This was my first time ever purchasing a vehicle and taking out a personal loan. Max did a great job being able to answer all the questions, and the finance... guy, Nick I think his name was, was very clear with my warranty options when i didn't know much about what any of that meant in the first place. Overall, I have no complaints and I absolutely love my new vehicle, thank you Max, Nick and Mankato Ford. I will be referring all my friends looking for a car in the area to Mankato Ford.
Needed a new used vehicle. Terry Cooley was great! Asked him what I needed and he delivered! My vehicle was on it's last leg and needed something soon!... He did a great job!
Stopped in to look at a used truck one of the salesman was right there when I got out of my car and asked if I wanted him to get the keys so I could look... inside the truck I said sure, when he came out I asked him a few questions about the truck he was able to answer a few but not all of them, he never said he would try and find the answers. I could tell that the cab corners had been repaired he said he had no idea and that they hadn't done the work. He wanted to know if I was going to finance the truck I told him I already had financing, he then asked if I was going to trade in my car I told him yes, then he asked specifics on how much I owed on my car. I then asked questions about the V6 engine vs V8 engine this salesman pushed that the V6 was more powerful than the V8 which I know, but didn't try and sell the V6 he just kept saying that is was just like the V8 which, it is not, but he kept treating me like I was stupid and didn't know anything about engines. Which by the way he talked he had no idea what he was talking about. It seemed all he wanted to know was how much money he was going to make, and didn't want to answer my questions with knowledgeable answers. He had no idea of what he was selling he just wanted me to buy it. Plus when he asked my name and I wouldn't give him my full name he seemed mad at that. This is the second time I have had a bad experience at this dealership not sure I will ever go back and I will make sure all my family and friends are aware of how this dealership operates .

Customer Service was very accommodating to me when I confused the date/time for my car to be serviced. My car was in need of new rear brakes. I was concerned... that I should not wait another week to have my brakes replaced. They were very willing to find a time that day to replace the brakes without having to wait another week.
