let you turn it back on… we took it back to the dealership at the beginning of May to have them look at those two issues.. we were told by the service department that those were just Nissan issues and we were basically out of luck and that Nissan had put out a statement saying there sensors were way to sensitive.. probably something that should have been said when buying the vehicle… fast forward to July… car still having those same problems but now it is picking up additional problems.. the car is driven quite a bit on gravel roads for work an the gas cap is not sealing right and letting a lot of dust into the gas tank and making the gas cap light come on… problem four is one time while driving home from work my entertainment screen and my dash cluster turned completely off and went black but the car stayed running…we took it back into the service dept for an oil change 2 days ago and brought up these additional issues plus the original ones again and got told there may be a system update on it that MIGHT help the Bluetooth problem and that another person had the same issues and got the system update but that did not fix it…with the other issues we were told that the service person had never heard of that happening but he would give us a call in about a week if he finds out something…which is what he told us last time too but never did reach back out.. after this appointment we decided to just trade the vehicle in on something else at a different dealership…
