    After buying over $80,000 of new vehicles since 2008, Griffith Motors has been treating us like dirt. The Honda Service Department has been nothing but a headache for my wife and I. The sales department laughs at you after you sign the papers if you have an issue. Our new HRV had a problem from the start and the arrogant Service Manager said nothing was wrong. My wife is afraid to use the emergency brake now because it locks up after the car sits for a few days. Three weeks ago (early Mar.2017) got a Recall on our 2008 Element. Said "Injury or Death" may occur if not taken care of. I called and gave info on car to Service Advisor who said would call me as soon as parts arrive. Three weeks later, I called Honda Parts and asked if there was an issue on these recall parts. He said not that he was aware of. He said he had 6-on hand. I asked to be transferred to Honda Service. Had to leave a message. Never got a call back in over an hour, so I called back and got the guy who was supposed to order the parts initially. He gave me the runaround and had no explanation on why I wasn't contacted. Also, had the new HRV in for first service. The car was immaculate when I took it in. When I picked it up, I saw scratch marks on both fenders where the service person had leaned into the engine compartment. Took me over 3-hours to rub them out. We have lost all faith and trust in Griffith Motors. Will never purchase a vehicle there again.

    We recently brought our car in to be serviced and found out the repairs would be costly, so we went to work with Izzy Romero in sales. Our experience with Izzy, and Chris W (sales manager) was outstanding, personable, quick, and fair. We are so grateful to have found a dealership that you can walk away from smiling, not feeling cheated like so many others.

    I JUST BOUGHT MY FIRST CAR!!!!! I've heard a thousand car buying horror stories and was nervous. My whole experience with Griffith Motors was easy breezy. I found an ad for a 2003 Toyota Camry XLE with 16,000 miles in my price range! Thinking there was absolutely no way that was possible and it must be a misprint I had to call and find out. Izzy Quiroz answered and told me it was all true and he was as surprised as I was about the condition of this 13 year old car, like she had been in a time capsule! Well Griffith Motors is located in The Dalles Oregon, I reside in Tacoma, Washington that's about a 4 hour drive. Izzy went above and beyond by offering to meet me in Centralia with the Camry since he happened to be heading that way. AMAZING! He saved me 3 hours of drive time and the hassle. Of course I was not the only one interested but I was the first to inquire so Izzy gave me a call, gave me first dibs, got me pre-approved over the phone and met me THAT night. The car was exactly as described, a brand new 13 year old car! Everything was like it practically just rolled off the assembly line. And it's a Camry?! She's gonna live FOREVER! The highest rated in value, style, safety and reliability basically the most dependable car you could buy. I FOUND A UNICORN! AAANND she's easy on the eyes! I just scribbled my name on a few papers and took her home. Could not have been a more perfect, pleasant, easy experience! Izzy really went above and beyond and he was so friendly! I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone!
