I came with my wife and daughter yesterday (5/12/2018) late afternoon to look and test drive the 2010 E-350 we found on Cars.com. Jacob came at the front... (he was the one on the internet inquiry) but was busy going around there wasn't a time devoted to us. The yard was so cramped with cars we couldn't comfortably move around for other similar cars to look at. We left frustrated.

I was there trying to buy a mustang and i told the dealer guy i like the car but the prize is a little bit high and he his reply was is ok someone will... come and buy it for the prize and was like wow your rude and just started looking a his phone i just left by the way i was with my wife and daugther this dealer is trash
Erick, We apologize if you are upset of our no haggle policy. Our prices are actually below market value, making it easier for a customer to decide on... a price point for a specific vehicle. Since our profit margin is very low, this allows us to focus on higher volume and the ability to carry a wide variety of vehicles. Hope this helps. I’m in the market (cash buyer) for a preowned Mercedes Benz ML63 AMG, they have a white one listed. We went and wanted to check it out. At arrival we were... greeted and handed over the Carfax report, we inspected the car from the outside and inside for about 20 minutes we liked the vehicle and wanted to take it out for a test drive. The receptionist seriously told me, that in order to go for a test drive I would need to log into my bank account from my phone and show him my account balance! Hahaha, we turned around and left, what a bunch of jokesters! FYI, in case you are interested in the white 2013 ML63 AMG, bring it to a certified MB dealer to check it out, especially the rear corner on the passenger side.
Marcus, I apologize if you are not pleased with our level of service. When a customer is a cash buyer and interested in test driving a high-end vehicl...e, we usually ask for proof of funds and then take it from there. We have never had any issues with any customer doing so, since if they are indeed able to afford the vehicle, then there would not be a problem whatsoever in providing proof of funds. As for the ML63 you were interested in purchasing, it actually has already sold to a satisfied customer in which there was no hindrance in providing proof of funds before going on a test drive. I am out of state. I tried to work with this company to buy a car. They took hours to return my call when they said they would call me back in a few... minutes. Had a price that expired in 12 hours but I couldn't get there for a few days. Said they wouldn't hold the price for me even though I was very serious about this car. Stay away from these guys.
We actually have sold dozens of vehicles to out-of-state customers. We also did offer to accept a deposit to hold a vehicle and lock in a price in whi...ch you declined. Was in the market for a used car and contacted the dealership via E-Mail. I received an initial response, but they did not seem to follow it up after I... responded to this E-Mail. Some customers like to prepare a purchase using E-Mail-conversation only, because everthing that was exchanged between customer and dealership can be traced. There was a good chance for the dealership, to sell a car to me, but I guess they were too busy. Suggestion for the future: Give Internet customers attention as well or if it is not convenient for the dealership, delete this method of communication from the web-page. Now I bought a used car at another dealership, where I had a very effective communication using E-Mails only. Not a single phone conversation was necessary.
